Pierce Jorgensen: Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isn't that bad cause I don't expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.

This Bagadonuts G: Definitely the worst O'Reilly's I have ever been to. Place is literally WILD, employees have attitudes, and honestly don't seem to want to help if it inconveniences THEM. Never had this issue with ANY OTHER store beforehand. Been shopping O'Reilly for almost 20+ years, I don't know if this is just a state street issue, but man someone needs to teach these people how to deal with customers and on how to provide service in a friendly manner.

I called the Liberty Street O’Reilly store and explained the problem and also explained that I physically needed help to fix the issue. Kyle, the guy that helped me, couldn’t have been more helpful! Tremendo For You: Helpful staff a bit slow even when there was no one there but me. Found what i needed.
Jay Cameron: This used to be my go-to auto parts store. The staff was knowledgeable, and they had decent stock and prices, with a laid-back feel.I went in most recently for air filters for 2 vehicles. They had both filters for my newer vehicle, but only the cabin filter for my older vehicle; they had to order the engine air filter. [BTW, my vehicle was a transition year - my unit didn't have any cabin filter.]While I was there, a staff member (Manager?) was whining about how they had more returns than sales for the day, and was swearing up a storm.I gave them my number so they could call me when it came in - obviously not urgent, but avoids having me to make multiple phone calls or visits to see if it's in or not; no need to bother them. I waited about a week with no phone call. So, I went down to the store to see if it had come in.The staff member pulled it off a shelf (I didn't see my name or number or any other identifying information on the box), and sold it to me. I made a comment that I hadn't changed it for a while, and that I thought it was round instead of rectangular, but I wasn't sure.Sure enough, when I got home, the actual filter was round. I decided not to upset the Manager any more by having ANOTHER return that day, so I waited to call for the next day.They mumbled about how they couldn't get it, and that I'd have to pay for shipping, and that they couldn't get a transfer from a sister store, blah-blah-blah. They finally found one for ~$80! That's about the book value of the vehicle!I found 2 (TWO!!) different brands in stock at the competition for $25-30.I'll be travelling the [literal] extra mile to go to the competition from now on!

While waiting to be checked out 3 employees made eye contact and again, no assistance was offered. Finally after 4-5 minutes the checkout process was started but came to a halt because she didn't have change. She asked (no one in particular) for change and that too took 4-5 more minutes. Annoyed with this unnecessary waiting I told her to forget it and to return my money. She said the transaction was already made and I had to wait again for someone to give me my change. Sad that these employees don't value customers! Shame on Auto Zone!!

Brittany Nelson: I was having a issue with my car battery terminals, which had severe corrosion and caused issues with starting the car. The employee, Alexis Mountez, was superrrrr helpful. He checked my battery with the little device thingy to make sure it was in good working condition, he also cleaned it, and he changed one of the terminals for me. He was super nice, patient, and respectful. He explained every thing he did to me, and triple checked and tightened everything bolt and screw before assuring everything was good.
