Victoria Rybicki: i got my tragus pierced here and had to get it removed a week later. it was very painful (even when not touching) days after and was swollen on the inside. i followed all the cleaning steps and aftercare tips i was given and when i went to get it looked at by a piercer i trusted, they said that it was pierced on a bad angle and that the jewelry was way too small for that piercing (keep in mind, i had no choice in the jewelry). i simply got it removed (which was so painful) and now have to let it heal. would not recommend for more complex piercings.Service:Ear piercing

Sean Westgate: This set of Springfield museums is awesome! Definitely worth stopping by if you're on your way to the Berkshires from the Boston area. But I would say it's worth making a day trip to or even an overnight stay. We've been a couple of times now and keep seeing new things.

Sara Ryan: I have now taken Glass Visions' "Introduction to/History of Stained Glass", a "quick" suncatcher class (offered off-site), and the five week beginner's class (all incredibly thoughtout and amazingly priced!!). I've loved diving into the world of stained glass and definitely see a future here. Truthfully, I don't think that would have been the case without Chris's (Owner/Instructor) help. I was terrible to start (which caused more frustration for not being "good" at something in the art world). But Chris has years of experience teaching newbies and was encouraging, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend his classes. Not to mention, Chris is one of the few stained glass supplies shops in the area! It's the perfect combination - if you need a tool or a piece of glass to work on projects at home, Chris has all the tools needed! (And if he doesn't, he will try to order it!)
Naturescape LLC: Great classes.. Chris is a great teacher. He takes the time for each student. Definitely well worth the money spent.
Liz Cox: Chris is a talented artisan and fantastic teacher. His classes are top notch, and he makes himself available to his students for any questions during their development. Would absolutely recommend him if you are looking to get the foundational information and hands on experience to learn the art form.
Katie Goldie: Great supply of so many different pieces of glass. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about the different makes and textures of the glass he carries. I took a few classes with him and had a great time and met really nice people. He works really well with you and heips wherever he can. I plan on taking another class with him in the fall.

David Exware: Professional, experienced, helpful, and just all around a good experience. I got my first tattoo last night by Dan Soule, and let me tell you, there is a reason why he is so popular. My conciliation was really helpful and interesting, and Dan was open all ears to what it is I wanted. He worked with me for a few weeks until it finally got to the point where it was perfect. He talked to me through the whole process, telling me what he was doing, how it would feel, and even telling me in depth the ratios of the ink he was using. I felt comfortable my whole time during the past few weeks and overall just a great first impression on getting a tattoo. Colorbomb drops the bomb on all the competition and I will be choosing colorbomb for my next tattoo. 5 out of 5

Maria Yacovone: Took a class to make a stained glass sun catcher. The first hour was basic history of stained glass and techniques used. The rest of the time was applying what we learned in the first hour and working with the glass to create our sun catcher. The instructor Christopher Lyons, was very patient and gave one on one help to each student in the class. Our class time actually ran over the allotted time frame, and Chris stayed so that we could all finish our projects. The class was very affordable, and included all the supplies / tools. I would highly recommend Make-It Springfield and any classes taught by Chris.

Elizabeth Lawton: I attended the Intro to Sewing and Quilting workshop with Rusty and found it an excellent refresher for my sewing machine skills, and a great push to actually get started on making a quilt. I’ve been wanting to make a quilt for years but never knew where to begin. Thanks to Rusty’s teaching I am on my way. Patience, good clear instruction and a kind approach without a push for absolute perfection were just what I needed and got from Rusty’s class. Both thumbs up.

Michael Sargent: Bob and James are master craftsman in this field. They are very knowledgeable and I’ve never left with any of piece looking less than exemplary. Furthermore, they have big hearts and I’d like to share an anecdote. I’ve been going to them since my family moved to Longmeadow some years ago and every time I come into the shop, I’d ask to buy a picture of an Egg Cream by their office. It’s a beautiful piece and was not for sale but they did everything they could to help me find a print. When they asked what an Egg Cream was, I passionately told them of the beverage seemingly lost to time. Today I asked again and again it wasn’t for sale. They offered to help me track down the print and help in many other ways. I told them the story of how my grandfather opened a pharmacy to support our family when he returned from WW2. Back then a pharmacy would also have a soda fountain and a Soda Jerk(his son, my uncle, who’d make the drinks and serve the ice cream and candy to the kids). I grew up drinking these and talked of the chills I’d get whenever I’d come to their shop and see the picture. True nostalgia, an equal mix of love, longing, and melancholy we feel looking back into the past. They sold it to me. I was moved to tears. I didn’t expect that and they looked both uncomfortable and pleased knowing they had just made a customer for life.Master craftsmen and a class act of a duo. Make this your first stop. Give yourself the opportunity to be made a customer for life. You won’t be disappointed.

If she didn't want to help out any customers she shouldn't be working at business that deals with only customers! Going to be looking at different options from now on . Jennifer Parker: Normally I have a good experience. Today was frustrating. I go in to pick up my online order. As I've done dozens of times. The entrance and exit are directly next to each other and in between are the bins for pick up orders. Legit, just bins with orders and last names hand written on receipts. You typically walk in one door, grab your order and exit. You don't have to talk to someone unless your order is too big for the bin. In that case, ypu walk up to the desk, tell them your name and they hand you your items and leave. Today, my order was behind the counter. The employee tells me she can't give me my purchase without an ID. I've done this dozens of times and have never been asked for my ID. I explain, normally I just grab a bag or its handed to me. I've never been asked to prove my order was mine and didn't have an ID on me. She told me, well do ypu know your order number? No, I didn't memorize my 11 digit purchase number. She was rude and gave me a hard time and called her manager over. Her manager literally asked me my name and then handed me my items. I don't know why I had to endure a ten minute rude conversation for all that. If you're going to change policies, then you should make your customers aware. Or at least be consistent. No one picking up from the bins shows any identification. And I've picked up at the desk more times than I can't count and have never had an issue.

While a day shift manager was awesome, dealing with a return I had(a Michaels brand item ) the second shift Manager wasn't awesome, she was rude and totally unwilling to help as much as the day shift supervisor was helping.It seems she showed up to work mad.
Chef Ronell: They didn't have what I was looking for as far as LED Christmas, but they have lots of other things
