Luz Flores: This place you would have to go there and eat the food because I feel like it's better there than having takeout. Love getting the chicken mole, the shrimp a la diabla ( I think that's what is called) and the shrimp tacos. I tried every taco from here but my all time fav is the shrimp tacos.I had to eat here after find out they have tres leche cake it was good. Just disappointed by the carne asada it didn’t have flavor just bland.

Spiritus Sancti: Fantastic, quick, dine-in experience for my family. We were greeted quickly and immediately had our order taken. We ordered several items off the menu to be able to have a range of experiences. The staff was friendly and professional. The food was very tasty. The seated dining is limited, so I would guess most people utilize this spot for takeout. Will definitely go back to try even more!

Their chips and guac are very good... but the Churros.... oh mama, absolutely to die for. Literal sweet baked perfection and worth every penny but i do wish they were a little cheaper :'(Parking: Parking is not ideal, they are located within a strip of other businesses, you have to park on the side street directly next to them or on the other side of the strip is a tiny parking lot that is usually full from the neighboring businesses.

So by saying," make it grande for free on, Tuesdays" really means throw a pound of rice in it!This place sucks! If I want Mediocre over priced fake Mexican food I'll go to Chipotle or Frontera grill next time. Chipotle actually tastes a little better and doesn't fill your burrito up with only rice. More like mediocre with a ton of Rice in your meal y sano. I seriously recommend going elsewhere for better flavors for over priced fake Mexican food. Go To Mi Tierra or El Comalito in Hadley, MA. Smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The waitress who “assisted us” was living a dream. We placed our order and it never arrived. People shouldn’t wait in a restaurant more than an hour. Everyone else’s food came out almost immediately from people who arrived after us. This definitely shows that cleanliness is not management’s strongest point.

Luz Flores: It's my first time coming here. They brought us some chip with salsa omg this salsa was so salty. But the rest of the food I got was delicious. I got a burrito with steak it's called big bordurrito. I had to also try 2 of there dessert which it was the brownie Sunday. Omg the brownie came out nice and hot 😋 and I also got tres leches it was k wasn't as good. Definitely got me 3 liquor drinks was disappointed by one because it didn't look like the one on the pic but it tasted really good skyrita mango frozen. Like when we got there nobody was at the hostess area which that looks very unprofessional.I had take out this time. Got the shrimp appetizer yum definitely would get this again. Loved one of the sauce they gave me tasted like ranch mix with something else. Disappointed by the burrito the meat didn’t have flavor and it was dry.

Bill B: Disappointing. Went on a Sunday for dinner. There were a good amount of people, but not overly crowded. We were seated promptly, but then it took over 5 mins before our server came to our table. The chips and salsa were very good! We ordered fajitas for two. The taste was good, however the portion looked like it was for one. Wondering if maybe that's what we got and were just going to be charged a plate charge. The server did not check in on how our meal was after we were served. When the bill came I asked if the order was for two and she said yes. I felt the $39.99 price was steep based on what we got, and comparing to other restaurants we go to for mexican.

When I picked it up, the bag felt incredibly light, despite having ordered extra white rice, double chicken, extra fajita, extra black beans, and many other things. I brought this to the attention of the worker preparing the online orders and he added another scoop of rice and three black beans. My order requested tomato salsa and extra corn salsa…both of which the location was out ofI originally planned to wait in line to order, but when I got there, I stood in line for 5 minutes and no one I front of me had been helped…there were 10-15 other people in front of me. Erika Cotter: If you order online for pick up, make sure you have everything. I’ve ordered the quesadilla more than once, you get 3 sides with it, however I have on three different occasions get back to eat just to find I'm missing one, go back in to be told, oh we were out. I understand being out of something, but I paid for 3 sides, so tell the customer when they first go to pick up, so I don’t have to leave to drive back to the store to choose a substitute.

Eric Riesmeyer: Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. There was 8 employees behind the counter all talking to each other with one guy making food. There was a long line and no one cared at all. When it was my turn to finally order I looked down and saw all the food was cross contaminated. Steak in with chicken and vise versa. Everything was dirty and no one seemed to care. The lady at the cash register was rude and unprofessional. I'd rather die of starvation than ever go to this Chipotle again. Or any one for that matter.

Cat A.: Chipotle just added a new option to put fajita veggies in the steak quesadillas so I ordered one online for delivery through doordash and when I got my order, I did not receive the veggies nor did I receive the honey vinaigrette (also an option to add). Very disappointed.

Whit S: Chipotle is currently advertising & promoting steak fajitas quesadillas so I ordered one online for pick up. They put the fajita veggies on the side. I went back and spoke to the manager and he said they don’t make steak and veggies quesadillas. I pointed out that it’s being promoted and is an available option online and he basically said their machine will explode if they make it. So why are they promoting something they cannot make? I also still do not have a refund after calling the 800 number numerous times. Also, the place is FILTHY. Drive the extra 20 minutes to Chicopee, Holyoke or Enfield !!!

Christopher Scott: This place is a complete disaster. Many items are not available and out of stock throughout the week. The app is never aligned to what is available to order. Online orders are higher priority than in person orders. Would not recommend.
