When we realized this, we had the leak fixed then called for a mold inspection.A guy by the name of Storm came the next day and inspected the area. Thankfully the water didn’t travel far so we didn’t have a large area to treat. While he was there I also had him look at some area markings that were suspect from past incidents and the previous owners of the house. After looking in a number of areas he let me know that I was free of mold in all but the garage and explained why. After Storm left I was sent a quote that I approved and sent back via email the next day.Two business days later Brian came to do the work. Before he started, he took the time to talk the job over with me and even looked at a few areas I forgot to bring up to Storm while he was here. He checked them all out and explained that those areas were okay and why, same as Storm did. Between he and Storm doing this on both days I now have total peace of mind, which is great.Brian did great work with the job. He left the area very clean and talked with me about what he did after he was done.We feel great about being in the garage again (this is where I workout so I’m in there most mornings breathing deeply). Lois Bisson: Brian helped us with a mold problem in a crawl space under our four-season porch. The problem was actually in debris that was stored there years ago. Luckily the mold did not spread to any other areas in that space but Brian went above and beyond and treated and protected the entire area. He suggested we install a screen in the crawl space entry to allow for airflow, but before we had a chance to do that he did it for us with no charge! He also was kind enough to empty the water from our basement dehumidifier, again going above and beyond what is expected of his services.It is rare today to find such good customer service and even more difficult to find somebody who provides service willingly with a positive attitude.
