GameStop: what do users think?
edgardo rivera: Went on my lunch break to try and pre order the zelda pro controller Yesterday Wednesday 03/29 and was welcomed with a due to short staffing hour may be irregular and now I'll probably have to buy one from a scalper awesome service get it together jesus
Nick Gagnon: I haven't been inside a GameStop in about 5 years and now I remember why. No customer service at all. If you don't want to answer questions and deal with people then the person who was working should find a different job.
Angie Lopez: Awesome
Mike Maccaro: Lots of help from staff and open later than most
Fishy TheTrueGod: Amazing customer service. Helped me find information that i didn’t know about my purchases and the things i desired to make gain my moneys worth in what i wanted.
Melinda Gvn: Great customer service.
Marisol C: Found great deals at great prices..xbox..remote controllers and battery chargers
Kiettisack Xiong: I called to ask if they had any available pokemon sword and shield codes left and they said they had one more. I didn't make it on time to grab the last one but a gamestop employee gave me her code instead. She didn't have too and I am so grateful for her kindness. Thank you so much!
Sophia Cormier: I love going into GameStop so much! It’s always full of awesome things.
Frank Lacey: Great store
Vincent Lee: Richard was very helpful. Helped me saved money and did not complain about helping me and price checking . Ty I'm glad I don't need to travel to the GS in trapelo way for good service
Kallme Diggs: Impeccable customer service from Richard and Ash. Helping me with my PS4 trade in, pro membership, upcoming events and game drops, assisted me with picking games for my kids Nintendo as well, all while greeting and tending to other customers in the store. This team sets the bar high !!!
Phil Gentile: Great staff.good people. Ready to help
Frank Gifritta: Always a good time for the kids!
Gilberto Gomez: Divertido
kerianne maloof: Earlier today my friend went to the Plain st Game Stop in Lowell while i waited in the car. He purchased 5 Pokémon packs, the person who rang him out was very rude and negative, basically trying to talk him out of buying them. We went to target then came back so I can buy some, I collect them as well. When I went in I could instantly tell who he meant by the guy with the bad attitude. I asked him if he had anymore Pokémon cards for sale? He just pointed to ‘over there’ then went back to texting on his phone. He then shouted that he’s not going to sell me any because my ‘husband’ already came in and bought 5. Since that’s the limit per person, he can’t sell me anymore? I asked him what he was talking about , he said because he saw the car I got out of he knew the man I was with bought some earlier and he refuses to sell me any. When I asked him if he didn’t see me get out of that car would he sell me any ? He said yup. That it’s Game Stop regulations… he kept talking about my ‘husband’ how we go there and do this a lot.. we’ve been in that store TOGETHER maybe twice..? Because we both collect cards and play video games..I’m not sure if he’s just racial profiling because we’re Asian or what.. but I’m very confused about how this was handled ..
William Dastou: This location had a PlayStation 5 in store event today. They had limited bundles for sale and long line. They allowed a number of people to stand outside in 3 degree weather in January, only allowing 1 person in the store at a time to purchase. Dozens of people waited outside needlessly for over an hour and a half when they could have just announced to the waiters that they only had x amount of bundles. Then if people wanted to wait, they could have. Very poor decision by the store manager.
Scott Suzano: Tried to trade in my Nintendo Switch on 11/8/2021 - Website told me I’d get 220$ cash as a pro member. Once I get to the store, they told me I’d only get 170$. I showed agent the website stating the offer, and they told me they were unable to do anything. I then called into Customer Service, and they told me that they are supposed to honor the online trade in offers. Fast forward a couple days later, and they told me that they cannot honor the offer because it is at the store’s discretion. Seems like GameStop isn’t worth my time and money anymore.
John: based
mulindwa tebandeke: Great
James Batista: If I could give 6 stars I would. I came in to sign up for the Gamestop Pro rewards subscription and Nick helped me out quickly and efficiently. Because of the program I was able to buy a PS5 through the gamestop website.

Bowlero Lowell: what do users think?
Gary Hughes: We love Bowlero. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the food is just ok. Not bad but not great either. Overall, though, the place is great for bowling and pitchers of beer are reasonably priced.
Torin Zender: This place is just FUN!!! The manager is super friendly and enthusiastic. We had an impromptu "work night out" with some coworkers and reserved 2 lanes last Thursday night before leagues started. Drinks were fairly priced, and we had a blast. You always forget how much fun Bowling is, until the next time you do it!!
David Ebersman: My friends and I (4 teens) went bowling here on Saturday night. We had some fun. Until…we saw the bill:(They asked for a credit card and we ended up being billed $110 for four people bowling 2 games on 1 lane. When questioned, the employee said ~$10/game/person + $5 for shoes. It was kind of fun but…This pricing is outrageous and not at all worth it!!!
Jay Tarot: Me and some friends went last night, and we had a blast. The staff was amazing and really made the experience. We were already having a good time together, but again, the staff really matched our energy and made it so much better.Lets start with the bartender. It was Saturday night, we were there around 8:30pm to close. I don’t know her name, but she killed it. She was friendly, funny, relatable and very human (as opposed to many people who work the service industry that are not allowed to be). I did witness some other patrons causing problems but, she handled it with ease and took it in stride, staying professional the whole time. It was very nice having her as our bartender and, as a customer speaking to whatever upper management reads this, I know y’all can take the time and day I posted this, and figure out who she is, and I hope she is shown appreciation from y’all. You have a star employee, don’t throw that awayAnd then there’s the AGM, Dan Mcardle (I hope the spelling is correct). I’ve worked this industry enough to see that, he’s an amazing manager, and everyone loves him. He’s great at his job, responsible and knowledgeable, but also hilarious and relatable. As workers in the industry, we all know that in some work places we have scripts to say to customers and standards and expectations on how to interact with them. And a lot of us follow just that, and then clock out and drop it immediately. This man though, Dan the man, was genuine. Maintaining professionalism, he was also super fun and easy to talk to, very outgoing, and a joy to be around. This man is in charge of managing whatever his job title requires and he does it well. He seems to be a natural extrovert and can match his customer’s moods and attitudes perfectly, and treats his staff well. Another employee that definitely deserves some sort of recognition from his higher ups.I can go have fun with my friends anywhere, but because of your staff last night, I’d definitely come back to Bowlero to have fun together there again. They are all the perfect mix of an employee following company expectations and regulations, and genuine, lively people interacting with us as people
Dustin Poole: This review is only for the group sales department. I've been to this location several times and typically have a good time with my wife and 2 kids. Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience from a corporate perspective. I booked the venue 3 weeks in advance of my corporate retreat. Unforeseen events led us to cancel the event and I submitted my request by email more than two weeks in advance of the event. I followed up by calling the location several times and leaving many voicemails for the group sales department to cancel the event. I spent a great deal of time trying to get in touch with them and have never received a call back. I was passed from department to department and always ended up at a voicemail for someone who has yet to contact me. Two weeks after the scheduled event, I am still trying to get ahold of someone, but I am receiving the exact same treatment. I'd be happy to change my review if I could just get someone to return my call and fix the issue. Now I've had to dispute the charge with my bank rather than getting a simple refund. A little customer service goes a long way. Thanks.
Lucy A: I have to say as a mom sometimes the anxiety build up to preparing a birthday party can be a headache. Many parties I attended, hosted for my 20 year old and the youngest. This by far was the most fun, easiest, calming party I've ever had. From the front desk crew, to the lady who showed me how to bowl, the party staff, the environment, the bar tender,  how clean it was, and all, I honestly wish I could speak to the owners directly and applaud them for the set up and the beauty of their establishment.Thank you all for an amazing time for my daughter and family!  We shall return not only for fun, but my daughter already decided that's where we are headed next year!Thank you all againSatisfied customer
Venus Soukaras: So expensive... When I first came in ,I said," nice little place they clean this up really good". Then went through $100 within an hour. Next time we play baseball outside
bob patrick: Only big balls are used. The arcade is kinda small and the prize machine took forever. Also they completely shut off the whole arcade at 930 while my daughter was still playing which was rude
Karyn Martin: A wonderful family-friendly spot for bowling! The only reason why I did not provide five stars was because staff was at times difficult to find. We attended a kid’s birthday party and it was a great event. There’s a full menu and a bar. Food is average quality. There’s also a small size arcade, providing a break form bowling if interested. Keep an eye on Groupon for deals. This location was clean, well equipped and staff was friendly. We would definitely go back again.
Katie Beaulieu: We were there last night and I had to go up to the bar twice to ask waitress to come over. Was there 90 minutes. Service was bad. My drink wasn’t an appletini(don’t know what it was) wanted a grilled cheese sandwich and she said we don’t have those.and our waitress cleveledge was hanging out of her shirt. I won’t go back there for a while.
Wynter Aiguier: Awesome time with the family. friendly staff and environment
Don CORLEON: Place is always a vibe never complained
Seek Nature: Excellent hangout spot for young adults and adults alike.
Milton Alvarez: Fun entertainment but food and drink service was very slow. Waited almost an hour for our drinks and the rest of our food
Dan Caswell: If you. Go fir bowling ok. Anything else your being ripped off. Theres 12 games all about 3.00 some 5.00 to play. Because I didn't bowl i was not cared about. Took my wife and 3 kids iv never been. 45.00 for games literally went in about 18 minutes. So we decided to get food there and take kids somewhere with a bigger game selection and cheaper. They made me sit at bar with my 3 kids (never before has this happened) there were tables everywhere when I mentioned i had 3 kids he said the waitress won't find me when food is ready. So we order 3 simple things. Nachos for me and my wife, steak tacos for my son, pretzels for my daughters. We wiped over an hour as the guy that took order left. So the girl that came in clueless. Never asked if we needed anything. I finally asked if she can check my order as its been an hour. She comes back with my food that is literally ice cold. The tacos were so small they had hardly anything in them and they weren't the correct ones. The nachos and toppings were like they came from the fridge. That was my breaking point. Told her keep the food. I explained everything to her I offered to pay for my 3 sodas she said its ok. So glad I didn't pay up front and did a tab. If you have kids go somewhere else. Even the prize section is legit laughable. Do not go here
John Rahman: Great place to eat and bowl. Shows run a bit small.
Sam Jahn: I am from the area and had visited the prior location (Brunswick Lanes) plenty of times. My first time at Bolero was a bit of shock at how little care there was for patrons. The lanes are nice, and the bathrooms are clearly new. Other than that, I couldn’t find a single positive thing to say about this location. Customer service was awful, and tables were not cleaned between (or after) turning over. Paid $9 for two diet cokes - I really paid for 2 cups of ice. Very inebriated parties around us made for an unpleasant experience.
chris Winston: The bowling alley was open and there was a small group of people in there but they told us we could not Bowl I don't understand I don't understand
Lizbeth Maldonado: I love coming here but they gotta fix there bowling machine it kept having issues on us. We had to go back and forth to the front desk for them to fix it.
Quinn Gagnon: We had so much fun at the family new years eve party!!
David Sheehan: 4 stars only as there is no sitting area for spectators.

Wamesit Lanes: what do users think?
Jim Song: Besides the prejudice the food is trash
Katherine N.: Ways Wamesit Lanes can do better: check your biases/prejudices and that of your staff. Baseless accusations of theft, calling the cops on patrons for questioning only to have their names cleared is a traumatizing experience and are grounds for an apology AT THE VERY LEAST. Own up to your mistakes!
Phillip Mao: Literally walked into the place with cops called on my friends. Being accused of a missing purse we were questioned and treated to be charged with theft with 0 proof. Told police and management to check cameras and to apologize when nothing was found. After an hour of waiting talked to a server to find the cops had just left. When asked to speak to manager for an explanation he was rude and defensive. All we wanted was an apology and to enjoy our night. Oh also we were the only people of color in the establishment.
Kierstyn Brady: They called the cops on friends of mine, accusing them of stealing. They were the only non-white people bowling at the time. Instead of apologizing after looking at the footage and seeing they were innocent, they said “you can leave.” Be careful.
Randy Phan: Got the cops called us today about a stolen PURSE and missing members from our party (Asian group). They tried to charge us with conspiracy and check the cameras. Moments later I asked a waitress if the cops left and they did. I asked where our apology was and demanded the manager. He told us a waitress's mother called them because her server book was gone and had nothing to do with the cops even though he was watching us for a good minute before they showed up. He then told us the CARD was used somewhere else so it couldn't be us. Only apologized for the cops behalf. Tried to ask him to have the waitress come apologize and he said no and walked away. Horrible experience, never going back if I could give zero stars I would
Kathy Dreyer: Last weekend, we celebrated my daughter's third birthday here with a glow bowl party, and it was a huge success! Setup was a breeze, and we were able to start bowling as soon as we entered the facility. Excellent cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff, and tasty fare. It was universally praised. My kid has autism, and we were made to feel at home here despite her condition. Next year, my eldest daughter's birthday party will be held here. Once again, I appreciate everything.
Jess: We recommend this establishment 10/10 We are a family of five and we had a great time. We spent time in the arcade. Reasonable prices and the prizes were great. We were able to get a bunch! Then we went bowling. Walk in/no reservation. The seats were comfortable, and our server Jacqueline was amazing!!! She was so attentive. Very quick to ask us to what we needed. We felt very tended to. She was also very personable with our kids and she had lots of patience for our many food orders haha. She also was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious. It came out pretty quickly too. We got burgers, pizza, and pretzels. The youngest of my kids got mac n cheese. My daughter got a burger and she said it’s the best burger she’s had haha. All the staff seemed really friendly. They also have a lot of events. Highly recommend and we will be back!!
Bob Arsenault: Always leagues, never lanes
Alexis B: Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible place. They steal your food. They steal your drinks and they close everything early and they don’t care and the manager does nothing about it. And pretty much laughs in your face absolute losers for managers.
Kris Albert: This place advertises "fun" but it's not open to the public today....all the lanes were taken and the only thing available was the food places.Thumbs down 👇
George Hilterbrand: Place is becoming ran down, certain high traffic areas are showing excessive wear, bathrooms were pretty dirty. Family ate at the fire water restaurant food was horrible and overpriced, it was soo chewy it was definitely microwaved compliments to the chef, chef microwave. In the arcade area a fight between 2 groups of kids ages 15-18 almost broke out had to get the wife and kids out. Also drunks were spilling into the arcade area and leaving their half filled beer cups on the table near arcade games that kids play at, so you have kids mixed with drunk adults who are inebriated. Overall I wouldn't recommend safety is paramount and its just not worth the risk.
Grace: Saturday @3:30 on February breakThere was multiple birthday party going on which made it so chaotic. The arcade was packed but does have some fun games. Easier to use swipe cards then cash!Went to grab some appetizer’s wait waitingKraft Mac&Cheese arrow heads (4/5)Supreme Nachos with Grilled chicken added. The cheese was burnt and honestly not enough. The grilled chicken was bland/dry, it wasn’t even layered into the nachos just looked thrown on top. The salsa was mid. (2/5)Tater Tots with Cheese (5/5)The wait time for 2 at a lane was about quoted 30-50 minutes by the gentleman at the counter but when I checked the online website from the text it was a 3 hour wait. We never actually went bowling. (0/0)
Nicholas Valera: Way too crowded. Drove an hour and a half for a work event, but ended up driving in circles in the parking lot because every single spot was taken. Ended up giving up and just going home. Bad choice for corporate events
D. Daniel: Underwhelming and definitely does not have the "luxury" vibe they advertise. We waited over an hour for a lane only to have a service issue arise, which was unrepairable. We could either leave and get a refund or play candlepin, which we didn't go there to enjoy. We settled, but again, I felt like Wamesit really didn't meet the criteria for "luxury." We were ok with waiting to begin with; but we were not ok with a defective lane. The place just felt really dated overall. One star is awarded for the great food service while we played and another star awarded for the arcade area which was fun. But we would not go there again to be honest.
D Mac: Tried the Golf Simulator here for the first time yesterday and it was fun! There is a wide variety of courses that you can choose from and plenty of room to swing. I did notice that the physics were a bit off because my brother's ball was somehow rolling uphill after he hit it. The bar area is nice and the waiter who was in charge of bringing us drinks was super friendly and a very hard worker. The setup is a bit odd because the simulators are located right off of the main area where patrons can sit at tables and watch the games. One of the balls actually ricocheted off the ceiling and went out onto the floor but thankfully no one was hurt. However, it is nice having an ample amount of TVs available all covering sports. The left side of the building features an outdoor area for summer activities. There is plenty of room for parking but the spots fill up quickly when busy. I will have to check out the bowling and the arcade the next time I visit. The food prices seem very reasonable as well. Overall, this is a solid location for entertainment, socialization and fun!
Sha Sharma: Great place for kids and family. Excellent service 👍
K Odizzle: Great experience and time with co-workers and friends. Want to thank Molly, Brett, Ashley, Madison Kayleigh, another Ashley, Nicole, and a few other employees' names I'm missing for such great and friendly service. Every employee we worked with was excellent and should all be recognized for their hard efforts. Everyone working this day was very helpful.
Johnny Khoueiry: Food is mediocre. Bowling alley way too long and and the balls are damaged which leads to divergence from the lane.
Nicole Parziale: We spent the past NYE at Wamesit Lanes for their NYE event. There was approximately 35 of us who reserved 6 lanes side by side. For a reasonable price the event included shoe rental, all you can eat pizza and soft drinks, a game card, and “champagne” midnight toast. Each lane had decorations and hats, glasses, masks etc for guests to wear. The event projected the countdown from NY time square on all the screens. Checking in was simple and organized. Janelle helped answer my one million questions along the way. She was present the entire event ensuring it went smoothly for all her guests. I would highly recommend Wamesit Lanes for future bowling and future events!
Co1in: Ryan was amazing!!!!!!!!!😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 😛🧐
Jack Baker: This is an incredibly fun place! Really helpful and nice staff especially Ryan from Endicott College. We asked him to fix a machine and he did with a smile on his face and great charisma. Give this man a raise he deserves!
