Lymari Fines: Siempre he ido a este lugar sin ningún problema pero hoy 25 de marzo de 2023 fui y habían varios cumpleaños el cual yo según leí en su política que aunque hayan cumpleaños se puede ir a disfrutar sin ser parte de la actividad hoy estaba mi niño en el área de los bloques de foam y un papá de uno de los cumpleaños me dijo que mi niño se tenia que salir pq no era parte de su cumpleaños me fui muy decepcionada yo pague igual que ellos no recomiendo ir fin de semana
Cindy Tran: Loveee this place! Very big and spacious, every age group has its own section so I felt safe with my 2 y/o. the best part, it is very clean! No smell, no trash laying around. Staff was great. Very recommended for children who needs to burn off energy. It’s also cheap compared to Chuck E. Cheese!

Re Two: We went on 2/1 around 6pm the gentleman working front desk was extremely kind and helpful, was clean and they do a good job making sure kids don’t run and stay safe/ spaced out! A must visit in Springfield

No ambience music at all and no safe for your toddler's because all you see around is lots of teenagers kids running around and pushing each other on top of people . Teenagers fighting . profepte: Fui a pedir información para una actividad es fácil llegar. El lugar tiene parking grande y para impedidos. Estás con puertas con asceso a impedidos. Pasillos amplios para la silla de ruedas. En el counter me recibió Michelle la cual me oriento muy bien y claro. También ayudan en español pero pude hablar con ella y recibir un buen servicio. Me enseñó las facilidades y me explico muy bien los planes de servicio. Y me encantó porque puedo jugar con la silla de ruedas bowling siiii se puede awww eso me encantó. Tanto que me convenció y siii haré la actividad con ellos para Nińos me ayudó a planear todo no se le olvidó ni un detalle. Los salones son cómodos y es solo para tu actividad exclusiva. Los servicios sanitarios tienen muchos grande , espacioso y cómodos. Hay tantas máquinas de juegos que no te quejas de nada. Felicito al local por tener un personal tan amable y comprensivo. 04/29/2023Regresé a celebrar nuestra actividad de cumpleaños y nos ofrecieron un servicio muy bueno, use un salón el más grande..pude decorar y recibir mis invitados muy cómodamente. Tuve servicio de pizzas, alitas y papas fritas, sodas y limonada 4 sabores diferentes con refill durante la celebración de la actividad. Nuestra anfitriona Alondra nos atendió con mucho respeto y cumplió con su servicio de anfitriona muy bien. Cambiaba y limpiaba la mesa donde se encuentran las comidas y colocaba nueva y frescas acabadiyas de hacer calientes y super ricas las alitas y papitas. Nos tiro la foto de grupo como estuvo en el contrato. Los niños se divirtieron muchísimo,gozaron demasiado. Unos niños entre 3 a 9 anos que les encantó estar allí. No querían irse. En el paquete incluía una tarjeta de juegos para cada Nino. O sea tu contrato lo haces de acuerdo a tu necesidad el nuestro fue para diez niños. Y cada uno recibió su tarjeta para jugar la cuál dura el horario de la actividad. Precios muy buenos y justo lo que necesitamos. Agradezco todo el servicio y lo recomiendo mucho. Gracias mil y felicítame a Michelle y Alondra por su buen servicio.
Joseph Achille: Constantly understaffed, management doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Some employees don't seem to understand basics of how to interact in public, like saying excuse me to move through a crowd. Far too many items in the prize area don't have prices and you need to wait in a 15 minute line to ask the prices.

office business: I went to Sonny's Place on Friday, their grand opening and i was so happy to see their outdoor attractions (especially go karts) open!! I am also so excited for whatever their building on the side of the building and hope its ready for summer!! Nothing but positives to say about this place, great for the kids & the adults! Amazing team members & management too, super helpful!!

Bought my son a 45 min laser tag game that lasted less than 30 min and when i asked they said because there wasn't a lot of players it does not go for 45 min. If only they would say that online when you purchase it! Instead of misleading you to believe you will play for 45 min. Also was sold a $35 dollar card for the arcade on a friday in March and was never told i could have bought a $20 unlimited card for 2 hours. The only reason i found out was because i saw a sign and when i asked why didn't anyone tell or offer that special they said it ended but the sign clearly said every Friday through March. When i told the young lady what the sign said she had no answer. I dislike when costumers are treated or dismissed like they are dumb and cant read or understand. Machines were broken and overall not so good. What i thought would be a nice night for my sons birthday was actually disappointing.

Nichol Floyd: Sonny’s place is something very special, there’s not too many places like it in the world! Never before have I heard of an amusement center that has a 1920s carousel, electric go carts, a full 18 hole miniature golf, and a super cool arcade let alone the VR and shooting game experiences I have yet to try! Definitely fun for the entire family, And worth at least a half hours drive if you’re in the area. The go karts by far are the best part. Another good aspect is everything in the park is paid for on an in-house debit card. Felt like I was a young teen again.
