I have reached out to Diana and we have made arrangements outside of this organization. I am NOT comforting letting any other groomer near my babygirl, therefore I don’t see a need to return. No shade to the other groomers, I’m sure they’re great but just not for my pet and I.

I was implementing a search and rescue plan on my own when I heard about Lost Pet Research. I would have saved a lot of money, time, and heart ache if I had known about Danielle’s services day 1. She came to the house to see what I already had in place, helped me look for Shadow, listened extensively, asked key questions and I had a plan emailed to me when she got home. Mentallyand emotionally I was a wreck inside and out thinking I would never see Shadow again.Danielle made me a check list with next steps, made me personalized flyers and posters with Shadow’s photo, and even got my order into Staples for me. Each time there was a new development, she sent me information and a new set of next steps to take. Questions were answered very quickly. This was a lifesaver when I found myself having a hard time thinking with all the emotion and worry of having lost Shadow. All I had to do was check off the list which was very concise and most of the skilled work done for me.I learned that there are effective (Danielle’s signs) and non- effective (my sign) ways to make a “Lost Sign” including the proper ways to make it visible, large enough, what to include in the wording, and even the placement of your “lost signs” is crucial. Danielle made me a map including streets to cover, how far Shadow may have went, ideas on how to make a very effective search, how to set a trap most effectively- that’s actually really important to know, what to do when I had a lead, she even kept a map of all the leads that may have possibly been a sighting of him, and other crucial search and rescue steps like what to do when I did spot him. Spotting your kitty is only half the solution- you may spot him and not be able to actually catch him. Don’t worry- Danielle knows what to do about that too.Hiring Danielle would have saved me over $1200 on my own well meaning efforts. She rents traps and cameras. Her knowledge is top notch. She has a lot of experience bringing pets home. You won’t be sorry you hired her. She will make a detailed, personalized plan for your situation and your developments. I found that so crucial. You are receiving real time, personalized help when you hire her.

She was very reliable in regard to scheduling, and she always went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were as happy as could be. She helped me find a better fitting harness, gave both my dogs stuffed animals, showed me dog TV on YouTube, and did little things such as leaving ice cubes in their water bowl to make sure their water was cool. Franz Piomangal: Yael was referred to me by someone I really trust. My dog Franz was experiencing separation anxiety after my boyfriend left on military leave. He had an accident and needed to stay home to recover from his injuries before he could go back to his daycare. I was nervous about having a stranger come into my home. All this changed after I met Yael. She came and spent a few hours with me and Franz before I hired her. As soon as I met her I felt completely comfortable having her come take care of my baby. Yael went above and beyond and she helped me and Franz so much. She offered tips and tricks on his behavior. She showed him love and gave him great care. Franz loved her back as well :) She was always on time and there when expected. She kept me informed with updates, pictures, videos, and messages. I felt so blessed to have crossed paths with Yael.
