Amarilis Torres: They don’t do inspections the apartment they gave me was moldy, full of roaches and mice, not a safe place for kids. Had to move out ASAP.

They are very kind and very helpful and they answer all your questions that need to be answered they definitely make you feel comfortable and they have a process that they followed by and they try to get everything done and make sure everybody is satisfied in some kind of way with paperwork or updating information I think they're great and I hope I get my section 8 soon it's worth waiting for cuz of people around our worth it
Kiana Harris: I submitted a housing complaint regarding the senior housing on 603 Berkshire Ave Springfield, MA. My grandmother has been a resident for over 20 years. I came to visit her last week and I was shocked at the condition of the buildings. The concrete sidewalks are crumbling and uneven. Any person who has trouble walking and lifting their feet up would stumble over several different spots outside. The benches in the courtyard are splintering. The planks on upstairs walkways are also uneven and warped.

Steven Appleby: This is a great a city to life in. I've been here my whole life. Lots of attractions to see.
Mateo Torres: Terrible at responding waited a week and some change to get a phone call back after few voicmails stating it's gonna take "24/48hrs to receive a response ". The person who deals with vouchers is uneducated on vouchers and couldn't answer my questions or give me information on them.
