Maggie Blair: The staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. A wide variety of annuals, perennials, and seasonal plants for landscaping. Inside, you'll also find a curated collection of potted plants.
Tony Carter: For several years now, I have had nothing but positive experiences while working with Jim at Weston Nurseries. They always provide an excellent service and ship promptly. Over the previous two growing seasons, Weston has successfully fulfilled dozens of plant lists for our company.
Bryn Dews: We love the staff, the store and the plants and accoutrements. Great nursery! We've gotten shrubs, trees, houseplants, gifts (birdbath, ceramic pots, puzzles, etc.). And extra bonus, Tandoori Food Truck was there today! Lunch!!We had a tree that we bought (Redbud) that didn't survive so they credited us for it and helped us pick something more hardy (native magnolia).

Judith Jacobs: I have been getting my shrubs and perrenials at the Chelmsford location over the past 3 years since I located this nursery. I live close to Boston and have become disappointed with the options close to me. The Hopkinton location is not as Chelmsford. The staff is not helpful and their plants are not as well maintained as Chelmsford. I was at both locations yesterday and during spring and fall last year. I will continue to use on Chelmsford going forward. Joe, provided assistance with his knowledge of plants and care requirements. I was there for about 2 hours looking for ground covers and perrenials and he helped with getting my soil before closing. It's a pleasure shopping there. I will never shop anywhere else for my outdoor landscape. Their prices are excellent. When you buy outdoor plants, it's important that they are healthy and have been properly maintained. I have shopped at a variety of nurseries and big box stores over the years. Weston Nurseries, especially Chelmsford does it right. Why shop anywhere else?

Stephanie Tarasuk: Edit to add: after posting this review Weston Nurseries reached out to me and offered to replace the plant in question as well as remediation techniques to clear the bugs and keep the plant healthy. Since I preferred to keep it they instead issued me a refund, which was very generous and unexpected. Excellent customer service!Lots of outdoor plants, grounds and buildings in great condition. The greenhouses were on the small side and not a lot of variety. But I found a beautiful Chinese evergreen that had been on my wishlist. It looked perfect.The next day I found a mealybug on one of the leaves, and after cleaning all of the leaves, unpotted it to find what appear to be root mealybug eggs all over the roots. Houseplant sales are final; I am extremely disappointed.

Their choice of plants is truly amazing; the greenhouses seem to go on and on and offer much more variety than what the size from the street would indicate.Their plants and flowers are so much more interesting than what is at Home Depot and they are all healthy. An employee was happy to tell me how to care for begonia plants that I bought and her instructions were spot on because the plants are thriving.The shepherd's hooks that I bought are beautiful and are of very good quality; I expect them to last for years.Peter was also very helpful with getting the merchandise into my car.Thank you to all.

The basket was supposedly all fruit, what this company delivered was a large box of unknown terrible crackers and a few apples and oranges with very little fruit. An embarrassment to send someone, and a rip-off for what they charged me. A word to the wise, go elsewhere.

Bryan Greene: They have a great assortment of flowers, bushes and good for Christmas trees. They are pricier ($55-70) for Christmas trees but they have easily the best. I've gone there 2 years in a row (this is the 3rd) after visiting other shops and my trees have lasted all season. I've got bushes there as well that have been very healthy. If they were a little cheaper I would give them 5 stars.

Amy Croteau: Lynne is amazing! With a only a few pictures and texts she was able to make the most beautiful centerpieces for my wedding. They were so present on the large 11 ft tables. All of them were taken home by guests, mine are still just as beautiful 1 week later! Thank you so much to Lynne for her attention to detail and for being creative for people like me who aren’t. And thank you to BFM for having such beautiful and fresh flowers available and for having the right people to do the job!

Joseph Kelley: Ordered seasoned firewood a few days ago. Northeast nursery cord measurements are generous, highly recommend.
Matt Chaffee: This place is the worst landscaping/ masonry place I have ever been to. There knowledge of masonry is the most pathetic and their selection of materials are all over priced and of the worst quality. The only reason I have ever stepped foot in there is because they are open when most other places aren't. I just went to dump 1 ton of material there and they refused me because I had about 15 cut pavers and about 4 Sq. Ft of asphalt which I said I would through in my truck before I dumped. They straight up said no. Super hero employee of the month. Place is by far the worst. Stay away.

My next question was if they had any weed killer and she said she had no idea.She could had ask one of her co-workers but told me to comeback another day.I went to this place thinking that I would get better customer service than the big box stores but this place is as bad as the big box stores.

pamela poppe: 9 pallets of stone were needed to do my driveway. Northeast said 2 weeks for delivery. The contractor tore our entire driveway up in anticipation. 5 weeks in they delivered 5 pallets. Two months in they would not tell us when the balance would come. I called another vendor yesterday morning, and this other vendor is delivering 4 pallets this morning. We went in to Northeast and asked them to cancel the undelivered portion of our order, which is the only positive experience we had. They do not return phone calls, we had to physically go to the store whenever we needed answers. Oh by the way, Wilmington Stone quoted the exact price of the stone Northeast said they were giving us a bulk discount on. Disappointing to say the least.

Navid Manuchehrabadi: This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Be careful, Do Not Buy from these guys. Let me share my experience with you first. I ordered 40 yards of this so called super loam. The delivery was OK, however right after the truck left, I noticed the loam is not any close to what you see here or claimed on this website. This super loam was actually full of inorganic materials like plastics, glasses, clay and rubber pieces! I also found lots of large sticks and stones which makes this loam completely useless for me. The customer service is even worse as they don’t return your calls nor respond to your emails! I will file against them but be careful about what you deal with.

Tim Dixon: I own a Landscaping company and was calling around to find a few more trees to finish off a planting I was doing. They wouldn’t even tell me if they had the cultivar I was looking for. They wanted me to fill out a wholesale application online and wait up to two business days to be approved, then they would tell me if they had what I needed. Like I have time to waste filling out an application for them to tell me yes or no we have what you are looking for. Bizarre!
Maureen Camillucci (moecam): No longer open on weekends at the Codjer Lane location. Covid has changed their business practices and I was told today by an employee that it was most likely not going to change back. Saturdays were important for me to bring customers in to make plant choices. Weekdays are not an option for most customers as well as for myself. No cash, no checks...CC only. They seem more interested in procedures than sales. Great product choices and prices.
Shanda Cahill: This place is extremely busy on certain times of the year please be patient with everyone. Don't mistake being tired for rudeness...I find their prices are pretty reasonable and mostly pretty well stocked..the ladies in the office check out usually pretty fast. I never need to look for a person to ask a question if needed. I usually have to go pick up my things by myself I am always offered help to load my truck. Glad I found them as a supplier
