candycoated biohazard: Don't go to this bowling alley! I paid 60$ for two games for two people. While the whole place was packed and there were two fights and most of the people there were hammered. On top of all that the employee failed to mention that had I just waited TWENTY MINUTES I could've saved 30$ because of the promos that night. And the sorry we were assigned to had trash all over the place. I HAD TO CLEAN IT. Do better or lower your prices again.

We went bowling and had such a great time. Everyone said it was a great choice. We are already planning a return day. Awesome fun.

Holly Shlosser: I have fun bowling there but Bowlero's needs to also bring candlepin back. Not a lot of people can bowl just the big bowling balls, some only have the tolerance to bowl the smaller size balls too. I would like to see both regular and candlepin come together again.

James Taylor: It's ah-ight. The seating arrangements in the lanes. Is not accommodating. At all. Each lane is kinda on top of each other, trying to figure it out for themselves. And to be honest. It's not my preference. Sorry. Not sorry.
Monte Newman: Good bowling. Good arcade. There's not enough seating for each lane, and the line to get to the register both before and after the game took a very long time. Prices seem to be a bit up there, but I'm assuming inflation is the main culprit. Had some drinks (bartender was cool) and did one round with 4 of us. Was about $100. Solid night.
shanice wiggins: Tried to go twice, was turned down both days and told they focus on bowling leagues all week, so the public’s best chance is a Saturday only. I personally think that’s ridiculous saying as their a local bowling alley.

Dennis Parent: I liked this place. This was my first time coming here. I am so use to candle pin bowling though. But anyways the floors were clean the staff were nice and helpful. They sell food here and there is also tables and chairs you can sit down at. The inside of this place is big it has like 30 lanes I think. This is a ten pin bowling ally which means the pins are fat and the ball are big with holes In them. I came here on a date with this girl I met many years ago. But anyways the parking lot was big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. At first I did not do very well at this kind of bowling we had to use bumpers. Because like I said I am so use to candle pin bowling. But we both had a great time here.

Joshua Pierce: We reserved a lane for my family with special needs person. When we arrived the bumpers would nort work. I asked for a different lane or some kind of compensation for ruining a special needs persons birthday and the manager was rude and told me I would have to take it up with spare time and they could not give a refund. This place is in shambles and they obviously have no intention of fixing it up. Beware and go somewhere else. I assume some of these reviews are from people who work there because it is definitely not clean or well run.

MonaLisa Leung Beckford: I came to Springfield to visit family for the holidays, and on Christmas I brought the family here to bowl. The place wasn't too crowded so we had our own seating area to bowl. We had the last lane (#28) at first but the bowling machine kept on breaking, so the staff switched us to #27 and it was good for the rest of the time. The food took like 40 mins to come (they had a lot of orders), but the food is actually really good! We ordered two burgers, buffalo wings buffalo pizza, and curly fries. They were all really good. I ordered some more curly fries. My dad is a very hard food critic and he thought the food is great. I have been to many bowling alleys, and I'm starting to think the food at bowling alleys are pretty legit, better than many restaurants. The place is clean and the staff were friendly. We would come back again.

A true classic New England pastime, Agawam Bowl is a special spot for an afternoon or evening out for all candlepin lovers, or just for those who can’t pick up normal sized bowling balls.Prices are affordable, and the facility is clean. When we got stuck with the scoring machine, staff were quick to help with no judgement.I’ll definitely be back in the future when I’m back in Massachusetts.
Dawn Driscoll: We had a great time! Two adults, two teenagers (in "puppy love", haha) I wanted to go somewhere fun, but still be able to spy on them! This was the perfect choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Small and older place, but I liked it, perfect for my plan. They have two floors, we bowled on the bottom floor, while there were others bowling upstairs, plenty of room. The scoring was manual, which we needed a bit of help with, and got, from courteous staff, so it was easy to learn. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to go out the door with their shoes on (oops! Sorry!) but the guy was really nice about it and just asked that I change them out for my own shoes if I was going outside, no big deal, no humiliation or shame, not even for our bowling "skills". I'm definitely going back! Thank you!

Kevin Michalski: Dec 2022. This bowling facility features only candlepin bowling. There are only 10 lanes so it's not a huge place. The clientele appeared to be mostly families just trying to enjoy their afternoon. The employee on duty was friendly and helped us with the scoring system because we were struggling. Price was $6 per game per person, which was surprisingly inexpensive.Everything about this bowling place was "old" so if you're interested in a super serious game of bowling with modern facilities, this isn't your place. We had a good time and would like to come again!

John S: So upstairs seems closed but downstairs is open. Look this is an old bowling alley but if you want to do candle pin bowling I think this is the southernmost and westernmost spot. Went hear before going to a show and gambling at MGM grand. Just like a weird style of bowling if you aren't from New England. A definite time machine must visit.

Katherine Eckert: I had the worst experience going to agawam bowling the employees are rude and you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes before they even would notice you were there last Wednesday night I went to bowling and both employees instead of watching the registers or keeping an eye on the guests they were up bowling and after I got done bowling I was sitting with some friends who are on the Wednesday night League and another team member comes up to me and tells me I'm not welcome that I have to keep my s***** hands off of the men I've never been more insulted in all my life. If you are looking for someplace fun to go bowling do not go to agawam Lanes.....

Erik Powell: Arrived yesterday to grab lunch. As I sat in the long line to place my order, myself along with 20 other individuals had to ensure two unruly kids running around screaming at the top of their lungs. Their mother was next to them but didn’t do much. After about 10 mins it was discovered it was the cooks grandkids. The patrons had to order, wait for their food, and eat with these two kids running around screaming at the top of their lungs. So apparently the Bowling ally is also a semi-daycare/playground for employees kids/grandkids. Completely unacceptable.
