Pierce Jorgensen: Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isn't that bad cause I don't expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.

Jay Cameron: This used to be my go-to auto parts store. The staff was knowledgeable, and they had decent stock and prices, with a laid-back feel.I went in most recently for air filters for 2 vehicles. They had both filters for my newer vehicle, but only the cabin filter for my older vehicle; they had to order the engine air filter. [BTW, my vehicle was a transition year - my unit didn't have any cabin filter.]While I was there, a staff member (Manager?) was whining about how they had more returns than sales for the day, and was swearing up a storm.I gave them my number so they could call me when it came in - obviously not urgent, but avoids having me to make multiple phone calls or visits to see if it's in or not; no need to bother them. I waited about a week with no phone call. So, I went down to the store to see if it had come in.The staff member pulled it off a shelf (I didn't see my name or number or any other identifying information on the box), and sold it to me. I made a comment that I hadn't changed it for a while, and that I thought it was round instead of rectangular, but I wasn't sure.Sure enough, when I got home, the actual filter was round. I decided not to upset the Manager any more by having ANOTHER return that day, so I waited to call for the next day.They mumbled about how they couldn't get it, and that I'd have to pay for shipping, and that they couldn't get a transfer from a sister store, blah-blah-blah. They finally found one for ~$80! That's about the book value of the vehicle!I found 2 (TWO!!) different brands in stock at the competition for $25-30.I'll be travelling the [literal] extra mile to go to the competition from now on!

Number one I know my cars make and model and to be told I was wrong when I drive the car every day is absurd. So either their staff needs to be educated in automobiles or their computers need a update. Also the guy I spoke to was super condescending and chauvinistic. We are in 2020! Needs a costumer service training course ASAP!👎
