Dina Katz: Though we had made an appointment, we waited over an hour to be seen by the med assistant, another half hour after that by the doc, and then he also left saying he'll "be right back" after the assistant takes blood pressure again and it's been another 45min. Almost 3 hours now total, and no idea when this will end.
Jackie Connolly: As someone with a peanut/tree nut allergy, it was bold of me to assume the staff and nurses would be a little more knowledgeable on something called rebound reactions. I accidentally consumed something with peanuts the day before I went to this location. My reaction was bad but I was able to get it under control at home. I woke up the next morning with a swollen throat, severe chest tightness and pain. While I can breathe, every time I spoke left me winded.The doctor and nurses on site told the receptionist that since it was the day prior I had consumed the allergen; it’s not an emergency. I tried explaining rebounds, she disappeared. A nurse came to get me and took vitals. She said I was getting enough oxygen, so I can go back out and wait my turn. I walked out.I know my body. I know how allergic reactions and anaphylaxis work. In the end, I did receive appropriate medical care ELSEWHERE and medicine to help the swelling in my throat and chest.I won’t ever go back here. If you’re going in for anything besides an ear infections or basic cough, you’d be better off at minute clinic.And to Circle Health - teach your staff to show a little compassion. Allergic reactions aren’t something to toss aside.***I’ve called the patient care # they post on every bad review. It’s just an answering machine and they don’t return calls****

Brianna Conti: This is the worst urgent care around. I went to get blood work and was yelled at to check in with the iPad. I told the reception I did but it didn’t accept it she yelled at me again to just check in with the ipad. I’ve also been here several times to get seen at urgent care and every time they tell me it’s a several hour wait and to go home. How can someone get here at 8 am and not be seen till 5:30 pm. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone going here. Also the woman who did my blood work was awful and blew out my vein.

linda roberts: I went to urgent care at 8:10 am this morning. I waited 2 1/2 hours and was not seen. I did a urine sample there they wouldn't take it because I had to see the doctor. They told me I was next and finally I left at 10:40 and came home! I will never go back there again even if I'm dieing. I wouldn't take my cat there. I will tell everyone I know not to go there.. then they just tried to call me I didn't and won't take their calls. 1 oly gave a 1 star because they didn't have minus 1000.
Lydia Ogola: Got to this facility at 3pm was pre registered by one staff who is a lady and told to come back exactly at six to be seen. I came back by 5.45 and checked in and told will be seen soon . New patients kept coming and were seen right away while I was still seated. Almost every New patient was coming and was been seen so I went up at the checkpoint and ask what was the criteria for been called in then they told me my appointment is not in until 7.30 pm when they are closing. My first experience here is horrible i do understand it is busy but being considerate and truthful is necessary in a healthcare facility

Nancie Gaj: I went to Dracut urgent care with a possible foot fracture that happened while on vacation in New Hampshire. ( Insurance required going local for massive deductible difference.) The care from initial check in person all the way to registration, professional medical personnel and xray technician was outstanding. I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you to the entire Dracut staff!!!!!!!!

Mama Ling: Do not go here for testing. You will wait outside for about 2 hours, to finally get inside to be sent somewhere else. They will send you to saints and you will have to wait outside again for a good 1-2 hours to get tested. Good luck.

Todd D.: This place is an utter waste of time with some incompetent staff.My wife injured a finger on a Saturday, so we stopped by to get it checked out and see if it was broken (severely swollen). The doctor didn't spend more than 15-seconds in the room and didn't look at or evaluate her finger at all. He popped his head in the door way and clearly couldn't be bothered to provide care. He reviewed the x-rays and said she had two fractures and recommended she see a specialist ASAP.Well, we went to the specialist who looked at my wife's hand and said the doctor was wrong and it's only a bruise. Even the specialist couldn't understand why my wife was sent to her!The urgent care was a joke and complete waste of money. We tried to dispute the visit with our insurance through Lowell General, but they sent a letter explaining (essentially) that the doctors there aren't professionals when it comes to reading x-rays and did the best they could, so sorry, not sorry, pay up.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!

Then I found out they never did a culture and I just want an antibiotic because I’m in so much pain but the rapid test came back negative but this has happened to me before where the rapid test comes back negative but I still have strep throat.

Charlene Fielding: If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in this morning to be seen for a small rash, my allergies have been very bad this year and I was afraid it was from possible dust mites. The nurse came in and was very pleasant and looks over the rash on depth stating it was likely allergies of some sort and said the physician would be in shortly.When the physician came in he barely even looked at what I had, didn’t allow me to show anything or where else it was and brushed it off as athletes foot. I got a second opinion after leaving from another clinic because none of what I had even remotely looked like what he stated and it’s not spreading to my husband as athletes foot is very contagious. Low and behold, dust mites.I spent $60 to be seen by someone who could have cared less to see me or even help assess what I had. I’ll NEVER go back and want my $60 returned for being subjected to such a careless physician.

Debby Lamontagne: I am here from Tennessee helping a friend after surgery. I came here after a trip to Iceland where I had taken a fall. My jaw had hit my shoulder when I fell. My teeth were still in throbbing on the right side My right side of my face was swollen.I also have MS and am a diabetic. I found the Nurse Practitioner very condescending. She sent me for an xray said jaw wasn't fractured. Told me to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I informed her I couldn't take Ibuprofen due to reaction and I was already taking max amount of Tylenol.She rolled her eyes saying take Tylenol and follow up with dentist and walked out.So this 65 year old left with pain swollen face .and demoralized. I left feeling like I did something wrong. Never saw a doctor .I had a bruise as in picture. It has healed. She looked and said there is no bruise looking at me like I was lying. I fell March 28 it had healed and I was there for my teeth.I come up North every 6 months to see an MS specialist in Boston. Every thing else was fine but the Nurse Practitioner was condescending ,and judgemental I would never go there again.Here is my ticket to Iceland Nurse Practitioner.
David S: This place is a catastrophe...I was told by my doctor I would receive a phone call to schedule a drive up testing app. They did that and scheduled me for 8:30am. Upon arrival myself and others in the drive up spots noticed nobody was coming out. After speaking to the security guard who informed me the girl responsible for drive up testing was late, I went back to my car as instructed to call the number for drive up testing. When calling I was told they aren’t doing drive up testing. I told her I don’t understand, my app is specifically for that..she said it’s too cold and she wants me to come inside. There is likely a reason why people select drive up testing, as there was for me with an infant at home, I don’t want to risk exposure if avoidable. This place is a joke. Fellow doctors, don’t send your patients here. This woman had the audacity to show up late sipping her coffee, taking her sweet time only to discontinue the drive up testing program bc it’s cold outside. What a joke..
Leanne Hamel: I never write reviews but this was just so frustrating. I felt under the weather and decide to go get checked. After looking online everywhere was either booked or the wait time over an hour. This location said it had a 12min wait time but wouldn't let me lock it in online. I drive the 15min to be told they aren't accepting walk ins but can give me a 4pm appointment. I show up at 350pm only to be told to wait in my car at 430 I was told 3 people were ahead of me and when I cancelled at 5pm they seemed annoyed with me.Never again.

I would rate it a 10+, from the receptionist who led me to the waiting room, to Lauren, the very efficient & knowledgeable nurse to Dr. Hulefeld who was the most pleasant, thorough, and efficient doctor. Pentucket clearly has a wonderful team that is working very diligently for their patients. They are to be commended!

Kerri Sasso: I highly recommend AFC Chelmsford for all urgent care needs. The facility is extremely clean and well-kept. The front desk staff are welcoming and politely greet you. Allyson Page is a Nurse Practitioner who has impeccable bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. As a visitor, I would recommend AFC Chelmsford to my friends and family, if the opportunity arises.

I have seen Dr Allyson Page numerous times and found her to be extremely personable and very knowledgeable about diseases. She has a very Hollistic approach in taking care of your body . I was not rushed during my visit and I plan on switching to her as my primary care provider.

Austin Silverstein: Rude staff and an incredibly long wait. The girl behind the desk would tell people inside to wear there mask while she would blatantly pull hers down past her nose. The person who answers the phone was incredibly rude while trying to change my prescription after they prescribed me a medication not available in any pharmacy within 15+ miles. I’d rather go pay a copay and go to a real professional doctors office than go back any day. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Jamie D: I was brought back rather quickly (30 min) but waited an additional 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I expected this given short staffing everywhere. I have norovirus and despite knowing my symptoms, no one offered any vomit bags, or seemed considerate of the discomfort waiting with nausea. When I did see the doctor, I felt extremely rushed and like I was silly for coming in for my symptoms. I was given a prescription for a Zofran tongue film and told it was electronically sent to CVS. When I arrived at CVS, they had no evidence of the prescription and I was told to have them call it in. I waited an additional 10 minutes and arrived back at the drive through. CVS asked if the urgent care called since they told the pharmacist they would after finding that the medication was not covered by my insurance and to discuss other alternatives. I had to call AFC back and when the doctor answered, I told her the situation and she treated me like I was crazy for calling. She then proceeded to remind me (told in the appointment) that I can just take benedryl for nausea and acted like I should have known to just resort to that, despite her specifically giving me a film for under my tongue so I wouldn’t thrown it up. 45 minutes later (dehydrated, weak, and nauseous sitting in my car), I had no nausea medication and basically went to urgent care for benedryl. I’m so so disappointed and felt I was given very little compassion.

The doctor didn’t even last a minute with me, And without even looked my ear, he was already saying that it was not an ear infection, didn’t even let me talk or seem concern about the pain that I have, It looked more like he wanted to just go to the next patient. Didn’t send me any medication and I’m still in pain and now my ear is getting swollen. It was not one of my best experiences with the doctor, I’m not sure if it’s the same Dr that sees everyone.

Rob Fasulo: Called the Tewksbury office at about 2pm to see if they had xray capability. The call went to some central scheduling, I explained to the person on the other end that my daughters school had required x-rays due to an injury sustained on the field. I was told an xray tech was on staff in Tewksbury. My appointment was made for 430pm. I got there about 420 and was met with a sign that there was no xray tech on duty. I immediately asked about it because that was the reason I was there. I was told the tech was pulled by someone higher up and sent to Billerica. I explained the situation to them and asked if I could go over to Billerica to get it done. After an hour I was sent away because Billerica would not accommodate me. Went to Circle Health right down the road and had an xray within an hour.
Ann Hogan: Very Kind! Dr Sauris was a doll! Very compassion and took the time to connect with me through conversation, which I so appreciated! Marisa at the front desk was friendly and professional! The other staff I interacted with were also wonderful! 5 stars all around!

Paula Fuler: I went in for a TB test for a new job. The medical assistant was going to administer the injection while she was wearing gloves with which I saw her touch door knobs, a clipboard, a pen, and I don’t know what else with those same gloves on. I had to ask her to wash her hands and change your gloves. I am a nurse myself, so the absolute lack of hand hygiene a palled me.

Rusty Rail: Went today for a follow up Appointment today (03/24) & even with a pre-schedule time, the wait time was insanely long. They kept having to turn patients away at the door the wait was so long. Thankfully I had an appointment. I will say however the ladies at the desk & especially the nurses in the back were extremely extremely polite, kind, and caring. They made all the difference in the world. The traveling nurse who does X-Rays definitely deserves a raise. Without them I don’t think I would’ve waited as long as I did. I would’ve just walked out. Ekaterina Velikokhatnaya: We used this urgent care couple of times due to its proximity to our house every time our regular pediatrician is unavailable. And I am going to say that we will try a different one next time. Service time is very long(even though they specifically say that to their patients via printed messages on the walls). Today we spent 3.5 hours with my sick son who has been sick with some cold virus with high fever and fatigue. After taking the tests we’ve been waiting and waiting for the doctor, I kept opening the door in our room so they saw us. A nurse stoped by couple of times to check on us but the doc was not coming. In the end after about another hour of waiting for her I opened the door again and there she was sitting in front of the computer. When I asked when she was going to see us she said that she “was under the impression that we already left”. She totally forgot about us!! They kept closing our door, probably to maintain social distancing, so she shaw the door was closed, meaning someone was waiting for her! And yet she forgot! I felt very upset and frustrated with such service after waiting a total of 3.5 hours for a total of 4 virus tests(15 min each, 3 of which were taken all at once), 5 min of docs time, and 5 min of assistants time. The rest was a waisted time just to get forgotten in the end. Disappointed.

Merrimack Medical & Walk In Center: what do users think?
Julio Arias: I went here with my girlfriend because she wasn’t feeling well. They asked if she was vaccinated and because she said no they said they needed to do a COVID test. They recommended getting vaccinated in a very rude, unprofessional and bias way. Then they stuck the Q-tip testing stick so far up her nose it hurt. We have done multiple Covid-19 test and NO ONE has EVER felt the need to stick it up that far. This is completely unnecessary! Everyone has a right to chose wether or not they want to get vaccinated. And Dr’s should remain professional and neutral to RESPECT other’s decisions.
melina santiago: This is by far the worst health care I’ve ever gotten. For physicals they don’t make you take off your clothes to check for anything. Essentially you’re getting charged to tell them what your feeling. And they proscribe you medicine based on the vary vague and broad description you provide (so not a fix but a temporary bandaid that might cause other problems in the future). Years after repeating myself in saying I have severe back pain they finally told me I have arthritis. When I asked what kind of arthritis they’re answer “it’s just degenerative arthritis” even though their are different types. So unless you want a Dr that doesn’t care in providing a solution or really looking into why you’re feeling the way you’re feeling. I could go on but this is just one example. DONT GO HERE!
wendy Griggs: It’s hard to change doctors but I recently changed to this provider as I moved back to the area . To me honest I was not thrilled with my former PCP but was nervous about changing. So far I am very impressed by this facility. They care. It is evident. Simply said they treat you with kindness and at the end of the day that’s all we all want and need especially when we are feeling not so well.
Tanya Herrick: Dr Hunt has been my primary doctor since moving here in 2010. She is a great doctor. Very tentive, really listens to you and your concerns. I never feel rushed on my appointments. Cheri is a great assistant and always quick to call me back. I love that it is also a walk in so if me or my kids need medical care on weekends we have a place to go. She is a great doctor. I highly recommend her and this clinic.
julie Blanchet: My PC was not in so I went into the walk-in because I was having abdominal pain and what seemed to be a cold. Pain was on my left side and told doctor about constipation issue I've been having the past 8 months. She felt my side and had me jump and told me I could have the start of appendicitis and made me go to the emergency room and My cold symptoms were ignored. I went to the ER just for them to tell me its just gas, in the area that I was having pain in wasn't concerning. (Appendicitis is on the right side). Tried to call today to make a follow-up with my PC, and told them about what happened. They got upset and started to defend the doctor. Then proceeded to tell me since the emergency room was busy they gave me a simple answer just to get me out of there... When the ER specifically told me with no concerns they have,they're not going to put my body through all the radiation of getting scans when there's no need. I was also told the doctor was going to call ahead and when I got there and met with the doctor hours later there was no phone call.

Ingrid Castillo: Dina, I want you to know how impressed I was with you when you took your time and effort to help the hearing impaired patient yesterday on 11/10/22It was a wonderful gesture and it shows the kind, caring and compassionate person you are. you went above and beyond by writing down the necessary information so they could understand what they needed.I am very proud of you and appreciate what you did. This facility should be proud of having you as a member.

Briana Amenta: If I could give 0 stars I would. The "care" you get here is nonexistent. They referred me to the wrong place scaring me into thinking I had a disease that I was assured by my other doctor (that I trust) was not what I was told it was... the front desk is incredibly rude, never got back to me regarding my questions. And to top it all off, when I made the decision to leave, they transferred all of my records to the completely wrong place even though they had a release form from me stating specifically where to send them. I will be looking into what else I can do since this is a total violation of HIPAA! Do yourself a favor and do not come here if you can help it...
Johan M: Went in for sinus pain and pressure, primary came in gave me a covid rapid test, said to wait additional 30 minutes for results, different medical assistant came into give me results and told me to be on my way… never got checked out for my possible sinus infection or written a prescription. Told the MA about that she said they would send me a medication to my pharmacy??? Without being further evaluated. So sure if you want to drop a bunch of money to be seen here just to be walked through the facility like a carwash come here.
N P: I need to say, that I am very Thankful, for Dr. Hunt. I also love that Merrimack has a Walk in Center. Thankfully, I rarely get sick, but when I had to see Dr. Hunt she has always been Great. Dr. Hunt, Thank You!

Michael Connors: Seems like everyone who's leaving a bad review on here says the staff had some type of attitude problem or the wait time was long. Yes the wait time was long for me too, ut thats to be expected, it's a walk in medical facility. When is the last time you were in and out of the ER in less than 5 hours ?? Also the staff was extremely helpful, informative and polite with me, from the phone call I made before I went, to registration to seeing the nurse for blood work. Great place all around
Kelly Belmonte: Took my 3.5 year old daughter for sutures this weekend and service was fast and efficient . Staff were wonderful with her considering the traumatic circumstances for her. Maureen the medical assistant was great!!!
Shayla P: Took my 73 year old father here Tuesday with a swollen foot. Was there 3 hours total for the older physician to tell him looks like gout, sent us on our way with a prescription. Two days later it's not getting any better so I take him to the VA for a second opinion. They say it's not gout and are now doing further testing. We have had decent experiences before for more basic needs, but wouldn't really recommend going there unless you HAVE TO. I find it's actually more convenient to try and get a regular appointment with your doctor
d cunniff: Probably one of the worst experiences i’ve had. From the moment a nurse came out to get me. She had an attitude that would not quit. She was angry that I didn’t see her call, she had an awful tone and seemed to resent being there. She has no bedside manner and was actually abusive.
Laura Fitzpatrick: Sat here with my daughter for a urine and tb test for a new job , waited two and a half hours before I asked what the reason was for the wait since people were going in before us when they came in afterwards, no reply except we’re busy 3 hours later we are being seen . While waiting in the reception area with mtv blasting and everyone here is 50 and older making it more miserable for the wait. ( not that there is anything wrong with mtv but been there done that) receptionist is not so nice and non informative.. pretty much copian insurance and license is all she can handle. Not a people person. Wrong job

Atul Savaliya: A medical facility that doesn’t believe in lab results. Staffs won’t talk if you have any one of the 1000 symptoms of COVID, despite negative COVID test results. They claim that lab results can be false negative. I wonder if doctors will see patients under current pandemic for illness not related to COVID.Wrong people in wrong profession!!
Kerry Oneill: Was disappointed waited 35 minutes to register while the girl was textimg on her ohine then finally get called and waited 40 minutes to see a doctor this is the worst experience I've ever had and will think twice before coming here again
Kara Colarusso: I took my 4 year old in today for stitches on the back of his head. The entire staff was wonderful. The woman at the front desk got us registered with ease. Wait time was relatively short. The physician was so kind, fun and patient with my son. It was a great experience, given the unpleasant circumstances that led us here.
Erika Rheaume: Great staff. Excellent doctors. Kind and thorough. Brand new, state of the art facility. Not as expensive as other local urgent care facilities. Accepts all insurance. Affiliated with Lowell General. I highly recommend!
