fathi bashir: I had twice live worms from the store. First, it's expensive for the amount you'll get ( $5, it was very few worms ). Second and most importantly, the worms were dead and looked like they had been in storage for a long time and were not in good condition.The rest of the store service and the staff were excellent.

Jay Carrier: Customer service is way below expectancy not enough staff allegedly to the point I'm on hold for 2 hours I don't understand they have to take a message to get back to me on the simplest thing nothing more than a part number for an outboard shifter linkage so ridiculous I need a carburetor no inventory I need an ignition coil no inventory
