Multiple shops had told me the earliest I could bring my car in is December.. Thank god for Maaco Auto Body! Casey D: Everyone at Ricks was so friendly, accommodating and professional the entire time they were working on my car. In 3 weeks time my car went from what should have been totaled to brand new again! They did an amazing job with both the repair as well as keeping me informed with progress updates along the way. I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I do I will certainly be coming back to Rick’s. :) Love that this is a family owned business too— the owners are said to be on site every day and it shows in the integrity of their work!

Three days later i get my car towed there and they would NOT accept my car because it was “undriveable” (front bumper damage the rest of the car is completely fine) and they were too full. no one informed me of them being too full when i previously called them and they never gave me another date to possibly get it fixed. Melody was very rude about it and not helpful at all. Terrible customer service and none of the staff are on the same page…

LALA Cello: OMG! What an amazing experience! Really my vehicle was hit in an accident and it needed new parts and the adjuster from CARSTAR TOM KRISTIAN went above and beyond for my SUV. My SUV has under 10,000 miles on it so when the other adjuster came out they try to do an estimate on aftermarket parts on it but it didn’t fly with Tom. Tom knows the state laws, especially in Massachusetts any vehicle that has under 20,000 miles on it gets new manufactured parts not aftermarket parts. And he did a great job on my SUV with his team.
