kylie: i went there once. the doctor was condecending and barely passed as an allergist. insisted that oatch testing did not work so he wouldnt do it. and this is sad he comments on his own practise rating five stars. anyway do not recomend the wait was also very long

Jonathan Bayuk: Doing the best that can be done as we are provide the highest level of Allergy and Immunology care possible. Very busy but worth the wait, if you can be patient. Let us know if your unhappy before posting bad reviews as I can't fix if I don't know about it.

Jeremii Van Komen: I had a great experience. Everyone was super nice and all their processes were streamlined. My previous allergist passed away and they didn't hesitate to help me and get me on my treatment I used to be on. Office was clean and not crowded. They said they'll see me in 6 months which is great to not overcharge me when it's not necessary.
Steve Andras: Treatments are fine they constantly have no one available to do shots they cancel days so many times almost impossible to get your shots .
mattygee5000: Getting too crowded week in week out.. what was once a predictable trip can be a 1 1/2 hour slog. Also constant changes of serums/manufacturers/methodologies result in people on monthly or bimonthly maintenance doses going on a weekly basis anyway, Cha-ching for them I guess.

Johnny Jusino: After being rudely told "make sure you remember you mask next time" (with an exaggerated eye roll) by the troll behind the desk not wearing his mask "…... the rest of the experience was over all pretty good.Nurses and techs were great.
Matthew Henry: I was not very impressed with my experience at this office. From the beginning, I was second guessing my decision to book an appointment here after scheduling the appointment via the phone. On the phone call, the receptionist sounded miserable and unhelpful. These thoughts were further reinforced after my arrival at the office. The staff in the reception area were overall unhelpful, and seemed unfamiliar with procedures relating to insurance coverage. I would expect a doctors office to have better understanding of insurance, and customer service in general.
Ifreecycle Yahoo: I went to Dr McGovern years ago and never went back - he had me alone in a room and looked at my private area because I had hives. I told the nurse on the way out that I was alone and what he did. I wasn’t happy…thought it was quite creepy.

Katie Kowinski: Amazing physicians. Professional staff. These doctor's got me on the road to feeling well when no one else could help. When I I needed financial assistance, they're generosity was unequivocal. I was very sick without insurance long before Obama care. I was seen and given medication free of charge. The office and exam rooms may lack the ambiance of newer clinics but I like to think they have prioritized material comfort for the wellbeing of their patients.
Elaine Montuori: Dr Bajaj told me that American women were weak - Ha! I left and didn't go back. He also didn't seem to care about the issues I was having - he did want to charge me for extra tests and treatments
Christopher Foreman: Stay Away! This place is a poor excuse for a doctors office. Dirty building, shared with a methadone clinic. Most of the staff is rude and hesitant to answer any questions you may have. Dr. McGovern had a runny nose, wiped it with his hand and then tried to shake my hand (BTW, his office is a complete mess). They're only interested in scheduling continued follow-up appointments to keep the money coming in. I mentioned I didn't want to schedule anymore follow-up appointments at this point in time and Dr. McGovern immediately got up, put his coat on and said he had to go. Left me standing in his office without answering my questions and no instruction on how to check out. All patient rooms are a mess with stuff failing out of the cabinets. There are many other qualified Allergist in the Springfield MA surrounding area. Don't waste your time with McGovern & Bajaj, they're a joke.
Pat Moriarty: I needed a second opinion and Dr. McGovern handled it. The staff was welcoming and eager to assist.

Kimberly Jurkowski: I really appreciate the thorough care I've received since joining Agape Allergy a month ago. The clinic staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I know I am in good hands!
Heather Hughes: This was the worst specialty practice I have ever been to when it comes to immunology. The office staff has extremely poor communication and no one is on the same page. They are untruthful and do not take responsibility for thier mistakes and office errors. I do not recommend anyone to go to this practice, especially if you or your child has extensive medical issues.

jesse bailey: Let me start by saying that Dr Garrett is a good doctor and I have been seeing her for quite some time, well before she started Agape. Now the reason for my rating, I have an FMLA claim for asthma, something that she controls, not my PCP. I was given paperwork for my FMLA claim to be filled out by the physician that handles my asthma. She will not fill it out. I was told to have my PCP fill out. I go to my PCP and they tell me to go to DR Garrett to fill it out as she handles my asthma. I was told she will not fill it out as she is a specialist. Not showing any care or compassion for the patient unless it makes them more money. And also the run around from her office and my PCP just trying to get it filled out
Jessica Crosby: Dr. Jackie Garrett is an amazing doctor with an amazing nursing staff. I normally do not like the doctors and do my best to avoid them due to non of them ever listening to me. I went to see Dr. Garrett and she actually truly listened to me. Quite frankly she save my life when I was about 17 and I’m 20 now, she saved my lungs from getting worse by listening to me everyone else chalked it up to my weight. I’ll admit I’m not skinny but I’m definitely not fat I played 3 varsity sports and still play varsity sport in college. And without her I would have died at 17 after I had a serious asthma attack I was seen by her and things didn’t look good and I couldn’t play for months I couldn’t do anything. She is truly the best doctor I’ve ever ever had.
Brenda Gagne: Dr Garrett is an amazing caring Dr that has gone above and beyond caring for my son who has a rare autoamune disease. Boston Children's couldn't give us many answers but Dr Garrett has stuck with us and helps so much. Thank you Dr Garrett for everything you do.
Cindy Belanger: They don't communicate well. I literally was told to be off my allergy meds by the office lady and then that appointment the doctor said I didn't so I suffered for a week for no reason. Then they pushed an appointment back a month because they messed up scheduling. Then after terrible suffering being off meds (prime allergy time) to get tested they Never warned me about not being able to get a flu shot. And I had to get one so I did the day before and got sent home. So after wasting my time, gas, and physical well being (being off of my allergy meds) I would Never reccomend them now.
Jammer 2omega: Dr Garrett is an amazing doctor with a dedicated nursing staff.Receptionists and communication are downright awful. Can't trust anything said over the phone. And even then very little is conveyed in person unless asked about.If you can put up with being told one thing, and having it switched when you arrive, then this is a good place.Doctor and Nurses are amazing. Receptionists and managers are the worst.
