RadSpringfield: what do users think?
BACANÁ ALEX: La mejor opción para arreglar tu bicicleta! o comprar una.Es un lugar interactivo y eso me gusta ensuciarme las manos también. 😁😁💪👍
Alvilda Sophia Anaya-Alegría: Great Alex owner of RadSpringfield.

Family Bike & Sports: what do users think?
John Harding: Expert techs and great, great people.
Casey Lu: By far one of the best bike shops in the area. The back rack of my bike had come off and I needed to get it put back on and didn’t realize how much a hassle it was going to be. The first bike shop I went to said any bike place was having trouble getting parts and I would have to buy an entirely new rack because they couldn’t replace the one piece connecting the rack to my bike. The second shop I called and they assured me they had a range of rack types for me to get a new rack put. But when I arrived they didn’t have any of the model that I need. So finally, I came to family bike and sport and they were able to use my old rack (didn’t have to buy an entirely new one) and had great turn around time despite being understaffed. Saved me a lot of money in the end. So glad to have found this place
Thomas Agramonte: Stopped by to get brake line, super nice clean shop. Thought I needed a new tire, but they were kind enough to fix it for free. Definitely would recommend this place for everyone.
Mike Bianco (Ramparts413): Great shop. Walked into the store in search of a full suspension bike in the midst of an annoying bike shortage. They had one bike in my size that I immediately knew was the right one. Ray and the guys here are always super easy to work with.
Kaitlyn Moriarty: Extremely pleased with my experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Went a little before closing last night and surprisingly was not rushed out at all, he answered all my questions (which was quite a few) and made sure to even order a special requested item I was looking for. I certainly will be returning.
dan bean: Love the guys here, very nice, helpful and love to talk bikes.
Kathy Violette: Great service bought the most amazing bike! Highly recommend you won't be disappointed
David Holloway: the staff is friendly and knowledgeable helped solve a problem and make my bike more comfortable and therefore more enjoyable to ride best bike shop in the area by far
Elle Miller: Dan could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful and patient with repairing two of our family’s bikes. Highly recommend.
Brian Dyke: I took my 10 year old son here to buy his first bike. They had a huge selection, but my son immediately liked the first bike that the friendly sales rep brought out for him. They have a nice open parking lot and let my son give the bike a test-ride to make sure he liked it and even helped adjust the seat to the proper height. The bike ended up being a little cheaper than I was expecting to pay, so their prices are very fair for a high quality bike. They had tons of bikes there for adults too. When my 8 year old is ready for his first bike, I will absolutely coming back here to buy him his. I might bring in my old bike here too as I saw they have some "Tune Up" services.
kathleen reilly: They are terrible. They said 3 wks for a tune up, I called to check at 2 wks and they said it would be a least another 3-4 wks. They said I needed new tire and cable. Took my bike to competitive edge. They only took 5 days. And said the tire and cable was fine. They are extremely rude.
edwin cruz: Friendly as always.
Erin: Bad experience. I was the only person in the store but received 0 assistance...One man was nice but the second man behind the desk was not helpful whatsoever and seemed extremely uninterested in helping me out.
Monica Mesenger: Horrendous customer service!!I decided that I wanted to take up biking, so I stopped into Family Bike & Sports this afternoon because I heard they were "pretty good." My intention was to ask questions in order to figure out which type and kind of bike would suit me the best, and possibly order one if I found something that impressed me.There were 3 staff members when I entered the shop, and no other customers, so I mistakenly thought that I would get halfway decent customer service. The millennial that spoke to me ended up being rude, condescending, and unhelpful. He initially offered to help me, so I explained what I was looking for... He pointed out a bike, and began talking about the bike in slang terms that I didn't understand. When I asked for clarification of terms, he told me that the bike was "high-end" and already spoken for. I said that was okay, I was still trying to figure out what kind of bike would be best for me. I wanted a bike that I could ride around the neighborhood, on bike paths and maybe some light trails... I wanted to know which type and size of bike would be best for me. He told me that they had none available, they only had "high-end" bikes for like $600 and $950. ??? I never mentioned price, because I don't know what price has to do with terrain. As I was leaving, the other employee rolled his eyes at me. I was fuming as I drove home...
Tom DeCraene: They got me in and out with the repairs I needed. Very friendly!
Greg Cusimano: Purchased a new bike from Family Bike and had a warranty issue come up soon thereafter. The guys at the shop were extremely accommodating in working with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. Their support and communication is everything I would expect from a service provider.
Steve Facchetti: Very knowledgeable and great service. Highly recommend for the casual or experienced biker.
Nutty Professor: Went in thinking I needed a new rear tire and was prepared to leave the bike for a few days. Staff person said oh the tire looks fine, you just need a new innertube. 10 minutes later done. I appreciated them treating me not like a novice, which I am. I don't know why you would go anywhere else for your bike needs. I then out of curiosity asked how much the fat tire bikes cost, and he told me and then offered to let me ride one. Total class, service and excellence.
idnw tgmno: Have been going to family for about 15 yrs. I judge a shop by the quality of their mechanics. Anthony is great on both road and mtb, and knows his stuff.
Steven Chipman: I had called for atube replacement on rear tire. They did a great job, very quickly, and it was set. I recommend them anytime
Chad Woodyard: The staff at this bike shop is very knowledgeable and personable. They have never tried to sell items that I do not need or want. Prices are very competitive with other brick and mortar shops.Realizing my first responsibility is to my wallet, I do buy thinks from Family Bike instead of the internet because they are local. The main reason that I buy from them is because of the staff.

Speed and Sprocket Cycle Works: what do users think?
Greg Richane: I've used this service multiple times and it's fantastic - affordable, EASY and very friendly.
Melissa Maciborski: Outstanding customer service
Brian Devivo: Sean is very professional and very knowledgeable he was able to solve an issue with my bike that other shops couldn’t figure out. Sean‘s pricing is very fair and it was a pleasure having him service my bicycle.I highly recommend you give him a shout you won’t be sorry. A+
Amy Pybus: My bike is better than new! I demolished my rear wheel. Sean replaced it and fixed the derailleurs that never really worked to begin with, now they're great. Fast service and very fair pricing, thank you Sean!
Scott Lopriore: Fantastic! Excellent service. Sean was incredibly nice. Well be using this service again.
Charles Jeffries: Fast, professional, affordable service. Highly recommend.
Gary Kaskey: Sean is prompt, efficient and reasonable. I have four bicycles two of which are electric and one of which is is a tandem. It is a real pain to take them to a bike shop and this is a lifesaver. I think a portable bike shop is a great idea . But, it wouldn't be good unless you have a first class bike mechanic and Sean is.
T Brunell: Fantastic experience!
Catherine Brown: Sean did a great job updating and tuning a bike that had been sitting for years in our shed. It was easy to schedule an appointment and have him come to my house. He worked outside and the bike (other than 1 part that had to be ordered) was done in less than a hour. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a bike repair in the area.
