Jeffrey Goulet: Always seems to have what I am looking for. Little snafu with price on the shelf, vs what the product rung up as....but that happens, and it got fixed.
Carissa Vargas: Total waste of a trip. Phone call went fine and in store employees were nice, but we were still completely turned away without much of a conversation. We had called before coming in, but were told something totally different in person. Somewhere the line of communication was dropped and it was a total bust. We were just told they were too backed up and our order wasn't really listened to, even though the store was mostly empty.
Jammer 2omega: Front entry was entirely dark. Broken lights.Stood for 10 minutes waiting for assistance at the print area. While a single employee helped seven people. They called for help twice. Management and threw other employees stood there talking. Within sight of all the customers. Doing nothing.

Rick Fagan: Nick in the Print Center was outstanding!! I watched him interact with 4 or 5 customers while I was waiting for a print job and he provided excellent customer service to every one of them!
Nick Swan: I worked here and can honestly say, just save yourself some frustration and take an L and just go to the West Springfield location. Or for that matter. ANY OTHER surrounding location. The staff are amazing and super helpful and just doing their best to make sure they get you in and out...except for one individual: the store manager. For him alone, I will not be going anywhere near this store, not even with a 5 mile pole.
john s.lee: I was up there today looking at computers, the gentleman that helped me was very considerate with what I wanted, not pushy at all knew what he was talking about thank you staples for helping me get into the computer I wanted, the manager I spoke to today was also very helpful and considerate
Wayne P: My wife bought me an office chair for my birthday , the chair is defective. Called the store to see what they could do, not only did they offer NO help, the store manager would not come to the phone. With this type of "customer service" I will order online.

First: the young woman at the fax area was extremely helpful and patient.Second: a young man in the printer area guided me to find the power cord I needed for my old printer that had been lost in a move. Both went above and beyond providing me with an excellent shopping experience. .I only wish I had their names. I should have asked to speak with the store manager when I was there.

RisqoG: I always go to Staples on Boston Rd to get anything and everything that I need to get printed. The workers that they have working in the print market is very nice and polite. I would recommended this location to anyone because of the friendly, professional environment that they have in the print market, especially the female Naish.
Jackie H: I went to stables to have some important documents laminate it… I was under the assumption that stables wasn’t doing as well because it seems Walmart and target are taking over our industry, however when I walked in I was greeted by at least five employees all genuinely saying welcome to stables and they all looked like they were happy to work there ! I can’t remember the young lady who helped me but she gave me a quote of how much it was going to cost she listened to my concerns knowing that it was important documentation and had it ready the same day… I went back this weekend to pick up my items and I actually walked through the store which I must say was beautiful well organized well-stocked and I wanted to buy stuff just because everything looked so pretty even though I didn’t need it… I actually talk to the manager outside he’s a great guy and genuinely wants to help his customers and have a good experience… If I need anything from Staples in the future I will definitely go to that location and I definitely recommend it for people who need office needs even if you’re closer to another stables I’m going to tell you to go to this one!
Ms. Delgado: Very fast and reasonably priced printing, scanning, faxing or any office related task you need to do. The employees are always friendly and offer help if they are not with a customer.

Pankaj Patel: Went to staples to get passport pictures ,they took twice and still came out very dark.Not happy and paid 15 bucks for two picsif anyone needs passport pics please go to AAA OR CVS
Laura Pozzuto: I had memorial posters to print in a rush, but I had no idea what I was doing and was in a frantic panic. Bryan not only did everything for me, but was so kind and helped me feel at peace. He went well above and beyond. The team even got the job done before the due time.
Grace Edwards: I needed new AirPods after mine had fully stopped working. Bryan was amazing in helping me get a new pair! I ended up paying $10 less for the retail price on the AirPods. Here’s how Bryan did it: $30 deduction/price match with Target, Staples 3-year protection plan for $30 (versus the 2-year Apple protection plan for $30), and he installed the Staples app on my Dad’s phone and we got an additional $15 off. Bryan was professional, personable, and provided exceptional customer service!

Janice DiPlacido: Went to staples today to buy an ink cartridge and some notebooks, and a woman in a worn yellow T-shirt walked by, consciously almost hitting my daughter, then approached us in the next aisle when the day planner we were looking at fell apart in my daughters hands. She rudely demanded the notebook while holding out her hand. When I went to the register to pay for our purchases, I realized that she was an employee because she rudely approached the the Cashier behind the register and interrupted our transaction. I asked the cashier who this woman was and her response was that she was another employee named Heidi. Heidi was not dressed in staples attire, I thought she was another customer, and when I found out that she was an employee, I was shocked at how she spoke to and treated her patrons. Staples, Is this how you train your employees?

Claudia Raquel Hilera Botet: Today I had the pleasure of meeting Sole (not sure if I spelled that right) at the printing center. I was there for about an hour and a half (my request of what I wanted to print was very complex) and I was able to watch his interactions with all of the customers. To say that area of the store was busy at that time is an understatement but Sole handled it very very well. He made sure he greeted every customer with a smile and acknowledged every single one of them as they came in. He prioritized and triaged all of the requests from customers. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and patient while trying to answer all of my questions about what I wanted to print. Despite the store being so busy all of my questions were answered. Definitely a quality employee and one of the best I have come across in a long time. At the end he was very grateful for my patience and thanked me (something that he didn’t have to do and proves how good of a character he has). Sole you are awesome and every employee should learn a little bit from you! Staples should be proud of having him as an employee

Tyler Valletta: The staff in the printing center were very unhelpful and simply stated they “don’t know” when I asked why my item did not print as it looked on the screen.I have never had a bad experience at this location but I know I won’t be returning.
Kill V. Maim: Upper management is a disgrace and the store manager Peter should not be in charge as he berates his co workers in front of other staff and customers. Completely unprofessional, will not be shopping at this store ever again!

Candi W: If you are looking for friendly willing to be helpful customer service then this is not the staples to go to. Well that was my experience anyway. I did go on a Saturday close to closing time but I thought staff should be friendly and willingly helpful always.

SRD Vette: The store had a poor selection of leather pocket sized business card holders compared to most other Staples stores I have been in. No one there to help me. Asked someone about legal size heat type laminating sheets they had no idea what I was talking about. Last time for that store. I will shop on line. Its easier. Next time I am in Portsmouth NH I will go to that Staples. Best one in New England.
