I am usually a bit skeptical about insurance agencies because all of the big companies say that they have the cheapest and greatest policies. My car insurance is no longer a stressful process because I got the help that I needed. I was placed on hold rudely by Tyler and when he came back on the line he just simply brushed me off the phone, so I hung up! I'm going to recommend my client to another company who prides themselves at the very least in world class customer service.RESPONSE- Your client was sitting in front of me, I offered them to use our office line since their cell phone had died, but your employee was so rude that he didn't allow a word in edge wise. This had nothing to do with privacy laws, this has to do with the AWFUL customer service he provided.

I called my insurance company yesterday they told me to get another agency because freeway license got cancel and they will not renew my insurance without an agency I been with them for more than 10 years they should send letters or something to let us know sad and disappointed. Z.: I have been with this company for over 10 plus years in the beginning they're great name was different before then they transferred up to this office and change their name sadly to say over the last 4 years I've been extremely disappointed with the service but stuck by them hoping it would get better but no change they are quick to change your insurance plan jack up your prices on their own and when you try to call them it's hard to get through the phone wait for 2 to 4 hours on the line an still no answers try to go to office an would get rudeness an attitude for showing up without an appointment I have finally decided to find a new agent an changing my insurances she is recommended to me an I got an answer on first ring call back prompt and she found me a great new affordable insurance by the next day for all my needs now I am a satisfied customer again with the whole new insurance agent.

Lynne R: Exceptionally difficult to reach by phone. In fact the only way to reach my local office was via email. I was transferred from out of the country back into my local office in an effort to speak with someone. I absolutely do not recommend using Freeway Insurance for any of your insurance needs. Terrible.

Lisa Clark: They are very incompetent people I was on hold for over an hour and suddenly hung up on. I had bought a used car and transferred plates from my previous vehicle to that one and I told them I no longer had the vehicle and they never took me off the insurance policy. The used car that I just purchased already broke down so I cancelled the plates and policy on that one as well. I bought a new car and I'm going through a new agent because of this reason so now I'm paying for 3 insurance policies and I only own 1 car. They are not very friendly either over at that one
