John Byrne: Jim got it right. Horrible support for printers. Do not buy these products, there is no support. Three phone calls and about an hour and NO ONE to talk with about the problem

Miami Blake: The absolute worst of the worst with communicating. I've gotten bills for equipment I don't even have. They shut off the service plan for the machine (in error) I do have and now I can't get service! This is for a printing shop that makes money daily using this equipment. I think their billing/invoicing is farmed out of the country. The local office doesn't get back to you either. AWFUL! Run do not walk away.
Hagop Hagopian: Worked for them as a subcontractor. I hope their customers were happy with my service. I didn't enjoy my time with their contract labor provider.
St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Dedham MA: The company is not very responsive and won't let you know when to expect service personnel to come fix your copier. Their poor communication and customer service led us to choose a new dealer when our 5-year contract with them expired. Once we made this decision Conway-Xerox made it as difficult as humanly possible to buy out the lease and return their equipment, which put us on a more expensive month-to-month basis.Would not recommend.
Drew Keating: Good luck ever trying to get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. If you have questions, you're better off googling them and burning your money. They make it entirely impossible to reach anyone within any department and fail to ever reach back out. No one can tell you who handles your account nor can they speak to how to find that person if they do know. Don't be fooled... they'll find you if they want something. You're better off buying your own printer / copier and paying for a new one when necessary.
Lisa Chotkowski: If I could give this place zero stars I would.We’ve been out of toner since JUNE (it’s almost October) and keep getting told ya on back up rider yet they keep billing us for the use of the machine. We’ve emailed and called several times to cancel our contract and have the machine be picked up yet no one is following through. 9 times out of 10 when we call the call gets disconnected/call drops. The only rime we can actually make contact with them is when they call telling us we owe them money and then we tell them we canceled and they say they have no record of our requests.STAY AWAY!!

Brenda Kenyon: I keep getting a run around every time I call to get a copy of our service contract. They keep taking my name, email address and claim they will email me or return my calls but they never do!
