(Read, opportunity for growth) I love the individuals I was able to serve and enjoy interacting with them to this day.Pathlight is an organization developed and to this day run by a lot of Mom's with adult children with disabilities who have their heart in it to help ensure everyone's disabled family member is treated with dignity and lives life to it's fullest.As an employee of Pathlight, I love the work I do, the benefit package and this organization as a whole. No organization is perfect but this one is pretty darn close.Pathlight, thank you for having me!

Karen St. Amand: I truly enjoyed my time working here! I have worked for a few similar companies but The Association runs like a well oiled machine. They care about the clients as well as the staff and you don't find that just anywhere. The house I worked at was run by a wonderful house manager as well as amazing supervisors who were always open to listening to concerns big or small. When it come to dealing with serious matters they are handled fairly. I cannot say enough about this company they are wonderful. If you want to work at a great place with great people please apply, you will not regret it! Thanks ACL for everything!

marcy lamphear: People were nice here .Nice ace to stay when you are away from home have children in shrines Hospita in Massachusetts.my granddaughter was here.I stayed here with her siblings .went back and forth to the hospital by a free van they have to see there sister after her surgery we were there for a week .

Conor McCormick: The Ronald McDonald House is great, giving shelter and food to those less fortunate and unable to pay for such Services during surgery at the Springfield Shrine Hospital. The staff is very friendly, and many are multilingual (English and Spanish). The house however, it's surprisingly, barely accessible from an entry and exit standpoint. Most wheelchairs users or handicapped citizens may need assistance getting in and out.

Christina Ocasio: Beautiful, caring people who are obviously there to help others in need. Such a great organization!

Jim Arnold: The Ronald McDonald foundation is amazing. We are from north Adam's Ma. Had are baby a month early with breathing problems and other issues so she was transferred to baystate. We came out here not knowing if we had anywhere to stay and they opened they're doors for us. It is an amazing place. They are amazing people that are willing to help in any way possible. I'm so lucky, i'm so grateful and blessed to have gotten this help and support threw such a rough time.

Elizabeth Tongue: People stay here while their children are receiving care at our local hospitals. Local organizations offer service to the guests. Many families come to stay here from the Carribian.
