Mary White: My husband and I went here this afternoon to have some paint made in Benjamin Moore paints, which the painter recommended. The gentleman that assisted us was David Brown. He was very informative and patient with us. He explained all the differences in the different types of paints. And explained how the light in a room would affect the colors. It made it easier to pick a color, shade and level of shine in our paint.I highly recommend this store and this employee if you need assistance in choosing paint.They painted the walls of a very large room today with this color and it’s perfect!!

Judy Gunning: Worst customer service ever! It took over 4 months to get my shades/blinds and shutters installed and I spent close to $3,500 on the order! I placed my order in August and had to continue to call for updates on delivery and installation. I knew it would be close to 8 weeks due to the shutter order but I called after the 8 week estimate and Debbie in the décor department never placed the order for my blinds! I had to wait even longer for them to get delivered. Once the blinds were installed (now it was November!) they were cut incorrectly and had to be sent back. In addition, the installer told me that the type of shade I ordered wouldn't be appropriate for a bedroom as there were gaps on the sides where you could see in or light comes in. Had the décor experts told me that I would have ordered a different model type. The installer (who was very knowledgeable) directed me to the right type of shade but had to wait another 4+ weeks for those to arrive. They were finally installed on December 14th!I called Debbie over 4 times and asked that I get some kind of a discount taken off the bill due to the inordinate amount of time and errors on their part. She never called me back. I finally spoke to the owner Lee who researched my order, called me back and gave me the timeline of what happened. Obviously, I knew the timeline because I lived it! He said to me 'what do you expect me to do?' I don't know - try to make your customer happy with her experience after waiting 4 months and spending $3,500! I told him I would never place another order with them again...he didn't seem to care. Just wanted to share my experience and tell you to go somewhere else!

The under cover cooler was a light yellow. The white I bought for the woodwork was so thin I had to keep going back and wiping the drippings.
