The bike was a wild custom color from HD so I never thought any body shop could handle the paint match. Searching online for a custom painter I found Spike's website and shop. Everything about his shop looked great when I stopped by to visit and get myself an estimate. I had the kind of feeling you get when you know you're at the right place.Spike's repair of my dented tank and re-paint work he did was factory flawless right down to the subtle pinstriping inlayed under the paint. I was more than impressed by his workmanship . He was also a great guy to do business with. No BS here! I got fast service, and a great job at a fair price. Spike's is the kind of shop that you can trust to do the job on a handshake. My kind of place. So if you're looking for a shop to get your rides tin repaired or painted, check out Spike. Mark & Nancy Dolphin: I ordered 13 shirts with names and numbers for our baseball team and the font used to print these shirts was very different from the example on the website. You can see by the pictures that the numbers are oddly too wide and not at all like the website picture (even though the seller claimed they were "very close"). There were also issues with the online order, which "confirmed" a delivery date of May 23, only to find out later (when they were not delivered on time) that a 'glitch' in the ordering system did not give correct delivery dates. The seller initially offered to re-make the shirts with another 2 week delay, but our baseball season had already started and we didn't have the extra time. Now I am trying to contact the seller and they are not answering my calls.

Jessica Hand: They do not provide clear instructions for proofing artwork, which can significantly delay your order. They kept quoting a ship date after art approval, and it did not ship on the date quoted by Lois. Her exact words were. "They will ship on Monday, Tuesday (day 9 post art approval) at the latest." However, they shipped Wednesday (10 days post art approval not 5-7 as quoted on the website). So delivery was delayed by another weekend. All in all, it took over a month to receive the order. Lois was helpful and courteous, but others were not very helpful or polite. Quality of the majority of the product was fair to good. However, when it was requested for a reprint of a few shirts due to the logo not being centered on the shirt or a logo that appeared crooked, we were offered a discount on future orders. The parents who purchased the shirts would prefer to wear one that is not off center or tilted, regardless if it is a flawed shirt or misprint.

By the time I ring up my 1st item she already finished with the other customer, left her register and proceeded to pace around me texting on her phone . If she didn't want to help out any customers she shouldn't be working at business that deals with only customers! Going to be looking at different options from now on . Keep in mind I was the only customer that needed to be cashed out. Mendee, do better
Jade Kenney: I came to this location, overwhelmed with my list of art supplies for college. The associate that helped me, Evelyn, helped me with multiple tricky items and was patient and kind. One item needed to be returned and Evelyn was polite and wonderful through both experiences. Thank you!!!
Jennifer Parker: Normally I have a good experience. Today was frustrating. I go in to pick up my online order. As I've done dozens of times. The entrance and exit are directly next to each other and in between are the bins for pick up orders. Legit, just bins with orders and last names hand written on receipts. You typically walk in one door, grab your order and exit. You don't have to talk to someone unless your order is too big for the bin. In that case, ypu walk up to the desk, tell them your name and they hand you your items and leave. Today, my order was behind the counter. The employee tells me she can't give me my purchase without an ID. I've done this dozens of times and have never been asked for my ID. I explain, normally I just grab a bag or its handed to me. I've never been asked to prove my order was mine and didn't have an ID on me. She told me, well do ypu know your order number? No, I didn't memorize my 11 digit purchase number. She was rude and gave me a hard time and called her manager over. Her manager literally asked me my name and then handed me my items. I don't know why I had to endure a ten minute rude conversation for all that. If you're going to change policies, then you should make your customers aware. Or at least be consistent. No one picking up from the bins shows any identification. And I've picked up at the desk more times than I can't count and have never had an issue.
