Walter Winiarz: 2 years in a row have been a letdown with this company. In 2017 they delivered a bounce house that was disgusting inside and I spent over 3 hours cleaning it out. They made it up to me with a credit which I used in 2018. Yesterday they delivered a bounce house and everything was going good until they came to pick it up. They proceeded to unstake and deflate it while 3 kids were inside. This was extremely dangerous and a major safety hazard. Not to mention very terrifying for the kids inside as the bounce house began to collapse on them. I would avoid this company at all costs as safety is not their priority! Guess smoking a cigarette in the truck was more important than child safety!!

Rob Shazaam: I have used KEC party rentals for several years and just booked online for an upcoming event. I tried using another area company, but their selection cannot touch what KEC has. They always have the latest stuff and the guys who set it up are very friendly.One of the things I like most about KEC is that they are a family business. They have great prices and everyone you deal with is friendly and personable. I have gotten to the point where I get a bouncer for almost every summer event I hold at my house as they are a great way to keep the kids happy!I have been pleased every single time and won't go anywhere else! You won't be disappointed.

Oleg Storozhny: I am convinced that K.E.C. Party Rentals has the absolute rudest and least suitable personnel working large public events. If you don't want to get yelled at and insulted in front of your kids, do yourself and your kids a favor and don't even come close to their bounce houses and other attractions.This past weekend I bought my two daughters tickets to one of their attractions with both of them passing both height and age criteria. Half way down the waiting line, we have been informed that they form groups of smaller kids and bigger kids to use the attraction separately, and that my daughters can't go together. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the "rules" postings at the tickets desk or the house itself! I explained to the personnel that my younger daughter would not want to go without her big sister, they refused to let them in together. I asked for my money back, they answered that they don't do refunds and "can't I see that it says so right there" and "can't I read the rules that are posted". When I explained that yes, I saw the statement about no refunds, but they sold me the tickets that I can't use because of the rule that they did not disclose prior to the purchase, a woman who called herself "the manager" quickly lost it, refused to cooperate or diffuse the situation in any way, began asking me to leave, and even threatened to call the police.There is not much you can do in terms of recourse with a crying scared child on your hands, short of contacting either police or people in charge of the whole event. If you don't want to face these options, I strongly advise you to stay away from K.E.C. Party Rentals. I'll say for the record that I don't have any experience with them as a private renter, but I sure don't want to find out and subject my guests to this type of "service".

Dustin Gordon: It was fun. Heads up, though it was cheaper to buy tickets online. Then it was to buy them at the gate. It's a big park, so definitely pay for the flash pass. Or you will wait hours to enjoy one ride. It was a very expensive place. But my nephew had lots of fun. Paying to park was 50 extra dollars. An if you're a tall person. Keep in mind there's a lot of rides you will be too tall to go on. The food I had was gross. But maybe that's just where i decided to eat. I'd give it more stars. If the prices were not so crazy. An the rides were better built for tall people. It's a fun place but for the price just go to Universal Studios.

Scott Mulder: We love six flags new England. Having season passes helps entry times. Operations are always a bit slow during opening week . Everyride was open too which was surprising being that it's early in the season for the park. Food services can be a hit or miss though but that's pretty much the same for any theme park. Overall this park is well run
