J Brassard: I was having a problem via app in setting up a new account. I called customer service and expected to get miserable service. The outcome couldn't have been further from that. I dealt with Delphine. I can honestly say that I received stellar help from her! Like seriously good. That's so hard to experience these days. Along with solving my problem she was extremely friendly and gave me tips to make my rides better. She also answered all my other questions in detail...with patience. The world needs more Delphine's!!!

Sam Jones: These bikes are a great idea but can you maintain them?? We couldn't find a bike without maintenence issues,that was dead, chain hanging,and flat tires. Was disappointed for the boys and not to mention the wasted time trying 4 different stations with no parking spots to try and help them get their bikes.
Jose Cruz: Fix Holyoke community college station 19 the bikes won’t come out and they work good and every time I go there they never wanna come out fix the station please YALL making me waste 6 dollars on a bike when I put the code it doesn’t work says invalid station when i was just using it ! That station need to be fixed!

Jillian Chiaro: I went in to have air put in the tires of my stroller. I had my two infant sons with me and the gentleman who helped me went to the parking lot to get the stroller for me. He let me know 3 tubes needed replacing and he was able to get it done super fast. He was friendly and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Not only was I able to get everything I needed for the best price I could find but everyone working there was extremely knowledgable and treated me like family. Jeremy Dugan: The team here is always extremely helpful, honest, and quick to give advice. Today was the latest example. My wife bought a rack on Amazon and I was looking for something to modify it to fit her bike. I couldn't but they gave me a tip to drill a hole and use one brace instead of two. Their advice was perfect and one of the many reasons we continue to go back for tuneups and bike purchases. Kudos to the Competitive Edge team!

Cameron Tylek: Needed to buy a pair of bindings for my skis. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a pair in less than 10 minutes.Jimmy made sure that I was taken care of after buying my bindings, he had his guys mount them for me at no cost, and they were even ready later that day!Dealing with Jimmy and his staff at this location was awesome and it couldn't have been easier. Their customer service made me feel like I was the only person in the shop, and I'll never go anywhere else.

Jessi Lynn: We came here after having purchased ski boots at another location that turned out to be excruciatingly painful no matter what we did to them. They had us fitted and even though the size was accurate the fit was not. So the guy helping us brought out options for us to try and we were able to find the perfect boot! They offered us suggestions on adjusting them after trying them out if we ran into any discomfort or issues. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment and was just all around patient and helpful! We left there feeling much better about the stuff we bought and the best part was that these boots were close to 1/2 the price and much nicer! Definitely worth the drive to come out here to get what we need from now on!
