G. S.: Forgot the jalepenos on my quesadilla. I get forgetting a requested add-on. But it took me 15 minutes to turn around and circle back to the drive thru. I suggested to just give me hot sauce in replacement. I was not thrilled at rushing to work and having to turn around for them to slam the window in my face. A normal place would remake the mistake.

The food has fresh but not right. Didn't get supreme like we ordered. My taco didn't have meat in it and I ended up with a bean burrito instead of 5 layer burrito, that I threw away. Not a good experience. No one to complain to. At that point no one was getting food. Taco Bell wake up. There was 4 workers that I saw. If that isn't enough then close.... It just gives Taco Bell a bad name.

Caroline: This place was incredibly slow in the drive thru both for taking our order and giving us our food. Then they didn't give us one of our items and they didn't give us any sauce we requested. Then when I went back in I was ignored for many minutes and then they sent me back for my receipt. When I came back in with it they made me wait all over again.

Pyro ManiAX: The food here is decent, for taco bell standard. The service on the other hand, horrendous! It has been that way for the past few years. My family lived in the area for Many years. At one point in time this was a Favorite spot for me and many friends. They started by restaffing the crew. Than started limiting time allowed to spend in the restaurant. Than they locked up the bathroom and claimed "For Customers Only." Well when I went in around 8am (yes, they serve breakfast here) I was told that it's "too early to open the bathroom door." What?! So I bought a coffee, which took a very long time to prepare. Now, I just walk past this place and consider it to be a favorite from the past, a total disappointment now.

Bob: Who wants to pay $12 for the least expensive combo (3 small rapid-fire, poorly-constructed tacos and drink)? They deleted their last, one and only reasonably-priced $6 combo. Now, all combos are over $10.. One small regular soft taco costs $2.68 with tax. The "dollar menu" items are now $2... A half-full pouch of (air-puff) fried cinnamon twists is $2.90? It's the minimum wage raising prices in Massachusetts. The same combos in other states cost half... The lazy, entitled, millennial, booger-eating employee throwing your food out the window is the reason the prices have doubled. They're making minimum $16/hr. Soon to be $20 but they're not worth $5/hr . Dine elsewhere or better yet, make your own, it'll be cheaper and healthier 😜. These fast food joints are pricing themselves out of business. We won't return----not that we "can't" afford it, we refuse to pay it and support this ungrateful business and their smug employees.. It ain't worth the indigestion.

Dan: Pretty good taco bell. I usually hit this one when im going to visit family in West Side. They are usually quick and the staff are decent not rude not overly friendly. And the best part is they have not messed up an order yet.

Jory Gautreaux: I was delivering across the street, in a semi, so I walked over and found the doors locked. So I went into the drive thru to the window. The people inside wouldn’t open the window to speak and just walked away. Finally someone came and opened the window to find out I couldn’t drive in the drive thru to make my order. So they said come inside, which I let them know that the doors were locked. Overall, bad experience. Bad customer service. Terrible communication. And borderline rude.
