Joshua Rosen: Been a customer for over 35 years. My first system lasted about 25 years, I'm on my second system now. Their service has been excellent, the systems tend to need a little service every 5 years or so. I also have them deliver a pallet of salt once a year.
George Maxcy: I was picking up some freshened tanks .. And was greeted promptly and even helped me load up tanks..Very professional staff..
Nelson Ruiz: The have an extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great service. They help me get a part for my reverse osmosis system it could not find in any other place. I purchased the acid Neutralizer from them about 5 yrs ago and it works very well.

John Bianchi: Horrible experience! Salesman came to my home and made a presentation and I agreed to install. On the morning of the install, and 30 minutes after install was to begin, Salesperson Tyler Boudreau called me to say the installer called out sick. I was later told this was a lie and Tyler had forgotten to have me sign a needed document. From there, I was left to make contact with the area office and that went poorly as well. I was told I've have a certain model installed when I agreed, later to find out they would install whatever model they had on hand. Avoid this company! They have a nice website.... Everything else stinks like my water still does.

DJ Dan'O: I had my stuff "upgraded" about 7 years ago by another company. Nothing worked like it did when we 1st moved it. We lost water pressure and they didn't do anything about the hard water. I had Hanson's come in and he found everything the other company did wasn't even the right way to do things. Hanson's replaced all the old and out dated equipment and fixed what the other company screwed up. My water pressure is amazing and the water feels so much better. No more dry skin. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys!

After a catastrophic failure of every aspect of my previous treatment system, I was in a jam.After bypassing my treatment tanks to stop the leaking, I called Gary the next day, who came by that evening from another job to come assess my situation... 8 days later, I have a brand new fully functional water treatment system and am enjoying the freshest showers I've had in years and now I can run multiple water sources simultaneously without any pressure issues.Gary even went so far as to clean up the convoluted plumbing that was originally installed and now we have a new well tank, and a premium self-maintaining softening and filtration system that's much more simple, elegant, and less vulnerable to corrosion and precipitate buildup.Bravo Gary!Seeya in 5 years for the carbon change out.
