Ben Pedtke: Talked to Matt for a few weeks about getting a container for storage, he let me know what they had and when they expected more, helped me get a great deal on the perfect one and delivered it the next day - couldn't ask for more, and totally reasonable price for the service.

I was on hold with the operator for 25 minutes so figured I would just leave a review instead. That is incredibly dangerous. If I would’ve hit the brakes, I’d be a dead man.

Dave Leveto: Terrible! These people won't leave you alone. No place to unsubscribe and they bombard you with email. All I did was shop online for trailer parts and they get your address. Don't go there......update - response from company was that they were not in control of the emails being sent to me and it was not their fault?? The emails did stop and I appreciate that.

Fred Schwab: I ordered my trailer and had it delivered to my home. It was easy to get. Trailer looks great and it's light weight, and well built. Nice features like the LED lights on the fenders and all cableling routed through the aluminum frame. My 2.0 Toyota C-HR toes it great even loaded with building materials, mulch, or set for go-kart racing. No need for expensive gas guzzling pick up when you have an aluminum trailer. Not to mention, no worries of paint flaking or rust, from NY winters.The only negative comments I can say is one, I wish the diamond plate was welded in a few more places, there are areas where it is bulging some, and the trailer is blindingly bright when in the sun at the race track and working out of the back of it. I plan to build a low aluminum cover for it and maybe vinyl wrap to match my car and cut down some reflection 😉. One other thing is the rubber coating on the tail gate cable supports have gotten fraid already, only 3 months, and a half dozen trips, not sure how either.

Shawn Glazier: Ordered an RSI SmartCap for my Colorado and they had it within a week. These need to be assembled unlike most traditional fiberglass tops so I expected a bit of a wait, but when I showed up 40mins early for my appointment and left 30 mins later i was stocked. The guys were super quick and didn't seem too bothered by my peeking in while they worked haha.Highly recommend.

Steve Dovich: Purchased a LEER cap from them. It leaked from day one. The blamed LEER and resealed all the windows. The cap still leaked. They then replaced the windows with new ones. Guess what, it still leaked. The finally replaced the cap with a new one, same story that one leaked only this time they blamed Ford this time said it's a manufacturers defect. I will never give them any business again, they are a big enough company that they don't care and will just take money from the next person.

Didn’t notice until I got home. It looks terrible. I ripped it off I had to it looked that bad. If it leaks I’ll go have something else done. That color mismatch and sloppy look just didn’t cut it for me.

I had had difficulty finding the smaller 5'x8' dump trailers in stock anywhere, however, Crawford had more than one model to choose from at the time. The staff was friendly and helpful and were willing to accommodate a weekend pickup.
