There is a good selection of duffle bags, back packs, military uniforms from pants, t-shirts, Jackets, gloves, hats, boots, bandanas, baseball caps for either male and female. There is camping equipment, knives, airsoft supplies, flags, military pins and stickers. It's a fun environment to visit and check out all the supplies.

Do your homework because they dont.

Jim Griffin: Needed to exchange an item or get a store credit and I had intended to purchase a few more items. The gentleman taking care of the place told me he couldn't do that because he had refunded a customer earlier and the manager was very upset about that, but he said he would call and ask her if she would do a store credit.Well after a few minutes he came back and told us she said no and then literally just walked away from us like he could care less. Won't go back and won't refer anyone. They were good when I purchased these items, not good when I needed help.

Pawtero LLC: It was truly a fun experience.I know previous reviews described the lady in the front as rude and unprofessional, which made me a bit cautious when I first entered, but she actually was very professional and nice. Yes, she is a bit direct when it comes to safety and the rules but very professional and respectful. Which is a good thing, especially since both myself and my brother had our sons with us.The place was clean, the staff is professional, and a really fun place.

Heather Mainville Marsh: Very unprofessional staff. The lady behind the front desk ripped mags out of my vest after neglecting to tell me that you can only get one at a time for rental guns. After that told me to “walk down the street to the atm” in a very rude and unprofessional tone when I simply asked if I can get money off of my credit card to use at the vending machine. Having been my second experience I am very disappointed in the professionalism of the desk worker as well as the refs. (The refs weren’t terrible but you could tell who they were friends with and who they let do mostly whatever they want.)Edit: after reading other reviews and the owners comments it is clear that they are NOT trying to help or take advice from the people who play there. Instead trying to combat and defend their own actions against people in the community that have had bad experiences. Overall terrible experience, knocking it down from a 2 star to a 1.

mr sex goblin: Been here a couple times now with my friends who travel down from Vermont to play and it's always a lot of fun.Many people on here saying some pretty unreasonable things about the refs and front desk. Never had any issues with either, and will definitely be returning for more airsoft soon.One of the best airsoft places around the CT area

Jacob M: To start of with the pros before i start explaining my experience with tactical airsoft i hope to provide constructive feedback in the hopes that one day this place will be a better experience.-The map was pleasant, well balanced rooms and corners overall even playing field however spawn camping was open at a handful of angels- the players (not the staff) were honestly what made my day seeing a bunch of people come together to enjoy a hobby with many different ways of playing made my day- the layout of the entire store is pretty straight forward once you learn it, no confusing hallways or offices everything is labeledthat is generally it for the good stuff now moving onto which was about 60-70% of my experiencei enter the store with respect, this is not my property plus i want to get along with the staff to ease everything and strengthen the experience for me and my party of 3. I walked into the store the front desk lady was not busy and did not introduce me to anything, this is a business and customer service is necessary but this isn't a big issue. I didn't know what to do and i didn't have any .25 tracer bbs so i looked around and grabbed them. 30$ for 2000 ,this is a higher price but i understand this is a business. I placed them at the front desk and politely said i wish to purchase these. I was instantly met with a snappy attitude asking if i was signed in a aggressive tone, well no i wasn't signed in because she didn't introduce me to anything. I got through the waiver and read all the rules, not only did she began to treat us as 5 year olds but began to ask questions about the waiver and continued to be sarcastic. After getting through the process and getting a wristband she said " go to the waiting room". How am i supposed to know were it is? Is it to my left? to my right? do your job and provide customer service.The entire process of getting into and reading for a game is straight forward and everything was nice until the end of the second game. Not anyone's fault but my own personal gun began to have issues and i asked a staff member to were i can leave the field properly, they escorted me through the back door. No issues until next game, the game ended and i was close to the back door i tried to walk through it and was instantly told not too. Inconsistency in rules as it will be enforced later.The staff have favorites me and my party observed and we were proven right. Blatant spawn camping tied with speed softers but when i tried to sit at a window for a prolonged period of time to gain a leverage i was met with rules from the staff. Again more inconsistency with the rules.My worst issue by far was being disrespected by the staff. At the end of one of the games i took my eye pro off as i was leaving, literally a foot away from the tent. I understand that this violates the rules and that is my fault but does a accident justify disrespect toward a customer? before i procced i do sign a waiver, I'm liable for any injuries that happen to me regardless but considering my proximity toward the "safe" area i don't think disrespect is justified. A staff member told me to put my eyepro on, i did not hear him due to the immense amount of people near me i thought he said to take my mag out so i waived my mag at him showing it was already out. Then he proceeded to get in my face and tell me too " get my damn eyepro on, bro what are you doing there's bbs everywhere".There is a reason tactical airsoft has 3.5 stars and you can see many experiences are alike mine. This place either needs to improve management and staff or just go to a different field there is one 10 minutes away that seems to be better

Alexander Delphia: Pros:- The Gameplay is pretty good, the “map” is nice, and the game modes are generally pretty fun.- Every single Player I interacted with was friendly, and one individual even let me touch their rifle!- Good Price for the amount of playtime, although it’s a long drive from home unfortunately.The Cons:- The individual at the front desk was not a very friendly individual, and it seemed as though they were trying to prove their intelligence, by making my group feel less than them.- The refs are very clearly picking favorites (People they know) especially when it came to the “no speed-softing” rule. There were multiple instances of players engaging in such conduct, and when reported to the refs, they did nothing.- Spawn camping (on the spawn near the entrance/exit) was RAMPANT. Particularly by those who were in the refs favor.One Personal gripe:- I’m highly sensitive to odor, and the heavy vaping usage outside was not very nice.

Tyler Pat: These refs are straight up pick and choose, the rules don’t mean anything either. They put the bang bang rule in bold and I be legit getting lit up and feathered point blank. Also the refs be claiming how when you’re in an entanglement with a fellow player to report to them, the refs can be d.a in ya face and see you get lit up or kill the other person first and they’ll shrug they shoulders and tell you to walk back to respawn and let the other person walk free. These refs cannot balance teams either they don’t care if ya teams getting pushed crazy but if there lil team wit they friends get pressed they tell us to lay off. It’s so biased at this field. Do not recommend at all. Worst first time experience at this field.

Jayne Ethereal: This place is awesome! As for everyone saying the owner and staff are mean, yall must be one of 2 things: 1) absolutely crybabies who thing clear communication is disrespect and would not last 2 seconds in the military, or 2) where breaking the rules and disrespecting the staff and establishment. Im an airsoft noob and I was expecting to be condescended to but quite the opposite. I walked on with respect and was met with respect and kindness. You can tell the lady at the front is super passionate about that place. Another guy at the front was so sweet I even broke a rental battery and he said "no worries ill fix it" people made it seem like the front end was a scam shop but no I found the prices super reasonable and they even charged the battery I bought for free and gave me a loaner (which I broke). Don't believe the hate come try for yourself and come in with respect! Good stuff tactical airsoft!

Ashanti Bright: HORRIBLE customer service from the old haggard looking woman in the front. She was incredibly rude to my boyfriend, rolling her eyes whenever he spoke to her. After my boyfriend signed the waiver and read over the rules despite this woman's disgusting attitude, she decided to quiz him on specific rules as if he was a child. When he asked if that was necessary she raised her voice and him and when he continued to question her she called for security, he didn’t even get to play. Would give 0/5 stars if possible, DO NOT come here.

If they had expressed any interest at all in my interest in their establishment I would not really feel this way, however my single question seemed too much a burden for the woman in front to answer kindly and professionally and she just directed me to the website, though I was standing in the face to face and any question could be easily answered. I was excited going in and very let down leaving.

Rolled her eyes at them and made us feel unwelcome. Every single guest complained to me about her attitude as they were checking in. Was even rude to my son who was the birthday boy. I had to call her attention twice before the party even started and her negative attitude never changed. She was a sweetheart to take my money and book my party in the beginning but Cruella Deville the day of the event. Will never come here again. Don't spend your hard earned money into a business ran by an unprofessional lady with no manners. She was so bad that I give this place no stars!

Morgan Statts: Honestly where do I start hahah we went there this past Friday. the owner or whoever is the lady at the register is rude flat out pretty much yelled and gave us an attitude the whole time. Half the players that go there don’t even follow the rules but u better read the rules or she’ll definitely yell at u. It’s not a bad place to play but for me and my boyfriends little cousin and brother and him it wasn’t all that there’s definitely better places and for the money we spent there we coulda got a lot more somewhere else.
