LALA Cello: OMG! What an amazing experience! Really my vehicle was hit in an accident and it needed new parts and the adjuster from CARSTAR TOM KRISTIAN went above and beyond for my SUV. My SUV has under 10,000 miles on it so when the other adjuster came out they try to do an estimate on aftermarket parts on it but it didn’t fly with Tom. Tom knows the state laws, especially in Massachusetts any vehicle that has under 20,000 miles on it gets new manufactured parts not aftermarket parts. And he did a great job on my SUV with his team. I had fantastic customer service from the time I walked into the shop until the day I picked up my car. It was great to get notifications about my car and cost during the time I did not have it, as they keep you informed via text containing a link to your car’s status. Vernon Swanier: I use to have some repairs done on my vehicle ,which took 8 weeks. I was given conflicting information when I would call to check on my vehicle. So when they did finished my vehicle, i was called and told me it was finished. When I inspected my vehicle I noticed scuffs on the part they fixed, also on my rear door the door weather stripping was missing. They did say that the vehicle was being checked per quality control, so this is to make sure that all work was completed and to a standard. Kyara Duke: I have used Balise collision before and had not had an issue until this week. I gave them my car on the 23 of March to fix my driver side door this was only supposed to last 5 days it took them almost 3 weeks to finish it. And then when I got my car back the door was fixed. But I had a lot of other problems including a dead battery, no AC, as well as my car was over heating and a snapped serpentine belt. None of which were issues before bringing them the car. I was instantly told that this is now my problem to fix because it doesn't have anything to do with the reason I was there. I've had this car for well over a decade and haven't had or seen the problems my car has now after giving it to them for three weeks. Trying to charge someone 611 dollars to fix a 30 belt is astronomical. Don't bring your car here unless you want them to fix an issue but create 10 more problems they will blame you for.

Angelina Martel: I was really expecting so much out of this place after hearing great reviews, however I was told week after week, day after day that my car would be done. First, dropped off my car on February, the 5th. Was told 28 days. 3 weeks go by and then I’m told March 24th. Fast Forward they tell me the week after. So I call and they tell me next week. I call that week they tell me tomorrow. Then they tell me again tomorrow. Finally got my car back yesterday, April 7th. Meanwhile they told me the day before that my car was done, just waiting for a walk around. I grab my car after 2 months! My brake light and blinker don’t even work. So what was the point of the walk around?Another thing is they don’t give any updates whatsoever about your car. It’s on your end and they give vague answers like “well call when ready” and never explain the process or how long it should take.Nonetheless, this job shouldn’t have taken 2 months, yet it’s going to have to go back.Update: blinkers weren’t working since they never plugged them in, broke trim pieces along my trunk, and missing clips.

E.J. Heinrich-Stewart: Went for bumper replacement And a few other parts in the front of the vehicle that needed to be replaced unfortunately a few days after they found a crack in my undercarriage. I also needed an oil change. Although it took about a week in total I was given updates on my vehicle throughout the week. I was very pleased with the results. All the staff are also very friendly. Then when I got the truck I wasn't expecting to have my interior mats also clean as well. Overall great job.

David Carpenter: The people at this location were very friendly and helpful. The work that was done to my vehicle came out great. The parking lot is very full which shows they are busy. It took 24 days to get my car back which is fine but my car only had minor damage estimated 12-18 hours of labor if I’m remembering correctly. Hope Newell: I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking to get your car fixed. It's understandable that there's a shortage everywhere, but these people are extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. No customer service whatsoever. The timeline they give you is not correct and they don't make contact with you at all. It's a shame because the gentleman I dealt with when I originally went to sign paperwork was super friendly, however every one else I've talked to has an attitude and is super rude. I ended up finding another body shop that could see it sooner (my car had already been sitting at this shop for over a week and a half).
jakira valentin: Not good about calling with updates that they needed to order more parts and are going to keep your car longer, not on time with date I was told I can pick up, and not good about finishing the job in an acceptable time frame, not good at answering the phone. I scheduled my drop off date 2 weeks in advance, a week passed and I had to call for an update since I hadn’t heard anything and they said it would be done and ready by Wednesday. I get notifications on Tuesday from my insurance that payment was made on their end so I call on Wednesday(today)at 1pm and they tell me they still haven’t finished the job but they would have someone start it so my car would be ready for the next day. In the end, I do not recommend this location and wont be going back again once i finally get my car back.

I was told several times that " we have you car up in the air and were working on it now" , but whenever I drove by my car remained in the damaged lot. SoI called back again, and I was told "were still waiting for all the parts to come in it might take a bit". I have been given several dates to when my car will be finished, but whenever that day comes they call and say that they will need more time. Beatle Fan: These people need to learn some customer service. I went to pick up my car today and when they called earlier the man told my wife it was $500. What he didn't tell her was that it was $500 plus the $169 I had received from my insurance company. When I got there they refused to release my car unless I gave them another $169. My wife had left the shop, and they offered to drive me to a bank, sure what bank is open after four these days. Did they think I was going to disappear after already giving them $500. He was very helpful and knowledgeable - made sure that I was up-to-date with timing . Jessica B: My name is Andrew! Arnolds garage is the WORST garage I have ever been to. I can say I have given Arnold's garage the benefit of the doubt and I tried giving them the Opportunity to fix their mistakes and they dont seem to care. I had body work done to my truck that they messed up on. The paint has bubbles and runs in multiple places. I've had to reschedule several times now because bill keeps telling me they do not have time or staff. Mind you I paid over a thousand dollars cash for this work to be done. On top of that when they took my doors off to paint and then they put everything back together the wrong way and some things were no longer working which caused me to have to purchase new parts and fix it myself. They took the money and did a piss poor job and they will not stand by their work and fix the issues they caused. On top of that I have had to reschedule the full detail that I have had an appointment for 3 different times over the course of 5 months. I waited the entire summer to have my vehicle detailed because they keep putting me off. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend to stay away from Arnolds garage! It's been nothing but a waste of money and time along with a headache.
