Arrowspeed Archery: what do users think?
steven mendes: Paul has a wealth of knowledge. Great service after buying a bow. new $600. Darton bow clocks out at 326 fps with a 29” draw. Extremely satisfied.
jedd newsome: Paul is quite the character. Be prepared to spend some time there. He is very, very thorough and loves to talk. Particularly about his sponsored shooter and how good Darten bows are. He'll gladly give you a shooting lesson and get you in the right track. There isn't another shop in western Mass with someone as knowledgeable as Paul. I've been to them all and many can barely tune a bow. You won't be disappointed.
Artemio Cruz Diaz Jr: Very pleased with the service you gave me and your attention and help with my problem.
Robert Smith: Exemplary service and support. Always goes the extra mile. When he tunes my bow my field points, mechanicals and fixed points group together out to 80 yards.
Razz Cacho: I came here to buy my first-ever bow a handful of months ago. Paul was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He really listened to what I was looking for and found me a bow that worked well for my body's needs, my bow-use interests, my price range, and even helped me figure out what my dominant eye was and then taught me the proper form to shoot, which I was able to practice there. When I left the shop, I was happy and felt prepared and excited to go out and start on my archery journey. I definitely, highly recommend Paul's shop!!
michael santos: Great guy! Very knowledgeable!
Jonathan Dubois: I've been dealing with this place for many years and the owner is more than gracious enough to make your purchase and helpful knowledgeable advise as easy as possible""" I have only good things to say about this place"""
LIN TRUTH MATTERS: Paul was Very helpful & knowledgeable. 😊
William Hyde: Best place to go for archery equipment and knowledge. The owner Paul knows what he's talking about and eager to help.
Joe Yiz.: This place is fantastic. Paul is a wealth of knowledge. I have used him for several years. He will tell ya exactly what you need, but not try to oversell you like other places. And he spends so much time giving hands on shooting lessons, its obvious this guy loves what he does, and knows what he's talking about. Whether you shoot for competition, fun, or hunting, I highly recommend visiting this place. Once you do, you wouldn't trust anyone else with your bow.
Andre Corpuz: Paul went (and goes) over and above. From accommodating time to test and fit a bow, to even spending time on the lane to work on form and technique.I bought my first bow with him this year, and Paul's time spent with me finding the right combination of fit /suitability and something to still have room to grow into was incredible helpful. Once the bow was set up and fitted, his enthusiasm and caring to spend time making sure I had a solid platform and habits to start with have really helped me.He'll be seeing ALL of my future business despite being 2,5 hours away from NYC, my home.If you are in the area or not its a worth while stop to glean some of Paul's knowledge, experience. In an era where customer service leaves a lot to be desired, its been a pleasure to find a gem of a place where the business owners cares, and it shows by his loyal following.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
AC PEREZ: 👍👍👍
Sam Jones: Good selection of Sneakers but the guy working in the section literally went and helped someone who just arrived as I'd been waiting for like 5 minutes for him to get out of the back. Waited another 10 minutes as he sat and helped her.
Jonathan Ramos: My favorite store
Carlos Molina: Love the selection of clothes they got, also good prices and customer service.
Katie Burke: I was looking for a particular ski helmet at this location, and Miranda went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!
Alfredo Proietti: Management was friendly...cashier's we're not so much too bad I spent some good cash I thought I'd get a smile
Johanna Guillen: Es la 1ra vez que los visito y me sorprendió la organización y limpieza en todas las áreas de la tienda.
holly Bruso: They have a great selection of all things sports related
Steve Space: Not much of a selection in soccer cleats and too pricy.
Lucas Lamonds: Clean and well stocked
Shell D: Hi. I shopped at the West Springfield store. Lindsey helped me. I was looking for a specific hiking boot. She listened, looked with me and we found them in no time. She chatted with me as she walked to the counter for me to ring out. She was super helpful and it was a quick and pleasant shopping experience. Oh, and they welcome you to bring your pet in shopping with you! And I love my new Merrill hiking boots. Thanks Lindsey!
Antonio Colon Jr.: I just came across a great deal. This store is like a second home. It’s the only place I shop for all of my sporting needs.
Amneris A: Love coming here for fishing gear.
Vancent Vondoom: Very honest, friendly, and helpful employees. Will definitely be coming back
Paul Goodchild Ph.D., CPA: This store is one of the bigger ones I've been in and it's always in great shape. It has a huge golf dept, bicycles, shoes, camping, and every sports apparel needed. The employees are always helpful and they are generally available. There are plenty of parking spots and the mall is a pain to get into, but easy to get out of.
Ray Cauley: Found what we were looking for at a good price. Product was 10 feet high on the wall no one to be found at least 10 customers shopping a woman was looking for a gift for her grandson no help to be found. I bought$70. Plus. 7 cashiers working. They were eager to take our money but no service people to help
Emelie Alvarez (Hey tootz): Great selection of gear for all your sporting needs..not to many sales..but overall its a great place for your sports, camping, fishing, fitness needs
Matt Reardon: Was not good. Went for baseball cleats oh we don't have 10.5 in any models. Why bother going to store. Should have ordered on line 2weeks ago
Edward Guzik: I was helping someone buy a set of golf clubs... One male member was great... However, at checkout, they were arguing as who was going to check us out...why does this happen? Finally, a girl who was not assigned to the register dropped everything and came over to check us out as she saw the disappointment on my face... A set of golf clubs and accessories is not a small purchase... and people wonder why stores are closing down. There is something to be said for in person shopping... Don't help it go away.
Julio Feliciano: Pretty good inventory in all sports and outdoors merchandise. Staff was professional and ready available.
Kale Lebowski: Probably only good store around this area

R & R Sport Shop: what do users think?
justin corneau: I saw a lot of negative reviews about this place. I recently purchased a sig sauer p320 from them. Everything went smoothly. Only reason they are not getting 5 stars is I felt rushed as it was a late afternoon on sat. Other than that not a bad spot to buy
Robert Stephens: Amazing selection of in stock shotguns. Actually was able to compare a few Benelli and Franchi models. Chose Benelli, cheaper prices than online. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Scott Goodreau: If you want to get the right equipment, for the right price, as well as expert knowledge. You need to come here for your shooting and hunting equipment. I appreciated the advice today!
Chris: Rude and grumpy staff
Bow Chuong: Your local store with the local options. From ammo to arms it's just what you need. Friendly guys there. Also love getting fresh bait from there too for fishing
Nilsa Rosado: I love this store
Michael: I have made several purchases here and a few trades as well...the guys are really knowledgeable and helpful...they have a really great inventory compared to a lot of the other shops in the area.
Johnny Junior: Purchased mossberg 500 . Nicest people working there .very knowledgeable. Awsome customer service from the older gentleman and young lady. I will be back
Ryan Crow: The people that work here are absolutely miserable to deal with. Their only job is to stand behind a counter all day and provide good customer service and they somehow can't manage to pull that off. I'm surprised no one has mentioned the fact that they sell live bait but won't open up until 9 o'clock when everybodies already been on the water for 3 hours. And asking for shiners is always met with an eyeroll and complaints that they don't make any money off shiners. Edit: Now they aren't even open on Sundays. How do you pretend to be an outdoors store and yet you're only open bankers hours when everyone is at work? What a joke.
jesse morrissette: Great little shop. Very friendly service. Great selection.
Alyce Wall: Always ready to help with a problem, cut our arrows to size. Over all we're pleased with the store. Thanks
John Johnson: Ken in archery was very helpful
craig smith: Great sportsman store , they have everything , hard to find arm's and the archery dept. is very large with every thing you could ever want, Staff is very nice and can answer any questions A+++
Sandra Richard: Great selection. Friendly service.
ShzzCan Happen: I could not believe the inventory this shop has. The prices were extremely competitive if not the best I've seen hands down. What really sets this shop apart, for me was how they treated all customers the same. The old timers, the new to the game buyers and those guys that just like to look but never buy. I grabbed a mini 30 and sig m 18 and will be back for more soon.
Donald Rippetoe: The staff were all very friendly and very knowledgeable! It was a nice experience.
Diane Connors: I like the location and inventory but what it lacks is good customer service. They really need to work on their people skills!
Ted Shagory: Great selection but not friendly or welcoming. They fall into the trap many gun shops do of feeling superior. They do have a great selection and fair pricing.
Jason Lisiecki: All around great place
MassHole Bob: From the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out was nothing but amazing and everyone there was extremely helpful. If they weren't so far from me, I'd be a regular.
Nate Padden: Prices are outrageous, very unhelpful staff. Not to mention when asked staff for help, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. If you can make the trip somewhere else for your gun, fishing and hunting needs. It will be worth it.

Hall's Arrow Indoor Archery Range & Archery Equipment Sales: what do users think?
Benjamin Breitkreutz: Great staff incredibly helpful
Nicole Salzano: Pricing is affordable and fair for users of all different levels of experience. Very friendly staff and fellow patrons. I'm a beginner and was timid and unsure of myself my first time, but this is my 4th or 5th time stopping by and my 3rd lesson with Chris, and it's already become my favorite place to be. Theres a reason this place is the number one archery range in CT, see it for yourself. Thank you Chris for being an amazing, talented, patient and funny intructor!
K Sherman: My husband and I like to go here for dates, you can rent everything you need and the lady that we’ve had every time is really helpful in showing you how to shoot straight.
Richard DeFazio: Nice facility, nice selection, awesome staff.
Keith Molyneux: Good place to draw a bow and practice. Staff was helpful with any questions I had and dialing in my bow
Samuel Nelson: Un aware of Halls, I purchased a "Bear" compound bow from Cabela's. The service and setup on my bow provided by Cabela's sucked. After 4 successive trips back to Cabela's to fix problems I contacted "Bear" Archery directly they suggested i take the bow to another shop to be setup/fixed.Halls was fantastic. They spent the better part of an Hr. correcting and setting up my bow. And to top it off there was no charge. The staff at Halls are TRUE archery Professionals and have earned my customer loyalty.
Jennifer Lynn: Great place overall! They have an indoor range, have classes available for all ages, great inventory of bows and equipment, and also have a station to make/put together arrows whether it be a custom design or to fix some old ones. And the staff are amazing, very knowledgeable and super friendly. 10/10 recommend!
Andrew B: Have been coming here since I was a kid , always leaving with a new bow completely set up the right way ! Awesome spot
Jacob: I have only been here a few times, but the staff are always friendly with great advice
Michael DiMauro: I would like to thank the staff for putting a new string and cables on my crossbow last minute.. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable...Cabela's just lost a customer. These guys are the best!!
Donald Roy: Great place to get a bow or service yours. Awesome indoor range as well.
Ash Cary: Really great place
CatOfDestiny: I love this place! It is a small archery ranged owned by a local people. They are very nice here and their bows are made to perfection! I love coming over here to practice, and I look forward to buying my first bow here. 10/10!
Nick Pelletier: I came to get three recurve bows for my there kids as a gift. We came to get them fitted and Thomas helped us get all the equipment and then gave them all a lesson on how to set up their bows as well as how to shoot. He worked really well with them and they made a lot of progress in a short amount of time. Excellent experience. Going to sign them up for additional lessons. By the end I decided to buy myself one. Looking forward to my kids spending time here learning archery.
Lexie Fass: Roxanne and Chris were the nicest friends and they made my experience very enjoyable! Super fun place and would 101% recommend going.
Eric Discko: I’m a newer archer. I called halls to inquire about a problem on my bow. With just simple description and what I thought was wrong I was corrected and fixed the problem very quickly. I got great feedback during my visit. not negative criticism. Changes made to my bow helped me shot greatly and new/upgraded product was not pushed on me. I even asked if I needed new strings and was told no I have another year on these atleast. Prices were better than major stores as well.
Peter Bienkowski: Really nice folks there, but the range is in an old basement with a low ceiling (at least, low for an archery range). If you’re shooting barebow or recurve, and taller than maybe 5’10” or 5’11”, you’re likely going to hit your limbs on the ceiling every time you try to draw (and not have enough ceiling clearance to draw). If you’re shorter and don’t mind the old-basement-ness of the place, it’s a totally fine range with reasonably usable facilities, and the people there were super nice. But any taller, it’s not likely a place that’ll work for you, unless you can find a way to alter your shot.(For reference, I’m 6’1” and use a 27 inch riser — and the USA archery judge who saw me trying to shoot at a tournament they were holding advised that I’d need 6 additional inches of ceiling height to shoot. The range suggested that I kneel down and that they could bring me pillows for my knees as they apparently often do with moderately tall folks — not really a real solution for me, but I appreciated the effort)
Claudio Mejias: My wife and I, took an introductory class to archery. The young man who showed us the basics was very patient and very helpful. My wife never shot a bow before and in about 10 minutes he had her shooting and actually hit some bullseyes. It was a great time. My wife enjoyed it so much that we are going back to purchase a set up for her and me. We found a great hobby to do together!
av fixz: Showed up at a very busy time. These guys still made time to deal with me and my bow issues. Relatively affordable compared to now day prices. Glad I made the trip.
Bletz Family: This place is a great place for beggars
Dominic Massita: Great staff very knowledgeable with there products. They been around for yrs. Very helpful . And after having my bow restrung, tuned excellent.
