Two days later, I found out van come with parking sensors, and it doesn't work. Josh told me to bring the van back to check. When I brought the van to dealer, Charles had a technician check and told me I have to bring my van to Toyota dealer to diagnose it and I have to pay for it and if it cost to much, they will not pay for it, so I didn't take it to dealer. Josh verified my Juke with Carfax and it showed 3 car accidents, now he put it on sale and showed 2 accidents.Watch out for this dealership

Pro Comet: The guy Josh is about unwelcoming as a blackhole. If you qualify with third-party finance party, he’ll change his tone and approach with you. Other than that it’s; take a seat, have an application slid to you, results, nothing? Bye. Not helpful. Doesn’t help you if you have challenged credit. Though he’ll mention the credit decisions aren’t made up by him. But if you have a well paying job, favorable deposit= nope! Skip this place.

Nick Coury: Found their prices to be competitive and cars well maintained even at high mileage. They stuck with me through every step of the process and were very responsive, even taking my car to a service center for a pre-purchase inspection. During the 30-day warranty period required by MA one of the solenoids on my new car had an issue and they repaired it and a couple extra items without charging me labor on the extra tweaks not covered under the warranty, which was really appreciated.

I took my vehicle to Honda Dealership in Chicopee to get a diagnostic check and a thorough inspection and I was told by the technician that I got a good deal on my vehicle and it was in great condition. I’ve known Mohammed for 10 years and I know him to be an honest trustworthy man. He takes good care of his customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

All the cars look like they come from auction, he fixes one or two things to make them turn on and won't even guarantee they pass inspection. Don't waste you time because he sure will.

Believing me, I called around. As soon as I have the funds I'll be looking into another vehicle from them. They take care of their customers. We had the misfortune of working with Phil, who, after commenting on how short the test drive was, told my dad “she’s too much of a girl!” He also made quite sure I knew that the car behind where I parked was worth $40k, because obviously without that information I would have just blindly backed into it.Save yourself the condescension, the sexism, and the trip. Go somewhere else.

Jason Urban: If you're looking for a used car, make sure you stop in and talk to these folks.Honest and trustworthy, Pat's Auto has nice cars on the lot but will also find what you're looking for.I saw a Genesis 3.8 sedan on their lot and brought to my mechanic who is extremely detailed. There were a few things he suggested I bring up with the dealer and everything I brought up was fixed. Two months into ownership, I brought my car back my mechanic for a look over before my warranty expired and everything is still great!If you want a stress free experience, during and after purchase, make sure Pat's is on your list of places to shop!

Phil came to the rescue and worked to get my car back on the road. He picked me up when I was broken down and also hauled my Vette back to his garage as I took his car home for the night.He fixed the problem and he didn’t charge anywhere near what it would have cost to fix the car.I took my vintage Vette to a VCCA national meet for judging original condition Chevys.I won first price in my catagory.I couldn’t be happier. Some problems were fixed by dealer before final purchase but ended up costing me more money to have done correctly less than 5,000 miles later.

Karla Ibarra: If I can rate this zero stars TRUST ME I will.Let me tell everyone about my experience with these lying fraud humans.I went in on March 9th to ask questions about financing an SUV the guy Erwin pointed me a Nissan SUV he told me it was ready to go and it had low mileage and it was in perfect conditions let me say the outside looked stunning for a 2006 so I believed what he said about the car being in good conditions so I did everything he asked me to do Gave my down payment, put insurance on the car and I took him 5 days to actually give me the car after the car was already on my name and the contract was signed, on March 14th is when everything went down hill, he dropped my car off at my job and gave me the keys inside I still have about 2 hours till my shift was over so finally my shift is over I get in my car and the first thing I noticed was the high mileage he obviously lied about the second thing I notice was a reject sticker on the car so obviously the car was not safe to drive so I called him and asked why and he told me the car had a bad ball joint but let me remind you he still gave me the car to drive he asked me to bring the car back on Monday I told him I work all weekend and my next day off is Tuesday so I left the car parked for 3 days and used my moms car on Tuesday I dropped my car off right to the dealers he told me it was going to be a quick fix and he should call me the next day, LIES it took him a week and a half to call me and tell me to pick the car back up so when he called me I picked the car back up and the reject sticker was still on it and the car needed an alignment badly and the car was on E when I gave it to them full I told him I’m not taking the car with the sticker on it so I left it at the lot and I went home the car has been there ever since and on April 6th my car was stolen from their lot and I have a poilice report and now my car is on police hold now I have no car and I’m forced to pay a car note to a car I technically never had I’m 25 and pregnant a full time worker and I just wanted my life a little easier with a car so I won’t depend on my moms car and I told him day 3 of me having that car that I wanted a full refund and that I wanted to do a reverse on the contract like it never happened he didn’t want to do that when he could of I spoke to my bank to my lawyer and to the insurance and all three places told me the same thing that he definitely could of He than told me the owner was going to pay my car note that was due on the 10th of April he told he was going to call me today April 13th to talk about the payment and when I called the owner he gave me the excuse saying he isntgoing to pay it when he told me him self he was and now they told me they will call tomorrow.I don’t deserve any of this I’m a good person who helps everyone out I don’t deserve all this stressLet me add on than a couple days of my car being stolen I got a toll charge mail to my house because someone took my car to warren mss through te mass pike I called and asked about that and he said oh don’t worry about it we will pay for them when that’s not the point the point is why was someone driving my car with out telling me when it’s under my name and idk what they were doing their excuses was that they needed to drive 80 miles in order to pass inspection wether that’s true or not my permission should of been asked be cause if anything was to happen that’s my name getting dragged .

Dawn Boyd: They dont have any real cars for sale. They try to intimidate their clients with threats after they sell them lemons. They give a run around on who you should speak to. Noone claims to be the owner or manager. No real mechanics and they do do illegit business. In the process of a lawsuit and shutting them down. They dint respond to financing place and no working number.
