Israel Caban: Prices are close to retail for used stuff.No return policy. Some tools are missing parts, so there's no way to test to see if they work. I was interested in purchasing a tool, but with no way to test to see if it actually worked. So, with the return policy as it is, I couldn't bring myself to make the purchase.
lena green: It was my first time stopping in and although I didn't buy anything, I will definitely be back, that have some really great find. I prefer reusing and recycling items when working on projects and this is definitely the place to source those items!

They professionally broke the display down for me within minutes. Amazing, friendly and courteous staff. Thank You ALL so much. Coming back for SURE!
Eugene Thurston: They have a lot of things in here that you can find at other stores but a lot of the stuff here you can find it much cheaper than a regular retail store. Some of the things that they have are completely brand new. The cashier was also very nice.

RC: Went there 7/24 to pick up $1600 worth of cabinets I bought. The 2 balding male employees were very rude. I was in the store and they were complaining about helping move the items out of the store, right in front of me. one of them started dragging the cabinets and I asked him not to man handle it, and he threw it down in a childish way and told me I could always just do it myself. Unprofessional workers with a bad attitude. Unless you're in a pinch for cabinets and heavy things, go somewhere else.

Jill Kovalchik: I can’t say enough about the amazing service that Rusty and the crew at EcoBuilding provide! On a whim, I decided in the middle of our kitchen renovation that the room needed more light. My builder told me I was basically out of luck since ordering a new window could take up to 3 months, and he needed a window in hand in less than two days’ time. I was at work and couldn’t get to Eco before they closed, so in less than 24 hours I scheduled an online consult through the EcoBuilding website, was shown two possibilities via FaceTime by Rusty (who emailed pics and measurements), purchased the ideal window online, picked it up as soon as they opened the next day, and my builder had it installed by noon. So, so happy. Excellent service, EcoBuilding!
Garrett Parsons: We continue to go back again and again and find great treasures and materials for our projects - used them on a total kitchen remodel and set of cabinets - Mud Room - fireplace - doors and windows - for a house remodel - flooring - so many things to mention. Great team in the building and helpful/ informative. We just left there again today !!!!!!

David Goodsell: The vinyl windows they sold me, for a brand new house, do not lock. You cannot close the double-hung windows because the top and bottom units hit each other. Every builder and finish carpenter I've spoken with about this issue says this is a typical Harvey window. They provide cheap windows for rental or "flip" properties; nothing you want actually want in your own home. Now when I'm requesting they take back their window, they refuse. Do not use these guys. Awful and SLOW customer "service". You'll wait weeks to resolve anything. Avoid Harvey windows. Pay a little extra or you'll be pulling your hair out trying to resolve their mess!
Fran Beaulieu: The 1 star review is from a gentlemen who doesn't know how to lock his windows thus allowing cold air to slip by the sash......Harvey windows are fantastic, the company is incredibly responsive to any issues. I've been selling and installing Harvey windows for better than 25 years. I'm proud to offer them to our customers.
Jaialaiguy: This company makes cheap, substandard building products and does not honor their product warranties, especially on replacement windows. I had a new set of Harvey MaxVue Energy-Star rated replacement windows installed in my home in 2014 and by the winter of 2015, they would get caked with frost and heavy condensation on the INSIDE of the glass every time the weather got cold, which were obvious signs of insulation failure. When I contacted the company to complain, the field service representative was rude, condescending and outright refused to inspect my windows. Harvey did not honor the manufacturer's lifetime warranty, even though my replacement windows were only a few months old!Don't purchase anything made by Harvey, especially replacement windows. They are cheaply made, not energy efficient (in spite of being rated as such) and the company will not honor their product warranty. Harvey makes JUNK! Please refer to the many customer complaints filed against this company on G+ and BBB.

Noone offeres to help us. They all ignored us until I went up to a group of them behind the counter and asked could someone help us? They did eventually help us but it felt bad to be ignored.

Christian Berg-Hansen: Excellent customer service from an online order. I am a ships officer and was not able to open my delivery for a month as I was out to sea. I was excited to get home and open my new Fein Multimaster as I had envisioned 10 different jobs I wanted to tackle once home. I opened the box which was to include 2 kits in one and unfortunately was missing one kit. I was able to call Bob Boilard and explain the situation and he immediately remedied the problem. Professional and prompt customer service I will definitely keep Boilard Tools in mind for future orders.

Jon Cooper: This place has to have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. If they have what I need I will always choose to be there over Home Depot or Lowe’s as I don’t have to wait around for some one who doesnt want to help me in the first place. There’s a reason all the area contractors go there and it’s because time is valuable. The quality of materials is great and they will take back lumber you don’t use and credit you. They also will price match on power tools.

He was not only personable and responsible, he's a craftsman who worked with us to solve some tricky issues. We appreciated his work ethic, experience and attention to detail - characteristics that are hard to find in independent contractors these days. IZZY: I order a part , when I got at location it was the wrong part. I gave them old part that I got from location about 1 year ago. He saw the part and told me to go down the street to a plumbing supply store. I told him that why he was sending the business to someplace else. He ask if I had a account with them. I told him yes, but why he was asking such question. I took my business to the plumbing supply store. At the plumbing supply store the was very helpful.
Peter Shewchuk: Very quick and efficient service, all the while being very polite. The staff immediately got my orders ready before placing them in my car with some pleasant chit-chat. Reminiscent of shopping your local hardware store, except with more resources and a greater variety of products offered. With Grainger's incredibly cheap clearances and free in-store pickup, it is a no brainier to shop with them. (Nice to see that Grainger is also following stringent covid guidelines to protect their workers, this was the smoothest curbside pickup I've experienced for the entire pandemic!)
