Vika Urevna: I have been to dispensaries in the West Coast, Chicago, and all over Mass. Insa was one of the first I went to. I thought so highly of them. Now after trying out more dispensaries in the area I am very disappointed that they get this much hype. All it is, good marketing and better connections because they have the lowest quality of bud with the highest pricing points.Just do yourself a favor and go to 6 Bricks. Insa has great decorations and is one of my favorite dispensaries to go to; for show, for the plants and the high ceilings. But I go to dispensaries for good bud and I am a moderate user so no I don’t want to pay 50-60$ for a 3.5 so I stopped going there and just wanted to share for those who are not branching out and trying other places.

Steven Schmidt: It is a large store with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy off/on to 91. However, I have two issues: one is that they carry very little indica products compared to other shops, and the other is that even though they do have a [contact us] link, it appears to be unmonitored, because I have used it three times but have never received a response.

Emma Jones: I came in about 15 minutes before closing on an extremely busy day, 4/20, to pick up an online order. I had tried to place another order earlier in the day, but it seems like the ordering system was overwhelmed and wasn’t working. When I got to the counter I took a chance and asked if they could add the 30 more seltzers that I needed. Jenna did not even hesitate to write it down and literally RAN to get my order in before they closed. They came back in no time with all of my items and were so extremely kind about it. This store has the nicest staff every time I come in, but Jenna went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Jenna!!!

Kathleen James: Wow, what a beautiful and efficiently run dispensary! The selection is very inclusive, with something for everyone. Everything is of the highest quality and The prices are reasonable. The ordering tablets throughout make getting your product a breeze! The employees are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely try the cannabis ice cream.There's an entrance/check out for preorders and an entrance/checkout for in store shopping making the entire experience a breeze. Definitely recommend stopping by when in Springfield!

Never mind the fact that the product is over priced for dry buds and faulty carts lets talk about the mold and spidermites that shut down an entire floor of their easthampton grow op which would not happen with proper oversight. jesse springer: I Tried to book a train online without downloading the app. Two hrs , many attempts and still no booking. Debit/credit card ID system does not work for Amtrak. I tried to use 5 cards , debit and credit , everyone had a problem. They will surely lose customers if it is difficult to pay…

Ted G: I found this to be a nice well maintained train station. There was a gift stand, a couple of food counters, and the bathrooms were clean. Never felt unsafe inside the station. Outside, there was a strong smell of marijuana, I know that it is legal, but I forgot how much it stinks and the smell lingers.
