Amber J: My toddler hit her head and was bleeding very badly and after calling 911 AMR showed up within minutes. I had the best EMT’s to help us! Not only did they help our daughter but the EMT even checked on her at the hospital! He was telling us how he went through a similar situation with his son and he really tried to put our mind at ease. It really meant so much to us. Highly recommend!!!

Russ MacFarlane: AMR came because I twisted my back getting out of the shower and was having trouble with my motor skills.1 training officer and 2 trainees.I explained to them that I was disabled and have spinal stenosis and I think I pinched something in my back.They checked my vitals and blood sugar. They put me in the stair chair and bounced me out and down the stairs to the ambulance.I told them they were hurting my back.They shifted me over to a gurney, no backboard or collar, and left me in the rain until they could figure out how to get the gurney into the ambulance.The trainee in the back with me had no idea what he was doing, where anything was, or even how to turn on the tablet to record my information.The trainee driving didn't know how to get to the ER entrance at Mercy Hospital.The ambulance is a loud, rattling, bumpy cargo van. Every bump was causing me back pain and I told them.There was no treatment of any kind given to me during this painful ride.I was given an IV pain reliever in the ER for my back.My initial complaint was motor skills problems and numbness in my legs and feet. I WAS NOT IN PAIN.The bill for this awful, painful ride is$3150.00.The ER was $900.Next time I will call UBER.

Jason Lee: What kind of parking job is this. Blocking the pump and other drivers from getting by. Plenty of places to park to eliminate that. Highly Inconsiderate. Although not surprising after reading the other reviews.

Angelina Robinson: These people brought my 92 year old grandmother home with a thin blanket in freezing, snowy temperatures. Did not allow us to help her and couldn’t get her in the house. They couldn’t lift the stretcher up a couple stairs. These people were extremely rude, careless and let her die from hypothermia.

Life of Tionna: THE WORSE ambulance services I’ve ever came across ! So careless & very disrespectful ! I’m SO glad it was not an emergency my grandmother would not be here if it was ! Would not recommend them to anybody at all ! My grandmother recently had an operation & she can not walk down the stairs safely . We were notified about her appointment 4 days prior to the actual date . If we were notified earlier .. I definitely would have been able to do everything properly & set up a transport & assist through her insurance , unfortunately it was too much of a short notice for them to do it that way . I contacted one company that said they would charge me $250 to get her down the stairs in a stair chair .. I contacted this company 4 days in advance . I spoke with a female I explained to her the situation & also very carefully explained that she can NOT walk down and needs to be lifted down . They asked her weight and the number of stairs I have . She stated that they could NOT transport her but can get her down to a lower level . That’s great ! She said they absolutely would be able to do that for NO cost at all . I asked can they help get her back up as well , she said yes call in advanced and they will meet us back at home & if they are busy they will contact the fire department for us & they’ll definitely help . I double checked & asked a 2nd time . She confirmed everything would be good . Just call 45 minutes in advance to give them time to get here Fast forward to the day OF her appointment . I called 45 minutes ahead of time . The dispatcher told me “ if your calling now I have to send them now call 10 minutes before the appointment 🤔 . (Okay .. we would definitely need more than 10 mins because the drive is actually 10 minutes away & I’mSure it’ll take about 5-10 to get her down the stairs ) whatever . I called 10 minutes before ...Dispatcher: Is this an emergencyMe: No it is not , I’m calling to get an assist down the stairs gave my exact address & information they asked for ... 10 minutes go by , now she’s late for her appointment... I go outside, There are 3 females standing in the parking lot ACROSS the street giggling having a grand ole time ! They were at the wrong house for 1 . She said oh they gave us the wrong address .. came over I had to explain AGAIN what was supposed to be going on . 1 female said “ we don’t do this at all so idk why the dispatcher told you we did”The other girl said “ I actually just blew my back out last week I can’t lift her “( THEN WHY ARE YOU ON THE CLOCK RECEIVING A CHECK ? If you have a bad back ? What purpose do you serve in helping the injured if you’re not okay yourself 🧐)The other female complained about how many stairs we have and also stated “ they told us this was an emergency if she has an appointment how is this so . ( I clearly told the dispatcher NO emergency when he asked as well as I told him my correct address apparently he didn’t hear either )I feel totally violated & disrespected by this crew . She said we’re not even going to be able to carry her & repeatedly told me “they don’t even do this” . She called another crew & 1 man arrived and was able to help my grandma down the stairs via stair chair . When it was time to return .. I called and asked can they meet us back at the house . They said “ we don’t do that call the fire department “ 😳 I helped her back up the stairs myself which took a very very long time & she also ripped her stitches along the way up the stairs and this all could have been avoided because if they would have never told me they offer this type of service I would have rescheduled the appointment to a later date & waited for her transport to clear through her insurance . I will be taking further action and contacting somebody & getting this company checked out ! HOW disgustingly rude & careless of this company ! Thank you dispatcher & thank you crew members so much !

Fari E: I was not happy with the response from Amr team who attended the call for a stroke patient, they were slow in coming and transporting patient to hospital .. every minute counts for stroke patient, oxygen needed to be provided to patient during transport.. EMT was not fit to carry patient who weighed less than 200 pounds from basement to the ambulance .. EMT they need to be retrained to know what to do when a patient with stroke symptom is found.. they need to make sure patient airway was open and oxygen provided and quickly with proper care taken to the hospital.. I am sorry I lost my dad by Gods wish but I would like the first response which are the EMT or AMR staff to be there when needed ASAP with properly equipped and trained. Hope my words are heard and someone else life is saved.

My brother was in a Nursing Home for six months and anytime he had an appointment, National Ambulance was so helpful, respectful and attentive not only with my brother, but also with the family. Chico Valentin: Do Not do business with them they let their employees drink liquor on the job when they have to drive and take care of sick ppl. They are very corrupt and big on favoritism. Dispatch does not know how to do their jobs messing up addresses and patient information. If you love your Family members and want the best care for them use AMR for your transportation.
