Godric Phoenix: Not a good place to shop if you're a black folk. I left the there market with a defective shopping bag. My items was not double bag and in result to that the jar of pickles I got fall from a opening in the bottom on the shopping bag along with the tomatoe I had. I want back immediately and told the cashier and the manager at first they said they can't do nothing about it. I told them that that was on them because the bag was defective. The cashier was then talking to the manager in Spanish and he then allowed me to get the item I lost. He had a attitude and I told him that I'm not shopping here anymore.

James Siano: Big Y always shines, the only place that compares is Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, but who's driving an hour or more for a head of lettuce? Convenience plays a big part in shopping, Big Y has it covered in all aspects, however I would like to see coconuts that are good! I've broken open many and I'd say 5 out of 10 are bad! Other than that minor glitch I'd still give Big Y 5 out of 5 stars!

profepte: Fui de nuevo detrás de mis gluten free para mis comidas ya que ellos tienen grandes opciones. Si buscas a BOSS red hill allí los tienen. Y unos pastelitos que en la casa le encantan. Lo visito muy a menudo ya que allí también están los huevos Cage free y la leche lactose free. O sea son muy buenos. Estacionamiento amplio y para impedimento buenos espacios y bastante cantidad. Puertas y pasillos son muy amplios para también la silla de rueda pase. Empleados y cajeras muy eficientes,amables y dispuestos a ayudar.

Suman S: There are like bazillion Big Y’s within 5mile radius and not one of them are ‘world class’ as they claim to be. A lot less options to choose from. Also the stuffs they carry are pretty generic and mediocre. Sure, there are a lot of options to choose in terms of Cheese. But produce and meat are subpar and you pretty much have either one or two option to choose. Even smaller chain stores like Hannaford in Eastern Mass have way better options to choose from. Springfield really needs a Marketbasket/ Hannaford/Wholefood or Big Y needs better inventory planners.

The excuse I'm given is that the staff needs to clean the room and they do it an hour before closing.The whole thing left me with a bad taste in my mouth because I had empty alcoholic containers in my vehicle that I brought specifically to cash out and get my deposit back I didn't feel comfortable bringing them back with me I didn't want to be accused of drinking and driving.Big Yreally should consider keeping that room open during normal business hours and only close it when the store closes.It's a disservice to their customers to close that room early and there really is no excuse for closing early that makes any sense to this loyal customer

Eli Yasuna: The absolute worst grocery store. Those posting anything higher than one star have clearly never been to a half decent grocery store in their life. I’ve never seen a store sell expired or ripped food boxes that are literally duct taped and placed on a table for sale at a cheaper price - just donate it at that point, wtf….. honestly anyone who shops there knows more about how to find an item than any employee. I asked where to find something and the employee literally said “somewhere between aisles 7-14.” Oh, thanks that narrows it down! Went over to the sub shop hoping they’d be able to make me a sub because the pre-made ones were out, only to hear “we don’t make those here. They are shipped in.” Who ships in pre-made subs and then sells them as “freshly made?” I’d honestly be okay if the prices were cheap but let’s be honest they’re not. Big Y truly lives up to its “world class” reputation!The Big Y people need to go to a Wegmans and learn what a real grocery store is.
Andrea Stacy: Absolute worst big y I’ve ever been to. Horrible customer service. I tried ordering food for pick up one night, was on hold for 25 minutes before someone even picked up the phone. Then they took my order and told me to come get it in an hour. Waited, drove a half hour to get there and turns out, no one ever even made my food in the first place. No one had the decency to call me to tell me and couldn’t make the food anyways because by then the ovens were turned off. so wasted a lot of time. And as I was walking out of the store, I heard the worker say to his coworker in an extremely mocking tone “awe, I just broke her poor little heart.” But even despite that, I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried the next day. Called, same thing, waited on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up, tried calling again, on hold for another ten minutes before the same women that transferred me picked up the phone, realized it was me again and actually hung up the phone on me. Tried calling again and no one picked up the phone for me for the rest of the night. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a big y before. They should be ashamed of their customer service.
Wayne E Schlessman: Nice clean grocery market with good selections for most items. Friendly, helpful, courteous employees. I am completely blind in my right eye and nearly blind in the left. The helpful young lady who assisted me on my last visit was an example of the great employees here. I'm going to be on my toes to get the name of the employee this time. I think good employees should be recognized.

Jake Dressler: Planet fitness is a great gym. Alsounlike other gyms that use ABC financial group to rope you into a year contract that's IMPOSSIBLE to cancel, Planet Fitness gives you the option to cancel at any time. They're not underhanded trying to make a quick buck. And their prices are totally reasonable. Good gym, good management.

Luis Torres: Experiences have been great everything for my food needs, always fresh, prices are reasonable, they have everything you are looking for and some that you aren't but because it's a good price and you take it anyway, they outstanding service to disable customers which I am, but need reliable electric carts, and the have self checkout which I don't like and the regular lanes usually little busy not bad but only usually only one to two line open..

B&T Cards&collects: Staff member junior went 0-100 in 5 secs at self check out 👎🏻 he was real ignorant, wanted to get physical dam near with me and also expressed to me “he gets money in the streets don’t get it twisted because he works at big y and to Google his name” Big y employees can’t have a physical record number one so that comment had to have been a scare tactic. And it was all over me doing a double transaction card then cash over some fruit. Accused me of trying to l steal them aswell. Worst part of all before my self check out a man around 70 years old wasn’t able to properly use the self check out junior gave the poor man attitude and was very rude and sarcastic to the gentleman.
