Jason: My experience with this business and owner Mark was not good. He wrote a bad check for a piece of heavy equipment that was purchase for me. I had to take him to court and he did not show up in court. At the time of writing this I have not yet been paid a dime. Court records should be located in the Westfield District Court.

For one they did not come during the specified time they had said and due to this reason the order that i had delivered was left in the middle of my driveway were i could not even park my vehicle. When i called the company the woman i spoke to said that she had spoken to my wife about the delivery which was a lie. My wife had spoken to a male on the phone. They lied 3 times and after all this she stated that she could have a bobcat delivered for an additional 85$. They messed up and on top of that would like an additional 85$ to fix the problem. Really? ?? People please dont waste your time they are very rude . Both the women in the office and the man who i spoke to on the phone after he had delivered my product.

official stuff: Friendly, fast, affordable. Just don't buy the compost it is full of trash. Stay away from Anderson for compost also, theirs is full of gravel. Sucks when you don't see it till you get it home after a good rain. Live and learn!

Christian Berg-Hansen: Excellent customer service from an online order. I am a ships officer and was not able to open my delivery for a month as I was out to sea. I was excited to get home and open my new Fein Multimaster as I had envisioned 10 different jobs I wanted to tackle once home. I opened the box which was to include 2 kits in one and unfortunately was missing one kit. I was able to call Bob Boilard and explain the situation and he immediately remedied the problem. Professional and prompt customer service I will definitely keep Boilard Tools in mind for future orders.

If they have what I need I will always choose to be there over Home Depot or Lowe’s as I don’t have to wait around for some one who doesnt want to help me in the first place. There’s a reason all the area contractors go there and it’s because time is valuable. The quality of materials is great and they will take back lumber you don’t use and credit you. They also will price match on power tools.
