Manifest: I am an EMT who parked an ambulance outside the building. We went inside for approximately 3 minutes. They said they didn’t mind if we parked out front and then while inside they called security and reported us to our base. That is insane. We asked prior to parking there because it was a short trip and we need to hurry because there are people to help. (We respond to 911 calls). I’ve never had such a ridiculous interaction.

Furthermore, they don’t put the effort to find someone else to who knows.I rather drive the distance to Salem NH. Was charged for the previous day pickup for my prescription. It should not have been charged. My prescriptions are supposedly 0$, but i I paid for it due to needing it so soon and being out of Florida.

John: Over years of going here before I have had some of the kindest employees actually randomly asking me to "please come back" now I really aside from a few departments that are separate have never been treated so poorly by this store. I will include the pharmacy, electrics but even with police annex if waiting for the pharmacy and not filled overnight it is really unnecessary but I was after service desk visit and asking if they had phone number for a taxi I was able to present all receipts without alarm going off but stopped by random worker claiming an employee belied I was shoplifting. Even prior if a security tag did set the alarm even if I paid and swiped I will go to the nearest available cashier with item on it. I really must focus on why it has become so negative towards me. Focus is on pharmacy and any customer service mainly. They have multiple times said degrading and or derogatory comments to my face. I would not say anything but it is generally after the service desk in the front or back of store. There are a couple in particular and I will not repeat the quote from the same here. In general if you are not able to get to multiple places and have any reason why you need to frequent a department store this is not okay for anyone. I stopped going for a while. One of the women who had been trite was again. Same woman who also has a job watching and able to contact any security just because she feels like it.It happened so many times in the last few years, even if there was any reason I worked in places as different security while working and this is not how it is supposed to be done by any I have worked in for any reason. Even as an employee I did have to learn different things for different places. This is not what I even was taught any level. If in doubt the first is to ask if they need assistance. In retail. If you are trained to watch security camera and I was also it still is not how it is done but to pass from department to department because there was no issue. From return desk. Sad. Rude. Subtle last time. I really wish it was not like this. But if one woman more than once lets me know more than once outside of the property which I recognized but do not know. Basically told me speaking to another "[it is not safe to go there]" I can only say that I hope they turn this around and I have no idea why they had become this way but no it can not be made a pleasant place for me again. One of a few places I had no issue. Someone is knowing someone there and reaching out and calling. Front counter courtesy booth/return connecting all departments. They need to work on this. Last visit I avoided the same and otherwise no issue. I have more but it is not technically legal to do this regardless of who they are speaking to outside or inside the store. It was one of the better. Please fix. Otherwise I would rather not go there now
