Alla Maltsev: Love coming here for hockey games. It's very nice that it's so close to MGM garage. The string lights are a very beautiful touch in the streets on the way to and from the casino. Seats are not the most comfortable, but this is to be expected. It's a no frills kind of place.
John Barber: Typical athletic venue converted for an awesome concert.
Keith Laflamme: Small but good sounding venue for any type of music.
Amber Laviolette: Event center with arena and smaller conference/event rooms. Hosts hockey games which I've gone to a few and had lots of fun and excitement but parking lot clears from bottom to top so park lower levels!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and have so many great memories!From Disney on Ice to the Falcons, and now the Thunderbirds - such a fun time!This weekend they had a dog friendly event, the “St. Pawdy’s Day” hockey game, and it was a big hit! We loved seeing all the different dogs having fun and enjoying the party.There are a ton of different food and beverage options also. You can enjoy typical stadium fare like pretzels and hot dogs or help yourself to barbecue or Chik-fil-A!The only thing I would comment on would be the bathrooms. It would be great if they were tended to a bit more throughout the events. They can be a bit smelly and dirty.Overall, one of the gems of Springfield, MA

Aaron Chick: Two youth hockey games and great time over the weekend
Barbara Roberts: Nice ice center and snack bar.
James Kelleher: Nice ice rink with good seating but they could be updated a bit, good amount of concessions for Pics games and a great pro shop with good assortment of equipment and merchandise.
Stephanie Sumner: Very clean good bathrooms and vending machines for snacks as well :)
Don Kelly: 3 rinks, very busy place. Clean in general, locker room area did smell a bit. Comfortable temp in the stands.
Stephen Feldman: Decidedly mediocre. Lockerooms do not have Individual bathrooms, only showers. Lockerooms are of okay size. Always run late with game start times. Reffing is absurd... rink is cold but ice is still soft and not very good.

John C: Terrible service in the pro shop. Refused to rivet a skate because we were the away team and wouldn’t help out. Two young kids that said they were too busy, as they were on their phones. Don’t waste your time going to this pro shop, go to Pure Hockey across the street.

Shirley Lee Dahlstrom: They need to have a wheelchair ramp at both ends of the bleachers instead of just one end. The wheelchair ramp is at the end of the bleachers where it is farthest to walk from parking. Otherwise it is a beautiful facility.
