Great selection and don't miss out on the prepared foods in the refrigerator/freezer section - the baked beans and twice baked potatoes are great! If they have it, try the beef jerky, it's the best I've ever had.
Bill O'Neill: Somehow, the meat from this butcher shop always tastes better than the grocery store meat department. Perhaps because they source the meat from small free range farms rather than corn fed conglomerates. Try it and you will return again and again.

Deborah Stpeter: I absolutely love this place. I was hankering for a bone in rib eye steak and called 4 different grocery stores they were no where to be found but this butcher shop. I marinated them I bought two steaks at 34.00 dollars. They looked beautiful, I cooked them one rare one medium. These steaks were the toughest steaks I have ever eaten in all my years, I would describe it at a little tougher than London broil, I don’t understand the concept of how or why these steaks were so tough it was a huge letdown I was very surprised, this cut of meat is a pretty decent cut of meat. I won’t ever buy steaks there because got 34 dollars it had better be like cutting butter.

From Delhi to full dinners snacks desserts meats and you can buy one of something even a pork chop or a sausage or a large large order. I recommend it very highly been going there for years.

Christian Jaeger: The quality of the meat here is phenomenal. Way better than the local supermarkets by far. Not to mention they have more variety as well as options for how you want it prepared. Staff is friendly, helpful and willing to give you advice on how to prepare the food you're buying. They also have plenty of pre-made foods that are a safe bet for sides. Overall one of the best places to supply you with the meat you need for a great meal.
Nae Mack: Went for the first time back in April 2020, based off the reviews I read. Got a few items, when got to the cash register gave (handed) my card to pay. Man swiped my card and basically threw my card down. No common courtesy of handing me my card as I did to pay. Took my items and will not go back. Instead, found a butcher shop in Westfield that is much more friendly and professional.

The selection and quality of the meats they sell is great.They also have a small produce section, and a variety of frozen goods, many made on premises. The prices are very reasonable as well. But the most important thing is the staff. They are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The owners (John, Paul and their father Ray) are terrific people.

Ahmad: Items are usually stale and more expensive than other places.You can find the same items with better prices in the store nearby. Breads were not fresh, and they were not kept in a fridge.There are a couple of stores in the same street with more fresh stuff and better prices.
tristan dietrich: I called and asked for a certain item. The man said yes, they have it so I drove over and a sign said closed til 1pm. I just wasted time. He could have just told me that it would be closed. Thanks.I am changing this to a 5 star because the owner responded by offering to deliver free nuts. He apologized for not advising me for being closed so they can have prayer time.I have never had any store offer this kind of service so I had to change this review. I wish many blessings on this stores family. We did finally find the nuts so I declined his offer but I fully intend to become a regular December visitor for my hazelnuts.

Eric Althoff: I just there and I dropped my debit card, I went back in and asked the clerk at the register if she seen it.. She didn’t see where it could have gone but came out to see if it had happen to fall out on the ground witch it did. GREATLY appreciated the fact she came out with me to look for it!! M Powers: We bought a 15lb prime rib for Christmas dinner. Half of it was all fat and the meat itself was tough. It was embarrassing to serve to our family. I called Arnold’s to make the manager aware. He said it was unbelievable because he had sold so many prime ribs this season and hasn’t received one complaint. He then laughed at me and said “Whatever. Next time you come in, ask for me, Larry, and I’ll give you a discount on whatever you want” sarcastically. I was shocked that this was his response. I said “Thank you” and he hung up. We’ve shopped at Arnold’s our whole lives and have never had an issue like this. We understand that things like this happen, but the response from Larry was unnecessary. Very disappointed.I only wish I had taken a picture of the meat to share here.

bill Miller: Today is Friday ( black friday) and I called arnolds meat in East Longmeadow ( where I live) and they were out of chicken livers, So I called there chicopee location & They told me they have them to come down, So I confirmed on the phone that they were open to 6pm & I came all the way down here to Chicopee way out of my way from East Longmeadow & got here at 5:35 & the plae was black & the doors locked & even though the sine on the door said they close at 6pm & the girl on the phone also told me 6pm clearly the store was closed. I told the girl i spoke with over the phone that was on my way & I wish she told me they would be clossing early enstead of telling me they would be open till 6pm ( which they were not) before having me drive 25 min up here & 25 min back home empty handed wasing my time & gas money, is not a very professional was to handedly a business.
