I have reached out to Diana and we have made arrangements outside of this organization. I am NOT comforting letting any other groomer near my babygirl, therefore I don’t see a need to return. No shade to the other groomers, I’m sure they’re great but just not for my pet and I.

Lemon Pinz: I've so far gotten 4 brids from here, the workers are amazing and so sweet. The training courses work and help with any type of bird. They have great prices 10/10 would definitely recommend. Just remember to isolate the new bird for 1-2 months (if you have other birds) and if the bird seems sick in any way bring them to the vet immediately.

Mr. Pineapple Man lol: I gave it 2 starts. One for the 1 nice woman. And 1 for the rude ones. I use to go there all the time as a kid. I would go while my mom got her hair done next door. Id play and hold the cockatiels. I decided to take my fiancé there the other day because we took in a cockatiel with nothing in its cage. We were looking at the cockatoo on a shelf and the worker shoved past us, took it, and walked away. Not even an excuse me. We werent touching the bird, werent teasing ir talking. Just standing there ignoring it reaching out to us. Then we were allowed to hold a quaker. It kept biting me and i said "ow" cause one took me by surprise. The worker shamed me for speaking instead of wobbling it, took the bird from my hand and put it away. I felt very unwelcome there and so did my fiancé. Not at all as friendly as it use to be. Shame.

stepvan Joe: For the most part great my only complaint lies with the owner and they way she talked down to my wife when we went to pick up our SECOND bird we purchased within a few weeks of each other, if she would just stay home or in her office and let the staff deal with the public that would have made all the difference in the atmosphere. Her staff are great and very knowledgeable they can do the job very well without her.

Diana Bell: We got our first cockatiel here, and now visiting for our second. Everyone is really great about answering questions. It's definitely better to call ahead of time if you are hoping for more direct thorough communication, as they can get extremely busy, plus taking care of all the birds. My little guy came knowing the step up command, and he's pretty social and loving. I would def recommend!

Jennifer Goebel: Our bird is a member of our family and the owners and staff echo that when we visit their store. It is a bird lovers paradise. The moment you walk in the door you can hear many happy birds jabbering away to each other. They are incredibly professional and their understanding of birds aids any questions I have had. We occasionally board for vacations, and our bird comes home happy and healthy every time; occasionally with a new call to mimic at home. This is a must for current or prospective bird families.

Mayra De La Salle: We came here from South Shore to visit, had one friendly employee that greeted us, not sure of her name, but she had long blonde hair and we came to check them out not knowing they were appointment only because there was no sign on the door advising us, people were obviously there with no appointment also browsing but we seemed to be the only people they stopped to ask if we had an appointment, the lady that was pushy about us leaving had glasses and a beanie hat and seemed very eager for us to leave, so we left.. but just wanted to post I own 6 macaws and would have loved to have been a great customer.. the store was neatly kept and aside from the nice employee is all I have to say that is positive, will not be returning and will take my buisness elsewhere. Just some advise for the owners, please post that appointment is required at the door, and also when we called before we went in to see if they were open they never even mentioned that appointment was needed as well..
