Jayson Joubert: This business is only running because there are no other bagel stores in the area. That is probably why they advertise $1.89 for a single bagel but charge $5 for it toasted with cream cheese.So you mean to tell me that from 20 (TWENTY) bagels that’s $100 (one hundred!!!) !!!! ….by itself.What is the comparison to going RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER and buying at the supermarket. “Supporting local business”?!! I know I’m not the first to say mention the tremendous overpricing.Good luck to your business. I do not wish any negativity or such to you or your customers. I hope that it becomes MORE successful by the day. However, those prices, DAM!!!

Sula: I don’t even have words to describe this place. The service is amazing considering they are a little understaffed but not once have I had a bad encounter with the employees there. Everyone working there is so polite and friendly, even on the busiest day I went the service was quick! (considering how busy it was) Everything is so fresh and delicious, and even the coffee is amazing! They have fun specials, and tons of drink options for non-coffee drinkers. Prices are very good, and the place is very clean and fresh. I can’t get enough of this place and there is something there for everyone. They not only have bagels, but they have omelettes, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches and pastries that are to die for. I’ve recommended it to every one of my friends and will continue to do so! ❤️❤️
Grace Mitchell: Easily the best breakfast in Springfield! I've tried a lot of their bagels and they have an excellent variety and they all taste really good. I ordered pancakes for the first time this morning and they were pretty much the nicest looking pancakes I'd ever seen. The line for ordering and the line for paying can be a little confusing but I think that the confusion is worth the visit because the food is always fantastic and the people that work there are always nice.

Oria A: It’s a very busy restaurant, only added a 2 star for the muffins that were delicious at least but the the food is overpriced. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagel and received this instead. What seems to be chicken breast, bacon and a sauce on a everything bagel. Unfortunately, I had already left the the area. I get that it was probably just a mistake. I still won’t be coming back, the worse part is I left a tip to be nice and I received the wrong order, so it’s just upsetting…Come in just to see for yourself. It wasn’t great for me, maybe it’ll be better for you. Either way, it won’t be a place i’d recommend to anyone.

A message to the owner...hire more staff, more than one person taking orders and stop your online ordering...have a system...you need to move things along...waiting an hour for a bagel is absurd and a waste of time.
Bethany McNaught: I had a great first experience at Tandem Bagel Co. The customer was awesome, our cashier helped us through our selection. There were plenty of options for breakfast and lunch. I got the Tomato Mozzarella lunch sandwich with pesto on an Asiago bagel and a Tropical smoothie. Both were so delicious! The smoothie was so fresh! I will definitely be back again and keep them in mind for my catering needs!*I’m coming back to try the Snickerdoodle bagel!!

Dennis Parent: I came here with my mom and uncle. I bought 2 small hot chocolates and a signature pepper mint mocha coffee with ice inside. The staff were friendly and very nice to me. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They have a drive thru as well. I went inside to order was because there was a dunkin donuts truck in the drive thru area. They have restrooms for both men and woman. The floors were clean and the coffee was very good. My uncle and mom said that they both enjoyed there hot chocolate. You can also download the dunkin donuts app and you could order food that way as well.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendliness. You can bring your small kids here and either dine in or take out.

Andrew Baris: *Edited 5/1* seems like they took some advice and dropped the prices back to about $4-5 for a bagel with cream cheese or egg and cheese. This certainly enticed me to come back. Sadly still stale but a little better what else is around. Crazy that it’s still $4 for black medium coffee though. --Total ripoff. People claiming best bagel, I would have agreed a year ago. The prices go up every time I stop by and the quality goes down. Really sad. $4 for a medium black coffee from giv. $7 for a bagel with just sausage…. Used to love it won’t be coming back.

King Dathcha: This place has to be the worst bagel shop I’ve ever been too. Let’s start with my first encounter… I stood in line waiting patiently for my turn in line. I see a worker putting more bagels in the racks. He accidentally dropped all the bagels from the tray onto the floor. Okay no problem accidents happen…. He then proceeds to pick up all the bagels dropped on the floor and PUTS them back into the basket for purchase. This was the most disgusting act I’ve ever seen. The worker then proceeds to get into a yelling match with his co-workers. I was in such disbelief I left with no intention of ever coming back. I will never return to Alex’s Bagels, I have to told all friends and family about this experience, and they too will not return. If you enjoy eating microwaved egg sandwiches and Thomas’ bagels that have met the floor, this is the place for you. Will be calling board of health on this one. 0/5 stars. Close this dump.

The prices are nuts for what you get (over $8 across the board for an 8oz tub of cream cheese??) Not worth it. I also got shorted a bagel from my dozen, but didn't realize until I got home. Wasn't worth the drive to correct the problem.

Aimee Pardee: I go there a lot before I go to work and today was bad I went through the drive-thru they could barely hear me The headset wasn't working for them they made my iced coffee wrong all the time this one was terrible gave me the wrong donuts and they keep asking me do you want change or can I keep it I will not go back to this one I'll go to Cumberland farms down the street and it's heck of a lot better than this place. You also try to call the store and nobody answers the phone and then you try to email Dunkin' donuts you can't even do that

Kristin Comstock: Coffee is never great...good enough sometimes...at times terrible. Consistency is not a strong suit. Stick to the basics here...specialty drinks are a waste of money because they are never made correctly.

The person who took my order I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order whenhe was just standing there looking at me? He didn't thank me he didn't say anything didn't even give me my receipt just my change. I think maybe you guys forgot to tell these kids that they're in customer service and have to talk to people!
