Queen Rigaud: I found Mark on google and I am so glad I did. I went to nyc recently and my car was left parked under a stupid sap tree (had no idea what that was) and literally ruined my car. The disgusting sticky fluid was all over my car and not even hand car wash would have helped. He told me it would take him 4 hours to get the job done. I trusted him to take my car and he brought it back within exactly 4 hours. My car looked brand new again! Touch less wash!! Amazing work! Thank you so much! Big ups to my Jamaican man! Destiny 100: I was taken advantage of. I had no idea what was going on halfway through. They just had me sign a bunch of things, then I was on my out the door WAY TOO QUICKLY with a new purchase that turns out I can't even afford. They also low-balled me on my trade. Others would have taken my car for an extra 2K AND I could've bought a cheaper vehicle or just had a replacement of mine. Who does this to people?? ☠😭💔💔💔☠☠☠

Kelly Fleming: I went to a nearby Ford dealer and was told that the noise I was hearing, was my 4WD had gone out and was engaging/disengaging. I was assured that I would get a call within 2 weeks about parts and scheduling. That came, and passed, without a call. I called them and was told the service manager would me back, which never happened. Also, you can't leave a voicemail because it is always full.Now to the good part... After nearly 6 weeks of waiting to hear from the nearby Ford in Norfolk, my wife suggested I call BIG COUNTRY FORD in Madison. Wow, I can't express how matter of fact and on point they were. First off, Eric, spoke with with me over the phone and was pretty sure what the problem was and that it wouldn't cost an "arm n' a leg". Secondly, I drove to Madison from Albion so he could confirm, and did, what the issue was.Before I even got there, they ordered the part for my year and model, and we were able to get my truck repaired and on the road the following Tuesday. Still haven't heard from the other Ford dealership in Norfolk.I will definitely be doing repairs and new truck purchases with BIG COUNTRY FORD. Thanks for the service and no BS.

Jennifer Bobeck: I’ve gotten 2 vehicles from them and both of them are not what I wanted. The second time I came in for a specific vehicle they made it sound like I wasn’t able to get it but in reality they had it basically sold before I even got there(but didn’t want to say that). I spent almost 8 hours there with my restless children just drive to away in something I didn’t even want ( but needed a bigger vehicle). Don’t think I will be going back a third time for sure.

Dave A: I had some body work done by Richard that was good and after he was done my 84 year old dad wanted him to also fix his broken tailight lens, my dad gave him the money in advance and Richard has not returned back to complete the work. I have called him and texted him multiple times and he keeps telling me that he has the part and will come by to finish the work. he burned my 84 year old dad!

El vacum cleaner es a $2.00 y dura 5 minutos. La presión de agua es muy buena..yo voy a este también cuando puedo lavar más tiempo me gusta el espacio y comodidad. Zafacones limpios y muy ordenado todo. Lo recomiendo mucho.
Bruce Christman: It's gets your vehicle pretty clean. but will not remove bird dropping or anything like that. You will have to pretreat it.Also they will not let rewash you car if it doesn't clean it. I asked and they said it not mentioned too clean like that.If you ask me for $19.00 it SHOULD CLEAN YOUR CAR, NOT JUST RINSE IT!!

Joel Cortes: The auto wash was not that great, when I used to work there when it was Liberty Auto Wash, we had an excellent record for washing vehicles. We touched up each car front of vehicle,windshield, then rear end to loosen up tar, grime, n dirt then put it through the wash. This company needs to have their workers clean front and rear of these vehicles before putting through the wash. Thanks

I asked for a cloth to wipe my bumper as it was still visibly dirty. The guy seemed a bit confused until seeing it for himself. He wasn't one of those that handled the car after it went through the dryer portion. He apologized & wiped the bumper for me.They did vacuum the car prior to sending it through the wash. The staff I interacted with were nice. I've only used 1 out of 5 washes from the Groupon. Hopefully the next wash is better.
