Puppy mills are not only sad, but abusive. They are unethical and terrifying for the dogs. As a dog owner, I am utterly mortified. Do not support mills like this, as they are truly horrible. Do not support mills like this, as they deprive puppies of normal amenities and they often get terminally ill and harmed. Results to come & edit of this review.🌟UPDATE: Turns out my pup is neither of the two dogs that are listed on the paperwork they gave me. My pup is a Boston Terrier & Shiba Inu mix. His face resembles a Jack Russell with similar markings. It was the lack of English Shepherd features that got me to purchase an Embark kit. He is 50% Boston Ter,25%Shiba Inu & 25% German Shep.He was also 99% healed up from a leg injury,yeah I know........They were forthright from the beginning in telling me this so I don't have an issue with that since I did receive documentation of his medical attention for it.I'm not going to bash the place on cleanliness or anything like that. The pups seemed active & playful when I entered the store. It's too bad the breeders are not being fully honest with their paperwork. I did my homework for a JR & training issues with them & now I fully understand why I was having a bigger problem in some areas because he isn't one. And now I know that BT are prone to have cherry eye I can bolo. I don't have a hyper herding dog but a stubborn hunter instead. We love him to the moon & back. Having known his true identity from the beginning I would have done things differently thats all I'm saying.

I just got my 2 month old female beagle 2 days ago and she’s the sweetest ever. These puppies are sold from responsible breeders. Thank you so much for my new babies!!!

Abby sweeney: BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!We had no intention of getting a dog when we entered The Puppy Place on April 11, 2021, however the lady told us she had a female poodle chihuahua mix, the same breed as the 15 year old dog we had just lost. We obtained paperwork with her breed on it along with her supposed parents and a breeder who I have not been able to find online. We ended up doing a DNA test from mydogdna.com and it turns out she is NOT a poodle nor a chihuahua. We specifically got this dog because of the breed, and we were lied to. We went to the store once we found out and we’re told the lady would give us a call back. To no surprise, we have not heard anything. We love our dog and would never give her up, but the paperwork from The Puppy Place was obviously falsified. DISAPPOINTED. I have paperwork to prove they falsified the information and since no one has responded in addition to the owner stating in response to another customer a couple days ago that “no one cares about (their) review”, I will be taking legal action. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Those are prices that breeders ask for purebred dogs with pedigree papers. Most people advertise mixed breed for little to know money. There are too many unwanted animals in this world and you are clearly in it to just make a hefty profit. If anyone doesn’t want a purebred dog with papers then go to the shelter and get one for a $250 adoption fee. Just because you say these dogs aren’t from puppy mills doesn’t mean that you should ask outrageous prices for a dog that would otherwise be free to nearly free. Shame on you.

No shade to the other groomers, I’m sure they’re great but just not for my pet and I.

shanik rivera: i went in with my new puppy to the boston rd location and the vet made me feel real uncomfortable. she was very rude ! i would not be returning for shots in the future . this assistant was very nice i felt like the knew the vet was being rude as she tried to answer our questions.
