Bruce Young: I’ve been to this store a few times and am very happy with the selection of products and the assistance from the staff members. I recently ordered a jointer and the process was nothing but professional and transparent. The associates answered all of my questions on set up, dust collection and safety and made some great recommendations for my shop. This is a place that makes me feel comfortable asking questions about choosing the right tools, setup, sharpening, maintenance and equipment upgrades. Rockier is a top tier woodworking shop.

I know some there are better, and maybe it is just this specific store, but I will not come back by choice.

Skip Shimer: I bought a product from them that was defective. When I asked that it be replaced they told me not their problem, they only sell it. Call the manufacturer was the extent of their help. Terrible customer service. Might as well just shop on line with free shipping.Follow up to my review. I brought this issue up with corporate customer service. The manager of Woburn told corporate customer service that he did not have any of my item in stock so he could only send me to the manufacturer. That was a lie. First, he never looked at inventory but immediately told me to contact the manufacturer. Second, I looked at the web page after speaking with him and it reported three of my item in stock at the store. Why pay more money for the worse customer service than I get using e-tail stores?

Nuf Ced McGreevy: Concord Lumber’s ineptitude has set our project back at two months so far. They ordered a window for us without window jams. We have ordered 32 windows before for our house our in-laws have ordered 27 windows for their house and even our contractor has never heard of a window coming without jam. They don’t return emails they don’t return phone calls and the phone isn’t usually answered anyway. Maybe they treat contractors better, I don’t know. But if you are a homeowner you’re sadly better off in a big box store.
Larry Fry: We bought a grill from here and was very impressed with the service! They assembled and delivered it which was a huge help, especially given the size. They are always very helpful when we go in.
RCR: More expensive, but convenient... You're paying for the convenience of not having to go to Home Depot and boy is that valuable.

"When they had propane tanks. I bought a brand new one to be filled. They took it. Gave me one that was legally bad. They would not take back. Refused to give me my brand new. Never filed one back. Never did business with them again.

The delivery driver, Anthony, was superb at laying it correctly and making sure not to damage any of my property. He was exceptionally nice to look at as well. I would recommend Hudson Lumber for all your construction or wood laying needs.

There were about five employees stationed at the counter and when they observed my wife and I wearing masks they started discussing wearing masks.One employee commented that he doesn’t wear masks in businesses that request or require them and if they ask him to wear one, he opts to leave? What a great comment to hear when their store main entrance asks Friend Lumber customers to wear a mask.They didn’t have the paint we were looking for, so we went to Lorden’s in Pepperell, MA where THEIR employees were all wearing masks and had the pInt color we were loooking for.I’ll opt to use Lordon’s Lowe’s or Home Depot in the future.
