I have been going to doctors for a lot of years, and there is NO doctor I have ever heard of who would run tests on a patient without having seen them in person. Nor would the doctor just give test results without having examined and/or discussed the issues with the patient. Many doctors change the price of a visit to talk to them on the phone. If someone doesn't want to pay the $240.00 office fee, go to a doctor on the insurance plan to get the testing done. It does a serious disservice to insult a medical professional by asking them not to do their job and not get paid for their expertise.
