Kay Bee: There is always a male worker inside the woman’s locker room. He is always taking out the trash which is never full. Women and children were showering every single time.Edit: I have been scared to notify staff after witnessing the incident where the nice young lady got escorted by police for reporting a similar situation. The male manager lied about being "corporate" to intimidate her. The officer was not listening to her claim of events, only siding with the manager. There were other witnesses, but we didn't want to get escorted out by police as well. I have since been working out elsewhere.
Crab Cakes: A lot of pervs and thugs at this location. Not very safe. Limit your training if you decide to workout here. Always smells like pot.

Dee Nimoh: Definitely wasn’t the place for me! 😒.apparently you can’t cancel your membership when you are out of state… I was having issues with something personal so I couldn’t afford to work…I called in while in new York to have it canceled and prioritize the issue I had at hand and the lady who picked up told me how much I’d have to pay to cancel ,so when I said okay, she said I had to be there physically 🤦🏽‍♀️Tried explaining I can’t make it but 🤷🏽‍♀️genuinely I couldn’t keep up with payments as I took care of my problem.. fast forward I’m in collection 😒 But that’s just life not everything’s meant to work in your favor!No hard feelings I just wouldn’t recommend it on my end. ✌️

Robert Schroff: I have been working out at Zone Fitness with Ashling for about 8 months now and cannot say enough great things about this gym and especially Ashling as a trainer. She puts so much thought into her training regimens and it is always uniquely planned to your attributes and what you are looking to get out of your workouts. She offers a ton of different plans to help with pricing as well as how often you wish to workout! She has fantastic hours which as a business owner in the area is amazing that I am able to go after work and on the weekends! Ashling is a great trainer and it has been awesome working with her and becoming friends at the same time! If you haven't been to the gym in years and don't know where to start, or just want to get more out of your workouts, Zone Fitness should be your first call!

Katie Robinson: Recently, a 1 year memory appeared on my social media. It was the height of being an essential worker during COVID, three months after a major life event for me, and 1 month after the death of the woman who raised me. The memory was a photo of the scale. It read 118lbs. I had lost 25 pounds in 3 months and felt healthier, stronger and better than ever, even with all of that going on. I went to a few different trainers before Zone and felt that it was unrealistic. Ashling and I were able to click and had similar goals. Ashling helped me learn what to eat (when I don’t cook at all) and how to stay on track. She taught me what exercises can target different muscles groups. It was the most learning I did all year. I worked with Ashling from February of 2020-September 2020. I am confident to work out and kept up with my routine since then. I am grateful that she was there, understanding and motivating. Barbara Galler: I have been training at Get In Shape in Bedford, MA for 10 years. I can’t imagine my life without them. Brian Smith and Caitlin Sweeny have been the most supportive, caring, understanding and motivating trainers I’ve ever encountered. Every single training session is customized to the member being trained. Every session carefully planned to progress and build on itself during the week. They know when to “push”. I cannot believe how far I have come over the years. Not only surpassing my weight goals, but more importantly, I am at a fitness level I never dared imagine possible.What is most impressive however is how Brian and Caitlin have handled the Pandemic. They 1000% supported every single member. While they were closed, they taped daily workouts for us. The provided us with a way to access those and record our progress. They set up group coaching calls and were always available for individual coaching and support calls or emails. They lent out equipment so those of us doing the workouts at home could really participate.Now that we are back, I am blown away by the “Post Pandemic” Studio “ I feel completely at home and safe . Brian and Caitlin have done an outstanding job of sanitizing and re-arranging the Studio to more than comply with state guidelines. Every client has their own space, with a divider. As well as their own equipment. And their own cleaning supplies. Everything is cleaned before and after. Then again mid day and close of day. Temperatures checked when entering, everyone with their mask and a logging system for tracing. It’s unbelievable.I love it. I love the members and I love my trainers. Try it.
