Catherine Jewett: On today's FB pages, Ed is accusing others of defamation. That's ironic because Ed Cleveland defamed me. I have text messages from Ed stating that I am jealous of other students and creating drama. Nothing could be further from the truth. I am not going to pay ED twice for the same class. That was the issue. Ed is a bully. Your ok with him as long as you never question what he is saying or how the classes are structured. When I questioned him on paying twice for the same class, he accused me of creating drama and jealousy . That is defaming my character. Be careful here and ask all the questions you want to. If you see what I encountered, RUN.I attended 11 of the 12 monthly classes for the past year. The last class was a graduation in December. That was rescheduled to January - I was sick for the January rescheduled date. By the next date, another group of students had started and I was asked to join their class and pay for that class - this come after helping out with computer problems for free. My rates are 250.00 per hour. I did not feel it was right to charge me for attending a class that I had already attended with another group of students. I was supposed to take a test. How is that going to happen in the same room as a group of new students are practicing sound? By this time one student had graduated and was helping with the classes. Ed made the wrong assumption that I was jealous of this person and that is why I did not attend. No Wrong totally Wrong. I don't think it is proper to conduct two sound classes in the same room at the same time who are at different levels. Why should I pay twice for the same class I already attended? How am I supposed to pass a written test with another class going on in the same room. Setup to Fail situation. Not jealous at all. Just seeing the true colors. Once you've paid up for the year it does not matter to Ed anymore. When I called to reschedule he blocked me and accused me of creating drama. No Ed I did not do that. I object to the way this was handled. I offered to come in during the week to test at another time. You could have made arrangements for year long students but instead you block them and treat them terribly over rescheduling. I hope no one else goes through this. Your mistaken on what the conversations were and what the issues are. The Certification is not backed by any outside authority anyway so its value is highly questionable. Beware!!
