He saw the part and told me to go down the street to a plumbing supply store. I told him that why he was sending the business to someplace else. He ask if I had a account with them. I told him yes, but why he was asking such question. I took my business to the plumbing supply store. At the plumbing supply store the was very helpful.

Reminiscent of shopping your local hardware store, except with more resources and a greater variety of products offered. With Grainger's incredibly cheap clearances and free in-store pickup, it is a no brainier to shop with them. (Nice to see that Grainger is also following stringent covid guidelines to protect their workers, this was the smoothest curbside pickup I've experienced for the entire pandemic!)
