Carlos Vasquez: i did buy a charm was nice but got over priced,then i bought a 3mm gold chain for $350 that started to break in two places.poor quality,so i take it back to fix,and they wanted $50.this was in a 3 month time.i wore the chain a little under 9 times.poor custermer survice

We had misplaced the receipt, and Veronica went above and beyond to find the purchase which was done way back in December. Elizabeth Conrad: I bought one thing from this place. The warranties are iffy because basically they cover anything that’s broken but it does not cover lost or stolen. Depending on what jewelry you bought. However Monday through Saturday they are only open until 7 PM not 9 PM. Just went to go buy something today and online says they’re open until 9 PM. I think they need to update their times since they close apparently at seven. I got here at 8 o’clock at night and wasted my gas just to find out they were closed. Don’t bother calling they don’t answer their phones. Other than that their jewelry is very good. Just some of the staff are not. I do believe their staff could be trained better on explaining certain things.

Crimilda Rosado-Rodrigúez: I took my God baby for the first time there to get her first time piercing, she was 3 months. The earring fell after the stores where closed and we did not notice it was pierced too low until it fell off. I called and spoke to someone there and they said no problem as long as you have a receipt we will take care of it. Nope 👎🏻 when I went back they said because I did not bring her sooner they would have to charge me full price to re pierce it!! Now they saying “oh we do show the Person where we mark it before piercing. I am not happy that they charged me full price for one ear and that it was their mistake not mine. Not happy and I will definitely it go back. Oh for those that want not to pay double like I did, make sure you buy the diamond earrings. Those they will replace under some kinda warranty.
