Kishan Sain: Favorite Indian food! We had the chat papri, chili paneer, lamb jalfrezi, and garlic naan. All were exquisitely cooked and exceptionally tasty with an even spiciness that was absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable and street parking was easy on a week night. S T: I am giving 2 stars for the taste of the food we got. It was ok but salty in addition to not one thing being the spice level requested. The poor and rude service, SMALL ridiculous portions and forgotten items were unconscionable for the price I paid for our dinner for 4 tonight. We will not be back. If you doubt my review look at how they respond to criticism, they blame everyone but themselves for their faults. If you are any kind of lover of Indian food save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere or cook at home. Save yourself the irritation. I could have saved myself near $100 instead of trying to support a local business and have a nice night at home with my family.

Bryan Dean: Pintu’s is a must stop every time I’m in Springfield. Every person I take here for dinner or lunch falls in love with this place. I’ve had Indian food all over the UK and Pintu’s is as good as the best I ever had in London. Everything here is amazing. The staff is friendly and Pintu is a wonderful guy. He introduced himself the very first time I went there 16 yrs ago and he was as humble as could be. A humble restaurant owner is rare. His food speaks to his love for what he does. This place is a rare bit of excellence in Springfield.

Vivek Pant: We went to the restaurant today(April 1, 2023) and had a surreal experience.We were 2 families with 3 kids, one of which only eats home made food due to medical reasons.When we took out the lunch box, we were told that outside food isn't allowed, and when we told them that it's just for 1 kid, they told us that there are no exceptions.When we asked them if they'd want us to leave, they said sure, up to you.We were disappointed, more than we were angry.We've been to multiple American restaurants and no one does that.I expected better. 😞

A little bit expensive honestly, but the tandoori (especially lamb) is pretty good, and normal dishes (which means common dishes without innovations) are delicious. Their page on doordash had pictures and a good description of all of the items so I tried something new that I really liked. The food was great and had large portions for the price
